Great location

Great convenient hotel location. Breakfast was great and staff was friendly. Free parking would have been nice. The beds were average when it comes to comfort and unfortunately the pool and hot tub were closed during our stay.

Breakfast was perfect. Parking was a little hard with a truck but doable. Loved our stay! Coming again soon!

Beaut town and Hotel close to town centre

Property under renovation so somewhat limited parking. Also, I didn't realize there was a daily $20 fee for parking. We did walk into town, but it was a dark walk, and sidewalks icy in places. Doable, but just be careful... suggest a flashlight. Front desk staff very helpful. VARIETY on the breakfast buffet was great. Definitely would stay again... and plan to!

Disappointed.

Stayed four nights. Location is great as far as access to all the downtown area restaurants. The hot tub was only in working condition one of the four nights and even then you couldn’t set the timer. It would work 10 min after you set it then shut off in 5 min., The pool was not working at all. This was a top priority for a ski vacation. The water was completely off one day after skiing and we were told numerous times it was restored but it wasn’t. So that was a great evening to meet up with friends for a nice dinner without being able to shower after skiing!!! The one desk representative was as nice as she could be given the circumstances but still inconvenient. We were told one day by the shuttle driver that if we wanted to come back early from the slopes to give the hotel a call and they would come out to get us. When we asked the following day, we were told it’s not an option. So yes shuttle to the mountain is a good amenity however it’s only at 8:30 am and 4 pm. As for the shuttle to the airport, yes they will pick you up or drop you off as long as it doesn’t conflict with the shuttle times to the ski resort. We were compensated with Hilton honor points but not much good that will do me since I book 99.9 % of our hotels through hotels.com.

The room was very dirty would never stay here again

Convenient area

Staff was great. Easy check in. We booked the room with the jet bathtub, only problem was the jets didn’t work. The 2nd day we were moved to another room, and when we were going to use the tub— we realized there was no plug. A member of their team promptly brought it to our room. Other than that, the room was great. Enough room for a toddler and a puppy to run around. Convenient and easy location in town.

The property was great. The room was perfect but what was so fantastic were the staff! Everyone was so helpful and friendly! I was also impressed by the breakfast served and the light meal on Tuesday/ Wednesday evening. The food was terrific!

Fine for a 3 star, but one bad CSR mad it seem bad

So we were staying because our flights home got cancelled and the condo we were renting was booked so we couldn’t extend there…so take this with a grain of salt. First off, Karen was extremely kind and welcoming. The other lady that checked us in was awful by comparison. She was rude to guests on the phone while we were waiting to talk to her as well so it wasn’t just us. Accommodations are fine for theri intended purpose. For a family of 3 with a 19 year old son with them with 6 suitcases it was extremely cramped. Bed was too firm, and the sleeper sofa had no sheets on it nor any sheets in the unit l but the place was clean overall and the other gentleman at the front desk was quick to remedy the sheet situation so that was fine. This place is pet-friendly so be prepared for dogs barking (for at least half an hour at one point) and/or some pet smells but they do a solid job overall. If it hadn’t been for the rude woman that checked us in, it would’ve been perfectly adequate for what we needed it for. Breakfast smelled amazing btw but we had to check out at 5:30am so we didn’t get to eat any our one morning there but seemed promising!

The staff was very helpful and nice. I had 3 encounters with the afternoon, evening and very early morning staff. My flights were canceled on 12/26 and they helped me find a wildlife tour, order a pizza and get an early morning ride to the airport. I love Jackson and staying at HS was very consistent with how I know Jackson. Thank you

Excellent pet-friendly hotel in an awesome location, walkable to so much. A great base for a trip to snow king, jacksom hole or grand targhee. Staff is kind, personable, welcoming and respectful. The lobby is beautifully decorated for christmas and there are books and games for use. Hot breakfast was good enough. The hot tub is hot with forceful jets. The jets turn off after a few minutes, stay off a couple minutes, then turn back on. I stayed in a fireplace kitchenette suite that was cozy and attractively appointed. There are mountain views from either side of the building. I never had trouble finding free parking in back, and i have a large truck. Would stay again, this was the best hotel experience I had on a long 3 week cross country trip :)

Close to everything. Airport shuttle was a nice convenience. We loved the coffee and hot chocolate always in the lobby and board games.

