Usual Disney, nothing Wow
This is a beautiful hotel with large, comfortable rooms and amazing dining options. They have a really nice Disney gift shop too. There is a bus that leaves every 10 minutes for Disney and it is a short 10 minute ride. The staff are super helpful and kind. It’s really worth staying at a Disney resort.
Lovely experience 👍
Ok but disappointing breakfast character experienc
Good hotel for Disney theme experience. Very grand in its nature, and nice views from balcony. However, we paid a lot for buffet breakfast where the Disney characters are meant to take photos. We did this for two days in a row and on both days only Mickey and Goofey made appearances. Very disappointing for our daughter who only wanted to come to Disneyland for the princesses, and frozen characters. I appreciate there are a lot of different characters but if you are paying $80 AUD for a OK buffet breakfast at the official Disneyland Hotel, you would expect more characters at this meet and greet breakfast, or so it’s promoted to be.
Atmosphere was beautiful!! Food was delicious and room service price was reasonable.
All very good.
clean surroundings
There is no grocery close by or sundries. Foods in the resort is expensive. Buffet breakfast was good. We had also in room dining. Staff really nice and helpful.
No place to eat except for the hotel and at Disneyland
L
飯店氛圍很好,雖然房間風格屬於比較老舊歐風,但整體狀況維持很好。館內有些免費活動可以參加,但如果可以控管參加人數活動品質會更好。
Amazing
The HK Disneyland Hotel is very much like the Disney Grand Floridan Hotel. Food options lean towards Asian taste.
this property is overrated and overpriced. Nothing special —hotel is very outdated
As always it's the happiest place to be, we always stay at this hotel since it start open in 2006 we love it everytime
I recently stayed at the Disneyland Hotel in Hong Kong, and overall, I had a great experience. The property is absolutely beautiful, with its charming Victorian-style architecture and lovely views of the gardens and sea. The hotel truly captures the magical atmosphere of Disney, making it an enchanting place to stay for both kids and adults. The rooms were spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated with Disney touches, adding to the immersive experience. The amenities, such as the swimming pool, kids’ activities, and character-themed events, were delightful and kept the Disney spirit alive throughout our stay. One of the highlights of our trip was dining at the Enchanted Garden. The buffet had a fantastic variety of delicious food options. However, there was one downside: while the Disney mascots were a great addition to the dining experience, I noticed they seemed to prioritize Chinese guests over others. It felt like we didn’t get as much interaction or attention from the mascots as other tables did, which was a bit disappointing. On a different note, while most of the staff were kind and helpful, a few interactions left me feeling underwhelmed. Some staff members were not as friendly as I would have expected from a Disney hotel, and that slightly dampened the otherwise magical atmosphere. Despite these issues, I still loved my stay at the Disneyland Hotel and
Lovely hotel, great for visiting the park
Beautiful room with balcony view and the indoor swimming pool especially is excellent and not too crowded. The hotel is overpriced in terms of the stay though and the breakfast buffet is the only service available in the morning which is exorbitantly expensive and limits options in the morning. Great to stay for the convenience of being near Disneyland and especially if you are looking at a 2 day trip.
Very nice pool! We love it !
We had a brilliant holiday here. Staff were very friendly and helpful, even went above and beyond to help.
Didn’t like transport to disneyland
Always a lovely experience staying at the kingdom club rooms. This is our fifth time back at kingdom club.
Convenient access to Disneyland HongKong
The property was super close to Disneyland Hong Kong! They have the shuttle buses but the park was so close that we walk. Staff were a little rude.
good hotel. great restaurant and a wonderful chef!

A really like this hotel in HK. Very worth it!
Great service
Upon reaching the kids were thrilled. Bus to ferry around is a plus point. The room is spacious and decent clean but after so many years the toilet is showing signs of aging. One of the bath towel is soil so I took a star off. The pool is fun with the slide but the jacuzzi pool may need an upgrade.
Scenic shots, well equipped disney store. Spacious rooms, big enough for the complimentary baby cot
Luxury stopover
Great spot to relax for a one night stopover $140 taxi from airport where is your shuttle bus Disney! Smaller than the photos imply but that’s the same for the whole of Disney HK.
Satisfied
Poor Club Lounge
Terrible Club Lounge food. Exact same poor options everyday, and the food was freezing cold. Not even an attempt to make this lounge worth the insane price you pay to avoid the other price gouging happening at the resort. Skip this and bring ramen. Save your money unless you love boxed cookies and gummy bears.
