Very friendly staff, great breakfast options!

Clean, convenient and great breakfast

Out suite fit 6 comfortably, and everything was clean throughout the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, and the breakfast was more than a basic continental breakfast. 15 minutes from the Domain and 20 from West Campus. We’ll be back.

Better soundproofing

It’s a beautiful hotel with a lot of amenities. However, I could hear the people on the floor above walking around. When you’re trying to sleep, that’s not optimal.

The refrigerator was very load, something was very wrong. I thought about unplugging it. Also there must have been a soccer tournament in town because kids were running up and down the hallway for two nights.

Worst hotel by Hilton

Marilyn at the front desk should not work in the service industry. I dealt with her 3 times and each time it was like speaking to a wall. You cannot get a straight answer from her - every question I had was followed up with "um, I don't know" and a blank stare or silence on the phone. For example, Me: "are there any cribs available?", her: Hm, I don't know" then no action or follow up whatsoever. Then, "can we do a late check out?" "um I, don't know, there's a lot of people checking out" then doesn't look up any availability. I offered to pay extra to stay 1 more hour and she said "hmmm, I don't know $50???". I just left very frustrated with her. The room was also not very clean. The key card did not work in all entrances. Just not a very good stay at all. I am a Hilton Honors member and this is by far the worst hotel by Hilton I have ever visited. Will not return.

Loved my stay at this hotel, breakfast was good and staff was friendly!

The location was great. However, our room was NEVER cleaned. We were apparently forgotten on the floor they put us on. That was very disappointing.

Great Hotel for the Value

My favorite homewood and area when visiting Austin. Outdoor pool, 2 room suites, free breakfast, happy hour during the week and pretty clean.

The staff went above and beyond any expectation I could’ve ever imagined. They were the nicest folks we have ever encountered with any hotel service. If I could give more than 5 stars, across the board, I would. I never leave reviews, but, I was compelled to make an exception this go around. Hats off to the entire staff and the professionalism they’ve demonstrated and anyone would be lucky to stay here. We loved it. Don’t get me started on the awesome pillows! Hands down best hotel stay ever! Gonna miss you guys and hope if I’m ever in the area again, I know where we are staying!

When I got the room I booked, the kitchen floor was dirty and I found a piece of sausage on the floor . Disgusting. When i saw the stains on the bed sheets that was it and I asked to change the room . The girl at the counter apologized and changed my room and promised that the manager will contact me in the day after. I am still waiting. The other room was cleaner but the tiles at the bath were broken and the toilet paper was used. Very disappointing.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel , it was very clean and smelt like a new building . The staff were very welcoming especially Alysha at the front desk .we checked it at about 5pm it was snack hour , I mean hot broccoli cheese soup, garlic bread, salads you name it … this was served Monday to Friday, and breakfast every morning …..Our stay was one to remember and we will definitely be back . Being someplace that’s comfortable is very important to me and this was it !!!

What an amazing hotel! The staff were amazingly exceptional and wanted to accommodate however they could. My kids and I loved the huge swimming pool- water was comfortable not too cold at all! They also had cornhole activities and a basketball court. Full size bath products available in our suite made it so convenient. Nice happy hour in the evening the night we went as well as a great breakfast the only thing is that it closes at 9 am which is too early in my opinion. We’ll definitely be staying again!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing we didn't like was breakfast meals. Not enough food to eat.

Housekeepers always do a great job. Most of the staff are good as well. Breakfast food is ok, can be improved with some variety each day and fruits aren’t prepared well enough. Fresh but not so fresh.

Our child got sick in the middle of the night and the hotel decided to double our fee to stay there. Customer service was no help and we will not use a Hilton property again.

The experience was great

Clean. Nice. Pool was well kept and housekeeping everyday. Breakfast was nice. Only complaint is we weren’t told about the evening kickback and stayed for 5 nights. We found out night 4. Other than that, everything was amazing

They have an infestation problem that it seems like they just brushed under the rug because I haven’t heard nothing from them since I up and left yesterday. My daughter had a real bad allergic reaction to either the pool or the bed and now it is probably both cause of the bugs they have. I extremely upset that I stayed there all week and now my things have to be tossed out because it may or may not be infested. Cleanliness is number one when running a hotel and if you can’t honor the guest a clean and bug free room then you shouldn’t be open. I will not stay at another hotel of this name again. So disgusting.

