Nice large fully stocked room.

Its ok

Everything was great but the bed was not comfortable at all. If the mattresses were better i wo7ld go back. I have another trip coming up to the same town but will find a difference hotel.

Hotel clerk was exceptionally helpful and courteous

Will definitely stay here again. Rooms were huge. Pool was clean and heated. The breakfast spread was great! Staff was very friendly. Check in and out were the easiest I've ever experienced.

This is the third time we've stayed in Tupelo at the Home 2 Suites and each time the customer service is outstanding. The front desk staff is exceptionally courteous, so welcome after a long road trip. Front desk associate, Soloman, made our stay very enjoyable with his friendly demeanor. Good restaurants close by and great access to interstate. Great choice for Tupelo lodging.

Always a pleasant stay. Indoor pool. patio outside. Well lit at night. Steak N Shake down the road. Also try Lost Pizza around the corner!

The staff was extremely friendly and nice. We did have an issue with people above us being loud late at night, but the front desk handled it.

If you’re a cross-country traveler like myself, and need a place to stay- look no further! The facility is very cleanly, safe, and quiet. Not to mention accommodating for pets! I highly recommend this stay for anyone, especially weary travelers trying to avoid the Memphis area when you’re traveling on I-40 to or from the 22 corridor.

There was a big gap at the bottom of the door which made the noise level from the hallway extremely loud inside the room.

Very clean. Staff was excellent. Walls are thin and you can hear people above you at times. I wish they would spring for a little higher quality sheets/bedding. They are kind of thin. But a good stay and well cared for place.

The property was new and designed in a modern convenience setting. My 1st time staying at a Hilton Home2 and I’m sold on them. I like the layout. Also, pet friendly.

We had a great stay. Richard went above and beyond to help us with our check in and with the tv remote. Very happy with everything. One of the best free breakfast we’ve seen in a hotel. The options were many and extremely clean set up.

Traveling with 3 kids

The staff was amazing and the breakfast bar was impressive with their selection! My kids enjoyed the pool and the beds were comfy!

Room was spacious. Little curtain separating pull out couch is nice. Beds were comfy. Property and room were impeccably clean. Breakfast had lots of seating. 2 waffle makers, breakfast sandwiches already built, oatmeal, toppings, cerral, toast, etc.

We were very impressed with the size and cleanliness of our room! The kids loved to play in the pool.

For our traveling family of 6 the double queen suite was perfect. The room was huge and up to date. The breakfast was amazing. When passing through we will stop again!

Fantastic hotel

Best hotel we have stayed at in years. I wish our stay was longer at this hotel, but it was midway on our trip. Would absolutely stay here again.

Terrible water pressure in The shower

The water pressure in the shower was terrible. The baseboards needed to be cleaned. You also need to put a handheld showerhead in there to be able to wash your hair better.

This is the perfect suite for road warriors. Full fridge, separate areas and a simple perfect bathroom. Fresh pillows, sheets and towels. Dogs welcome. Even a free toothbrush to replace a lost item. Will look for this sub type of Hilton in future.

Best place to stay.

This was a very nice place to stay. Rooms were large and comfortable, like a dorm room. Even had a kitchenette with dishes, full refrigerator, microwave. The breakfast was the best I’ve ever had, even at a high end hotel. I definitely will look for Home2 Suite hotels again wherever I travel. Staff was very nice and friendly.

Quick Overnight Stay

Staff was friendly and professional. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. Accessing the property from the road was a little tricky and could be better marked.

Easy to find dining options near hotel. Parking was convenient. I recommend this hotel to others.

Staff was very responsive. TV didn't work properly and it was corrected right away. Manager sent several texts messages during my stay inquiring about my stay and if I was satisfied. Awesome customer service. I'll book Home2 Suites again!