Disgustingly dirty, housekeeping no-shows for days

This hotel is "fine". However before you book, you should be aware that there are major issues with housekeeping (and you should be aware that you cannot open or close the bedroom door, because the bed blocks it...you have to MOVE the bed to open and close the door!). We booked a family stay for six nights. On arrival, we opened the pull-out sofa bed, to find the previous guest's bedding still there...and filthy. For four of our six days at the hotel, we requested housekeeping, and housekeeping never came. Every day it was "sorry they will come soon" - and our room was never cleaned. There was also a pile of wet towels and dirt left in the hall for 3 days. I contacted Hilton executive customer service and their "CEO representative" told me everything was fine because they "only provide housekeeping when requested". We did request housekeeping - 4 days in a row - they just didn't do it. I have no idea why. I would strongly recommend booking a different hotel, especially if you care about cleanliness and hygiene. This hotel - and apparently their CEO's office - do not care about this at all.

Great staff!

My family and I stay here every time we come to Jackson, which is once or twice a year. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Great complimentary breakfast. Room is always clean upon arrival and always easy checkin.

This really is a nice property. The suites are roomy. It does need to be updated as the bathrooms especially are showing their age. I will still stay here when in JH though, as it is a great hotel for a pretty good price. Staff is always very nice and helpful.

Nice place, affordable, but the gym was about as big as a bathroom.

We enjoyed our recent stay at Homewood suites. They are pet friendly and we were able to bring our little dog. The front desk staff was very friendly. The hotel was within walking distance to restaurants and shops. They had breakfast every morning.

The suite was tiny. There was no room for luggage. It was also way overpriced for what we received. The staff, on the other hand, was very helpful and accommodating and the location was very convenient to downtown Jackson.

We loved this hotel. It's close to the edge of Jackson, but still within walking distance of the downtown stores and restaurants. The staff was extremely friendly and willing to help with directions to parks. They provide a bagged breakfast, and ask for room orders by 8pm the night before. It was an easy, convenient process. We loved the bagged meals because we left early (5 - 6 am) every day for tours and could easily take our breakfast with us. There was plenty of parking, conveniently right outside the hotel. Our room had a full kitchen, including; dishes, dish towels, fridge, microwave, stove, sink, and dishwasher. It also had a seating area with a couch, computer desk, tv, and fireplace, separate from the bedroom. The fireplace was a nice touch and easy to use. The room had plenty of windows as well. The bed was comfortable, but the bedding was odd and I wonder if something went wrong with the cleaning of our room. The fitted sheet was inside out, and the blankets consisted of a flat sheet, what looked like a mattress pad or mattress cover, and a fleece blanket on top. I think the middle was supposed to be a comforter, but maybe they ran out or something. We adjusted the heat and were fine.

Noisy

Great hotel in a convenient location. We stayed in a suite - had a full kitchen, living area, separate bedroom which made it great for those who got up early - no distributing the others. The heating/ac unit was well designed and super quiet - we never heard go on/off. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed with our pup and the hotel was convenient for dog walking to a couple of parks. Parking was free and right behind the hotel. The hotel is located a few blocks from the 'downtown' area and a reasonable drive to Jack Hole Ski Resort. We highly recommend and plan to stay here on our next trip to JH.

