Worst stay I've had @ Hilton.

Fire alarm on the second night @ 7pm. Stairwell reeked of marijuana. Stairwell was flooded with water. Fire dept was there and everyone was in the main lobby. I was going to stay that night but without a good option to get work done and no guaratee of a good nights rest I chose to go home. I asked for either no fee or a discounted fee since Hilton is the reason i left to go home early (there was no fire; they had a water leak so bad it was draining out into the parking lot by the time the fire dept got there).

The staff wasn’t as friendly but overall the stay was nice.

I’ve stayed at this property several times. The staff are wonderful, polite and helpful. Breakfast is included in the price and has plenty of variety. The hotel and room clean snd comfortable. I definitely recommend this hotel whenever one is visiting this area.

There are two treadmills in the gym and the only functioning one was occupied by another guest. Unable to workout in that inefficient gym. Why wasn’t there a stair master in the gym?

I liked the cleanliness of the place I like the breakfast effort- needs a little bit of improvement great gym idea but you only have a few machines so you have to ensure that they work but top on my list was cleanliness and for that you get an A I would certainly recommend and stay their again

Very clean and spacious. It s quiet place and room is super perfect for the whole family. I like the complete set-up of the kitchen. My kids enjoy the stay!

There were flies in the room. Also the bedsheets from previous guests were not changed. They were just covered up to look like they were done. The housekeeper were rude too. When asked about changing garbage bags they had an attitude. It is not exceptable when we are paying so much amount of money to have a better stay. The breakfast variety also needs to be increased to accommodate guests who are vegetarian.

Check in was quick and ok. The room and bathroom clean, comfortable bed. The wifi didnt connect with my guest info, but the code work so that was good. Breakfast was ok. So overall i would stay again.

Likesd I liked that the facilities inside and outside was well kept. Our room was very spacious. I like that there were electric vehicles charging stations on the property. Disliked: We stayed 2 nights and during the entire stay our room wasn’t not cleaned not once. There were flies in our room by the window. Found 2 dead and at least 4 flies flying by the window area. The sofa smelled very bad. It needs to be changed. Carpet needs to be cleaned as well. The food options at breakfast was very limited. For the price we paid for our stay it would been nice to have had at a minimum a buffet style breakfast but most food came premade which isn’t good especially for ppl with allergies or ppl with picky kids. Paid $450 for 2 nights so I was very disappointed.

I didn’t like anything about the property. It was dirty and noisy. I had to pay a cash deposit of $500 on check in to staff that I couldn’t understand their version of English. Never again hilton

Very clean property. The staff is very professional. I particularly liked the EV chargers on site. I was able to start my day with a full charge, very convenient! Well done!

This hotel is about a 20-30 minute drive from the airport. The hotel was clean and comfortable, the continental breakfast and eating area was spacious and stocked well with the usual options.

Room and bed were good. Breakfast average. Salt water pool was nice.

Bed bugs

I thought hotel was fine the parking was a mess. However Thursday when I woke up I had many more bites I thought at first it was just a mosquito. After going to Dr it was determined to be bed bugs.i do have a dr note as well and would like a full refund for both rooms as my daughter also has them on her legs.

A/C was very noisy and the fire alarm went off at 2:00 a.m. we were outside for about half hour. The hotel never explained what happened which makes me very undecided to stay again.

Suite was big and at good rate.

This was a newer property. The two queen beds were comfortable. There were adequate number of power outlets for all our devices. Breakfast was simple and good. Plenty of parking spots. Convenient location to the places that we wanted to visit. Plenty of restaurants within a short distance of this hotel.

The room was spacious and clean. Everything looked brand new. Overall the stay was excellent and affordable. The only downside was loud kids and the pool was always full with kids. The pool also looked murky. Convenient place around 30min to various big cities with lots of entertainemnt around. Would definitely stay there again.

This is by far cleanest hotel I’ve been in a while. The hotel is relatively new but out of all of it cleanliness is most important to me and it stood to par.

Room is huge, and very clean. Floors, sheets, towels and bathroom all clean and fresh. AC blows nice cold air. Kitchen fully stocked. Shower felt really good and the in-house bath products smell and feel wonderful

Great stay! Room was perfect :) the pool was a hit with our family. Breakfast was good, too. Other guests were quite loud in the hallway after we had all gone to bed which was the only issue we had. Will stay again!

Welcoming helpful staff, good sized clean room was equipped with all basic needs stuff including dishes and appliances in kitchenette. Staff were extremely polite and helpful , family oriented place with pool and gym, you won’t be disappointed booking this place for your family visits.