Very Disappointing
Poor housekeeping and shabby ventilation system. My mum was stung by a bee in the standard enclosed room of hotel (Non-Balcony and Non-window) when she woke up in the morning and was sent to emergency department for treatment with horrible pain on her thigh. Hongkong Disneyland Hotel denied any responsibility or compensation and only claimed it was an accident.
Would highly recommend this property. Was outstanding experience. Staff are warm, friendly and helpful. Regular transport to the parks and train station.
The staff are very accommodating, the entire hotel is clean and beautiful and the location is very convenient.
Average and expensive. Don’t bother
We’ve stayed in all HK Disney hotels but wouldn’t stay again. Mainly as you no longer get early park entrance but have to pay so you may as well stay elsewhere and pay the same for early entry. The service here is pretty bad - nobody we came across cares - but the main thing is that you feel like you’re constantly being ripped off. £100 for an average buffet breakfast for 2 (the only option unless it’s the weekend when the cafe is open (which is expensive but less). Basically an average 3-star hotel with ludicrous prices and zero benefits for Disney land
The hotel is nice, but small. There are no convenience stores, so you are stuck if you need anything other than water. The restaurants are good and were not very full, but thats the only option for any food. Transport to park was good. The breakfast in enchanted garden was a dissapointment, as you only see Mickey and pluto, who you can meet in the hotel lobby anyways, for the price we were expecting more.
A magical vacation
A beautiful trip topped off with a fantastic hotel. Colleagues could not do enough to help you the room was perfect. The views from the room was amazing pool fun and restaurants were quality . One thing we would have liked was a quick service area for pop and crisps may have had one but we did not see . Hotel 10/10
Always great staying at Kingdom Club
The crystal lotus restaurant has the cutest Disney dim sum offerings at lunch. Totally recommend!
Nice hotel but …
We stayed 3 nights. Rooms were fine. Food was pricey. Service was ok. The staff handling arrivals/departures are too busy (this could be due to the higher traffic when we needed the service). Location was not as ideal as I imagined.
It was amazing! Love the Disney bubble. Walked to the parks everyday
Standard room is spacious for family of four.
Love the frozen kingdom suite. Exclusive perks for getting the suite. Free access to kingdom club lounge and character meet up sessions. Rooms are clean and well decorated. Staff are extremely friendly and approachable. Many activities in the hotel to join for Disney fans.
Happiest stay next to the happiest place - Disneyland - in HK.
Excellent
The hotel facilities and room is old, should upgrade
love disney<3
Bad service
Bad service
Convenient if you 2antn
The Best buffet I ever had, the room is big and convenient
We had a fantastic stay at the Disneyland Hotel. The staff are very friendly and attentive, hotel is close to the park and there were lots of little details that made this stay extra special. We would not hesitate to stay again
family holiday with adult children
This was our first holiday here. Shuttle bus from hotel to the park works with short 15mins wait each way. Restaurant staff at Walt’s Cafe were accommodating for dinner with our late arrival near closing time & Crystal Chinese were helpful with food allergies. Enchanted Garden buffet had an extensive selection though very expensive. Good size bright lounge foyer area. Poor quality sheets were rough texture to sleep on & room would benefit from a refresh.
It was not a good experience
Very bad exprience. Too croweded with minimum to no service at all. Really below the expectations and the hypes. Probably would never visit the Hong Kong Disneyland.
It is good but to have cheaper dining, need to travel out.
Kingdom suites double beds on the small side uncomfortable, excellent amenities which included tiny robes and slippers and location to Disneyland resort. Access to the club room food was average they need to swap or rotate food choices more often.
The magical moment for kids
Pleasant stay at Hongkong Disneyland Hotel
A very pleasant experience staying at the hotel. Service was good, staff was helpful, accommodating and attentive which made the overall experience very enjoyable. Definitely will stay at Hongkong Disneyland Hotel again if visiting Disneyland HongKong.
So expensive for food. Also Hotel very cold - aircon made it uncomfortable and I needed to wear a scarf indoors!
Review could have been excellent had I not suffer from bed bugs bite on the last night. Thankfully none of my other family members got bitten
Great gym facilities, indoor and outdoor pool, by the sea, shuttle to Disney MTR, fun activities such as mini golf area, maze activity, mini go kart, tennis courts. Would be great if there is a mini-mart with daily essentials and pharmacy as getting to the nearest mall is not easy.