The staff was super helpful, the breakfast was great, the room was spacious and the beds were comfortable.

Broken AC

Our AC was not working or blowing cool air, which is warm this time of year in Austin. We spoke with the front desk, a workman came up and didn’t fix anything. The hotel was fully booked so we couldn’t switch rooms. They did not offer any compensation when we complained about a room without a functional AC

Clean and friendly staff

This is my second time staying here and I actually like this hotel. Only problem about this stay was I was told my room I requested wasn't available and that the room I was getting was an upgrade. Besides it having a separate room, it didn’t feel much like an upgrade especially since the shower is nothing like the picture AND the shower we had during our first stay. Other than that, I think it’s a nice hotel with a beautiful pool. Oh I also didn’t like housekeeping knocking on the door every morning. They need the do not disturb sign for the doors.

We had a wonderful stay. The queen beds were comfortable and my daughter even says the pull out couch was really comfy too. Everything we needed was provided and the staff was super nice. The breakfast had a great variety. Even my gluten free daughter was able to find enough to eat

Family comp

Very loud people in room above us. Was kept up 2plus hours of our final night. Sounded like a herd of elephants. Hotel did offer Hilton Honors points which we accepted because purely exhausted and didn’t want to argue. Should have asked for partial refund.

Don’t recommend

The cleanliness is poor. We only had to stay one night because we were traveling, but we would have left if it was more nights. There was quite a bit of hair in the shower and multiple stains on the couch. The shower doors were gross. Pillows aren’t that great. There’s no vent in the bathroom. The blanket was rough. I know it’s not an upscale hotel and probably just used for travelers like ourselves, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Choose somewhere else

The room was small for 4 people. Had a pullout couch with no sheets. Not enough towels when we arrived. Had to acquire those. Mirror or picture over the toilet was missing/ripped off the wall. Shower is old and I could see PVC piping down the drain. Found numerous screws missing or not screwed in. Decided on this place because of the gym. Went to the gym, found it was missing it's weight benches to workout with. They had a 1 piece cable/weight stack machine, placed on moving cart dollies, left in the gym. I chose not to use it because it was a safety issue. The gym should have been closed. It was a safety issue that was not addressed. I was really pissed that I could not workout. The breakfasts are small and lame. They used styrofoam plates/bowls from a grocery store. The employees grab the food at 9 or 9:30, so they can move on to other tasks. I passed the management offices and could see them in disarray. Clutter everywhere. Put a solid door on those offices or smoke the glass. Every night, people were hanging out in the back parking lot, smoking and drinking. No security. I was worried that my vehicle would get broken into. I am not happy that I spent my money here. I would avoid it, if possible.

Not great.

Bathroom door did not close. Fan in bathroom did not work. Beds were uncomfortable. The room was not cleaned at all for the first 3 days. Had to ask for even the trash to be emptied.

I loved that the front desk staff welcomed a greeted me as a honors VIP customer. The smile was priceless and very contagious ❤️! The services were excellent and very pleasant!

Best hotel in North Austin

What an absolutely fantastic hotel! From the super friendly check-in through the beautiful, huge, clean new room, everything was great. We especially loved the shower – – lots of water, pressure and a curved glass door that made it extra spacious. Having the full kitchen was an added bonus. Breakfast was good and they kept everything immaculately clean. If we ever come back to Austin again, we will definitely stay here.

Awesome experience all around!

No heated pool

We chose this hotel merely because of heated pool because the kids really wanted to swim during their spring break. However the pool was not heated and kids were very disappointed, it ruined our stay. We could have stayed at other hotels for cheaper with better breakfast. There was no bagel or bacon for breakfast just the very basic items. We will not return.

i booked a king suite over a month ago, but when i checked in i was given a suite with 2 queen beds. lady at desk said they booked too many king suites so i had to be the one to not get whst i booked a month ago. Also people above me had kids who ran and jumped all night long. the property is very nice and clean but this stay was not pleasant as we had planned.

Three-night stay

We stayed three nights during the week to avoid a winter storm and couldn't have been more pleased with our choice of hotel. The service was excellent, the suite was extremely comfortable and modern, and the Happy Hour (on Tuesday and Wednesday) was a real treat!
