Very Accomodating

Our flight got in early and we were at the hotel by 11:30 am. Our room wasn’t ready but within a half hour while we were at lunch they called and the room was ready. This was so appreciated after a very early morning of travel. Will definitely stay here again if in the area.

A stop to rest our head for the night. The bed was very comfortable and did the job well. Everyone was friendly and informative.

We checked in and discovered the sheets in the room were filthy (stained with brown spots). Not sure what happened. The staff quickly assigned us to a new room with an upgrade.

Great for pre cruise stay

This hotel was great for our one night pre-cruise need. Airport transfer/cruise shuttle available for minimal fee. Mainly in an Industrial area with a grouping of three sister hotels so not much in walking distance. Decent breakfast and dinner was available at the property next door.

The hotel desk receptionist didn’t accept my airline membership account for receiving mile points.

Breakfast was very poor and people were lined up for food.

No restaurant on property. Shuttle took forever and not until my call friends m the airport was answered after an hour

Friendly staff all around the hotel and very helpful with any questions or concern about the transportation from the airport and then to the cruise port the next day ..the breakfast was very good .

Room was spacious and had full kitchen.

The property was dated and not well kept. I was surprised by the condition of it overall. Staff was nice. Shuttle to airport was great.

Perfect for a short stay near the airport

Reception was excellent and efficient. The ivy on the building makes the hotel look uncared for.

Visiting family. For the most part everything went well. Hotel is fairly new, suites are nice for family.

The room was clean liked the full fridge

Overall it was really great the only thing was that I smelt a chemically odor but overall it was an awesome experience.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service! The desk clerk told me what time the airport shuttle would arrive, but when I got to the lobby shortly before the time, the shuttle had already left. The desk clerk tried to tell me that I wasn't there on time, but I was couple minutes earlier than the time the shuttle was supposed to leave. I was told the next shuttle would be there in about 30 more minutes, time which I didn't have to wait, so I ended up having to pay $50 fir an UBER.

Advertises as a airport hotel but it is 25 min from airport and shuttle service was awfup

The front desk was the best. We got to the hotel early and they kept our luggage while we went out and allowed us to check in a little earlier.

Clean nice property. What I didn't like room had no safe. Also only one dining option at Hilton Garden which is not my Hotel. You need a restaurant and bar here. Felt confined behind a closed gate.

Homewood Suites by Hilton Miami Airport West

Very nice, except you could hear all the planes taking off from the nearby airport.

We stayed at an accessible room 227 and the walk to get there was very long since the door for easier access closes at 10 pm

The place was clean, friendly staff. Had a kitchenette with fridge. Spacious room with a sitting area. Breakfast with variety. Had fresh cut fruit, variety of other options and it is all neatly presented with description of each item. Has laundry room with multiple washers and dryers, chairs so you can sit and wait if you want and a table for folding clothes, and a Presso machine. Has free airport shuttle service. I would definitely stay here again.

The elevators need to be serviced

In general I’ll rate with 8/10, the only inconvenient on this property is that parking isn’t free and you must paid for the days of your stay. We spend $48 dollars on a 3 nights stay.

Check in staff was helpful! Rooms needs renovation, shower floors make sounds like if you are going to fall, shower too narrow you bump with shampoo holders, complementary breakfast staff rude!

The place and the staff are very nice. The only thing I didn't like was the black out curtains in the room. They couldn't be properly closed (not even half way just the sides, as decoration) and my room was "facing" the parking lot so I got public lighting on my face all night. The curtains are designed that way. The mechanism does not go all the way. I would stay here again.

Horrible service; they charge my card without my approval. No water in the bathroom to shower and all they had to was sorry! Breakfast was decent but it’s nothing I could get excited about!

We asked for an early check-in as we just had a cruise and the hotel staff were able to do it, we were so grateful to be able to get our rooms as soon as we got to the hotel, the hotel has a free shuttle service every 30 minutes and free breakfast

Convenience

Good overnight stay. It’s a little ways to restaurants but close to the airport. Shuttle to the airport was nice.

Just a quick overnight before going on a cruise. Staff was incredibly friendly, the room was very clean and comfortable, definitely a good value for the money.

Convenient and comfortable.

I stay in Miami for a week, every other week. This hotel will be amongst my top places to stay relative to price and proximity to where I work. Love having full size fridge.