Slightly dated, but nice experience
It's near the park and walking distance without having to take the shuttle.
a truly magical stay
Everything is super expensive & room was not that clean
It’s a nice environment hotel for the family. There are lots of activities in the hotel line up for you and your little ones. It’s a nice place to stay. We will definitely come back here again.
We had a great stay !
Dinner Buffet is the best!!! Staffs are very friendly and kindness!
We had bug bites every morning. Told the manager she said that it was bec the area was the outskirts so they could be mosquito bites but we didnt have them only when we woke up the next morning.
Would be better if they give us option to buy 3 breakfast buffet instead of 2
Not practical
Hotel is generally normal, limited activities to do in hotel and lack of dining options. Inconvenience to go out or grab groceries. I won’t come back again and do not recommend
Nice room
Great facilities for kids - programs, pool, maze, playground and playroom!
This is a beautiful property and excellent staff. The room was very nice and easily fits 4 adults in 2 queen beds. It is very close to the Disney Park and the other hotels and the free Disney bus comes every 15 minutes. Our only complaint was the restaurant choices were very limited. There are 3 restaurants and we ate at all of them. They are very good and very expensive. We arrived late afternoon and wanted a light snack while we waited for our room. There was no restaurant that had snacks or light meals. We ended up going to the Asian restaurant and getting more food than we wanted and spending lots so that we did not want dinner a few hours later after we had got in our rooms and freshened up. We ended up ordering room service late at night and just eating in the room because we wanted dinner but the only options were buffets and large meals. Due to the weather the pool and pool restaurant were closed so that may have been an option on a different day. The 2nd day was bad weather and we were stuck at the hotel for the morning due to a typhoon warning. We ate at the buffet breakfast which was expensive but there were not any other options. While we waited for the park to open and the typhoon warning to decrease we eventually decided to try another hotel for lunch. We got to the Explorer Lodge and was disappointed to find they did not have an ice cream or bakery shop or any à la carte dinning options.
Wonderful Stay
Wonderful experience in the stay, staff are friendly, room is clean and spacious, pillows and bed are comfortable. Kids enjoyed the stay so so much :)
Excellent hotel! Very clean and quiet.. the staffs are very accommodating and approachable. If given a chance to go back, i will book again and stay here.
There’s no doubt, this is the Cadillac of all hotels here. It is absolutely exquisite from the inside and out. Being greeted by bell service, to the front desk staff, and everyone in between, they make you feel like royalty. The rooms are large and beautiful and have a Victorian charm about them. The pool is very spacious and clean and easily accessible (great for hot days) I definitely will be staying here again next time I’m in Hong Kong
Family stay in resort hotel
The hotel is like all the Disneyland hotels, very well planned and has great facilities for the children and whole family to enjoy. With the shuttle buses prying at very reasonable short periods it is very convenient for commuters to go to the Disneyland park. However, the prices at the restaurents are quite expensive, take note.
Disneyland hotel is near and very accessible going to Disneyland. The hotel's staffs are very courteous and efficient.
We arrived last week after two weeks of business in Shenzhen in Beijing. We absolutely needed a break . We loved staying at the Disneyland hotel. The location is wonderful, and where it is situated, on the bay, with beautiful views of Hong Kong, was amazing. We were particularly impressed with the staff. One young lady in particular, Carissa, who was serving in the Club Room, did an amazing job! We will definitely stay here again. It will be our go to resort for r&r.
excellent
Not sure how they call this a Disney Hotel since there was nothing Disney about it. The theme was odd, didn’t go with anything Disney. Once you are there you are trapped. No dining options outside or Disney for 40 minutes by train. Food at the hotel was beyond overpriced. Staff was nice but very absent. Wouldn’t stay again!
Great experience and amazing service!
Not so clean
great experience with family vacation. It would be good to have more restaurant options.
The service at the Disneyland Hotel was tip top at the reception, restaurants etc.
Cleanliness,
Well maintained
This hotel is lovely place for me 💖
Food and drinks were really pricy and the service was not quite 5* lots of staff but they don't seem to know what they are doing most of the time.
Very nice place to stay
Good
great hotel
Relatively old hotel, price is not worthy for stay.
Lovely friendly staff and wonderful property!

Hotel had a fresh scent throughout lobby. All employees were excellent. Excellent transportation throughout facilities including a nearby rail station to take you to the city. If only there was more convenience stores it would be perfect. I think there used to be a 7-eleven in the area but it is hard to find.