It was a large yet cozy suite - separate bedroom and a full kitchen. Everything was stylish and comfortable - loved the fireplace! The lobby area was inviting and the staff were absolutely wonderful! Great breakfast, especially considering the Covid restrictions.

business traveler

This was a nice hotel and a really nice room. I was in the Aspen Suite. Very comfortable and a good size. The room was very clean, which is important to me as a business traveler. The lobby was nice also. My only suggestion is that they keep up the common areas a little better. A lot of wall nicks and smudges in and around the elevator and a couple of other areas. This is an older property and it has been remodeled. Overall my stay was great though, the front desk and housekeeping employees were very friendly and accomodating.

Ended up here at the start of the COVID19 pandemic. The staff was as helpful as can be. Breakfast daily and shuttles to and from the ski resort and airpot were definitely selling points.

It was a great location - easy walk into town even with alot of snow ! The Staff here really make you feel at home - from the Breakfast - to yummy light dinners to the warm cookies and milk every night ! I cannot wait to go back !

The property was close to everything, from shopping, the National Parks, and dining. The hotel itself had a great breakfast and in the evenings offered a free dinner (social hour) which was a great touch!

Great as always. Food provided was yummy, spacious rooms big enough for our family of 4, clean space. We were assigned a room different from our reservation, but it was corrected quickly. We stay here for every trip to Jackson and don’t plan to stay anywhere else.

Loved our room which was a full on apartment with fireplace. Parking lot was gravel and muddy. Back door wasn't always locked

The entire room felt tight and kitchen was extremely small, with the sink so small I could barely wash a travel tumbler cup. We booked this for the kitchen but ended up eating out because of the size and challenge of cooking there. It was also a bit dingy and felt dated, even though it's been redone. Not the best but not the worst.

All the staff were very helpful. I needed a little ice for an injured ankle and the front desk clerk went and retrieved the ice and a pack.

Our room furniture was covered in pet hair, which was disturbing and required constant removal from dark colored clothes worn to wedding activities.

Nice place close to downtown

The staff was friendly and very helpful when we asked about hikes in the Tetons. Our only complaint is that the hallway smelled strongly of something not so pleasant (not sure what), but the room smelled fine. It was clean and comfortable. We would come back.

Complimentary light "supper"?

Stayed here for 2 nights on our Yellowstone/GT trip. Quite enjoyed the stay here. Large room (separate living/bedroom, 2 TVs), good price, warm staff. Would definitely return. Complimentary breakfast, afternoon snacks, and light "supper". We took advantage of the free self-laundry (we bought our own detergent pods). A little distance from the town center though, but walkable. Parking is a little confusing on arrival, and looks like the parking space is very limited.

Great in town getaway

Great location. Staff friendly and very helpful. They couldn't do enough for us. Great hot breakfast in am and 24 hr coffee. Short walk to center of town. Hot tub was nice after skiing. Rooms clean and spacious. Nice Kitchen, fireplace and work desk. Would definitely recommend it!

Wonderful staff

Wonderful staff. They truly go above and beyond. Rooms were clean. Hotel was just a short 10 minute walk to Jackson Square.

Nice hotel at a convenient location and good parking. However, access to and maintaining a wi-fi connection takes far too much time. If given a reasonable alternative, I will avoid Hilton hotels for that reason.

Very welcoming hotel with lots of added extras..especially liked the chocolate chip cookies every evening!

Great Hotel

I've stayed at several Homewood Suites and this was by far the best! Very friendly staff that went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable!

Great place to stay.

Located on a quiet side street, this hotel was a gem. They are in the process of doing some renovations and our suite had just been updated. It was beautifully done. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. It is a short walk (about 2 blocks) to downtown Jackson where there are lots of things to do. A short drive to Grand Teton National Park.

A few unexpected inconveniences.

The building was being remodeled during our stay, which we learned about at check in. Also, the hot tub was out of service, and the beds were full, not queen size like our reservation stated. The staff was very friendly and apologetic, though, and tried to make our stay the best they could.

Perfect Jackson Hole stay!

Excellent customer service! Great complimentary breakfast. Staff was knowledgeable of the town and went out of there way to accommodate a ski service to bring equipment to me !