This hotel was easy to get to from the Miami International Airport. There is a shopping plaza close by with a variety places to eat (e.g., Chinese, Italian, Wendy's etc...). There is also quick and easy access to the Palmetto Express Way for visiting other areas.

Served it's purpose. I was looking for a convenient place to stay close to the airport as I had a connecting flight the next mornings. The lobby is nice and the breakfast is actually quite good. My only issue was the shuttle was already offline when I was waiting at the airport, mind you an hour before they claimed it shut down for the night. For that reason I can't give this hotel a sparkling review. I ended up getting an Uber and that added an extra $20-plus to my layover.

The Hotel is excellent rooms are spacious and clean,the breakfast is good and facility is quiet, pool is good for family time not crowded. Transportation to the Airport is free and to cruise port is affordable when booked via hotel. I recommend this excellent hotel for future stays.

Afternoon front desk worker lied to us about availability of morning shuttle almost causing us to miss our morning flight. Tv didn't work in bedroom. Telephone didn't work in bedroom. They left a sharp kitchen 10" knife in a low cabinet where our toddler found it and almost got severely injured.

Farah was amazing. After a long day of travel, she greeted me warmly and was able to book a room on the first floor for us. She invited us to a reception that evening and was so sweet. The hotel was very clean and the room was well stocked. I would stay here again!

Friendly staf

My stay at Homewood suites was enjoyable. Friendly staff, safe property, clean environment, great atmosphere, great breakfast and clean rooms. The hotel is situated in a great location which isn’t to far from the airport and close to shopping areas, grocery stores, dinning areas, and lots more.

Place was so clean, Quiet, Safe. Staff was friendly, Breakfast was very satisfying.

We stayed 7 days at HOMEWOOD. We had a great experience except that there was a staff member that was disrespectful, unprofessional and aggressive toward us. We will file a formal complaint against this employee. We were told that the Manager was out on vacations and is expected to return in July.

Excellent the only thing is there was not shower gel available for us in the bathroom but that is minor compare to the cleanest and peace of oir room.

Everything was clean and nice. AC could havw worked a littlw better. Water pressure was horrible though.

Great staff very friendly!! Breakfast was very good. Room was huge. Very well worth the price. Love the 2 rooms set up. It was like having a vacation from the kids.

I just needed a room for one night before taking off on a cruise. The breakfast buffet was the best I have ever had stateside. The room was affordable, gigantic and even had a kitchenette. Staff was very friendly. I really appreciated the included airport transfer. For an extra $16 I got a transfer to the port. Made my cruise experience easy! I would definitely suggest this hotel for ANYONE.

The area was just ok. There were many feral cats and the pool looked like it needed cleaned. There were not many restaurants nearby

Friendly receptionist

This was a great place, but the area around this location is questionable because it is a commercial area across from the airport and way off the beaten path. I loved the staff, the room and the services.

The Hotel was excellent. Choose this hotel because we really just needed a nice clean hotel room for a night before we went on a cruise.The staff was nice and the room was comfortable and clean. It also had a nice kitchette area. The breakfast buffet was similar to other hotels and the food was good. The price for the room was very resonable and cheaper then the coastal hotels but that is due to being about 10 miles inland. Would definitely stay there again.

The room was wonderful. The check texted every day to make sure I was happy with my experience. This was new for me and much appreciated. The only down side was the subpar internet which kept dropping. Even the paid service. Other than that it was a great stay

One night stay

We stayed the night after our cruise. We were able to leave our luggage until we could check in. We were able to check in early with no additional cost. The staff was so friendly and the room was amazing. The airport shuttle was so good to have.

Desk attendant got us an early check in. Beds were comfortable, maintenance needed in closet doors and cleaning of windows.

Solo Trip

My stay was pretty good. I arrived around 6am after a very long flight. I was already checked in and just needed to sign a form. Throughout the stay the staff was friendly and accommodating. However, there were some dirty glasses in my room from a previous stay. This was the only negative on an otherwise lovely stay.

Everything was amazing. Staff was friendly and very helpful. 10/10 I will return because it a nice area for shopping.

Room had a leak in the ceiling and is in need of a refresh.

Great place to stay

Such a great experience. From check in with Farrah to the large room with separate living area and kitchenette. Surprisingly quiet room considering jets are flying literally above hotel every 5 minutes . Nice pool area with basketball. Fully loaded Breakfast was wonderful. . Only downside is limited area to walk dogs. But felt safe on property at all times.
