Super friendly staff clean pretty damn good free breakfast buffet

I was really impressed on how clean the room was and how nice the hotel looked and breakfast was OK but overall, I loved it and I would go back again

This is my second stay at this hotel in the last month. The entire staff is so kind and gracious and the hotel is exceptionally clean and well kept. I couldn't have asked for a better stay both times. The hotel is also located close to many different restaurant options as well ample shopping nearby. They also offer many great breakfast options on site each day. Another huge plus was the free EV charger located in the parking lot. I am exceptionally picky about hotels and this one always my top choice in the Houston area. Kudos to the entire team that runs such a tight ship at this hotel. Great Job!!!

Amazing staff

The hotel was fine and the staff were very nice. It's tucked away enough from I-10 that you don't hear the bulk of traffic noise. The one-bedroom suite was large and clean, however not having a door to the bathroom sink was a little awkward in the middle of the night. The most annoying aspect was that the hotel was in the process of putting new carpet in the hallways while the rooms were occupied. So at 9 am we heard loud pounding and hammering, and then they had to prop open each room door in order to get the carpet in that section. If I had known about this beforehand I wouldn't have booked, or the hotel should have severely discounted that day.

Nice hotel

Overall a very enjoyable stay! Liked how spacious the suite was. The room where the 2 queen size beds were was very spacious. The living area was nice, but the sofa was very uncomfortable. Liked having a full kitchen. The breakfast was very good with friendly staff, but the front desk staff could have been a little more friendly and attentive.

The property is maintained in a healthy environment, and the room was clean and neat, with a lovely ambiance.

Nothing to add

Unfortunately, I was not warned in advance that the hotel was replacing the carpet. The room had a terrible smell. Every morning I woke up with a headache. It is a pity that my stay at the hotel was spoiled by this circumstance.

Something needs to be addressed: not working on toilet exhaust fan, some light bulbs are out so that not enough light, no sponge at pantry sink but dishes detergent provided, Gym room closed without notice on website (I booked this hotel mainly for the fitness facilities).

I had a great stay. The property was very nice. My room was very clean. The staff member, Sean, that checked me in was very friendly with great customer service. There were also many dining options nearby which was perfect. I look forward to booking again and recommending to family and friends.

Fantastic stay

This was my second stay in two years. Great stay - location, quietness, service, cleanliness. Safe - there was a security guard in the parking lot. Wanted to specifically point out that the breakfast bar staff were extremely friendly and attentive. On the eco-friendliness, I really appreciated that reusable plates and utensils were used instead of disposable things and the shower had big bottles of toiletries. Also! The trash can had liners. The gym had really good equipment too.

Very nice hotel close to everything!

I've stayed here several times and have always been treated with care and respect from check-in staff--to the breakfast staff--to check out. It is very convenient to various shopping venues and most importantly to my family.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Check in was easy. Rooms were a great size. However, there were several hairs from the previous visitor in the shower floor and walls.

Clean, good breakfast, reasonable, well located. Safe didn’t work, elevator button hard to push, only one ev charger for a non-Tesla. Had 6 Tesla chargers.

Very nice and spacious rooms. Love the small kitchen in the room and toiletries available. The staff is friendly and allowed us an early check in as well.

My son and I went to the Santana concert at the Toyota Center. We had a very nice stay. Bess were comfortable. AC was cold! Shower was awesome! Loved it! Will definitely come back

Disappointed

Someone vomitted in the elevator and when we told the front desk associate, she stated that she didn’t have anyone onsite to clean it and she couldn’t because she was there by herself. We utilized the stairs just fine, but knowing the bacteria that could come from that, the desk associate not seeming to care and no staff onsite for things like this, which are urgent, will prevent us from booking this hotel again.

Excellent conditions. Very clean. Ceiling fan in room is amazing. Ashley and Xavier and staff are extremely nice and go above and beyond for customers. Delicious complimentary dinner with beer and wine on Wednesday night. Complimentary daily Breakfast bar also amazing.

They had no rooms available. They sent me to an occupied room and when I came back, they realized they had no rooms, and I left.

Soap, Shower Gel was missing in room. Room carpet is very very dirty, ac and refrigerator is too noisy. So many less star hotels are 100 times better than this property. This was expensive and not even close to the expectations.

Exactly what I was looking for as a stop on our roadtrip home. Clean, safe, friendly staff. Property is in excellent condition.

We enjoyed our stay, the hotel is very clean. The hotel staff are so nice especially to those that are serving in the kitchen. They go above and beyond. On Saturday they had chorizo with papas along with other traditional breakfast items. On Sunday they served carnitas. I was beyond impressed, it was very delicious. Our room was a junior suite and we loved the mini kitchen it offered. We will definitely book again in the future.

The property was very cleans, breakfast was the best and the staff was great . Would recommend.

Relaxing and quiet.

My boyfriend and I both loved staying here! Our room was basically a studio apartment that was nicely furnished and very comfortable. Also, their free breakfast was surprisingly good! We have already said that we would stay here again.

Contactless check in was the best.

We didn't like the fact that on the page it was posted something completely different from what the room was! Very disappointed and the person at the check in not friendly at all..gave some other hosts mineral water and for us he didn't even have the decency to offer any! So rude! The sofa mattres in very bad conditions.

Awesome hotel stay.

Great hotel stay and so appreciated the multiple Tesla charging ports. Breakfast was exceptionally good at this location and very friendly hotel staff. Loved it so we extended our stay for longer.

The staff were so nice and accommodating. The property was clean and up to date. My daughter enjoyed breakfast every morning on the patio and playing mini golf! We will for sure stay here again when in town!

All I’m going to say is it’s a nice hotel. You can’t go wrong if you choose this hotel. No complaints and I doubt it seriously if you will have any.

The hotel was nice and the room was as well. There was only one issue…the room curtains smelled as if they had been soaked in urine. It was a very disturbing smell. I had to spray disinfectant on the curtains, constantly, to get some relief from that odor.

The hotel was conveniently located off of the freeway and close to a variety if sining options. It was the perfect hub for exploring Houston.

I had a great experience at this hotel. A lot of things were nearby in terms of food shopping. The hotel staff there was a young man black/Cherokee who was there every day of day and made each day of my day. Wonderful his customer service and attentiveness was what made the hotel experience worth it. The breakfast was decent and my kids had an awesome time. I just wish the pool was indoor instead of outdoor because it was a little too cool to get in.

Best hotel and service ever. PERIOD.

This Homewood Suites hotel is the absolute best in the area. It is in the perfect spot for those who need to visit Katy and downtown areas. Also, Sean has been AWESOME! He always takes care of us and I always feel right at home here.

Staff and Service was the best part of the property.

Great location for extended stay on business. Walks are thin is my only complaint. Phenomenal staff that is friendly and accommodating. Quiet area even by the freeway. Close to many things.

The hotel is beautiful and clean. Breakfast was great as well. Our room was clean and comfortable and I really enjoyed having the kitchenette. We had neighbors playing their music way too loud until 3:30 AM. When we called to report it the music stopped. So we were quite pleased with the staff for being diligent. Additionally, upon checkin I was able to check in early. I will definitely be staying at this hotel.
