Staff is excellent

Very friendly staff.

I frequent this hotel visiting family. It is always a pleasure. Rooms are comfortable and there is a breakfast. Parking is easy and plenty of places around to either shop or eat out. Staff is always attentive and pleasant.

Loved the convenience of the outdoor seating area with the grills. A couple dinners out there helped save some money

My Pillow

We enjoyed the room, nice and large with big refrigerator. TV could be placed more in front of bed. The pillows are very hard and flat… please consider getting MY PILLOWS from Mike Lindell, very comfortable and they don’t flatten!

The property looks very simple, not inviting. The staff was nice. The room where I stayed smelled musty and the AC did not cool well. Stayed 2 nights, never got new towels or room service. Walls are thin, you can hear people walk on the hallways.

15 minutes from Jenson and Stuart beaches while still on highway for mainland access.

The staff was welcoming but the computers were down so took longer to do "the paper method"

The hotel and customer service was good But I felt like the floors in the bathroom wasn’t cleaned at all. No garbage bags in bathroom trash or in trash can in kitchen area. I had to use my personal shopping bags for trash.

The staff was super friendly, everything was clean and organized The room made u feel at home I didn’t wanna leave , gym was amazing with all the best Equipment. pool area was perfectly designed overall an excellent hotel!

Bed was comfortable, TV remote was easy to use, breakfast was wonderful.

The adjustable shower head is only adjustable if you can actually reach it...way too high on the wall. unadjusted, it gave me sparse water...

We were only in a few days and this location was perfect. The staff was friendly, the rooms were spacious and clean and the hot breakfast was worth the stay alone. Fresh. Hot. We’ll be back to visit soon

This hotel was so nice and quiet. Our room was beautiful. Staff was amazing. We called and asked to stay an extra hour from checkout time and they showed us to. Don’t mind staying there again.

The staff were very helpful

We stayed at this hotel evacuating from a hurricane in SW FL. the hotel was very safe and solid and retained power throughout despite numerous tornadoes in the area. One staff member at front desk was very unhelpful but ALL the rest were gracious helpful and friendly. I’d especially like to recognize Nico, who went above and beyond at a very stressful time when he must have had to answer the same questions over and over from anxious guests. Also loved the pet friendly aspect. A winner in every way, would stay again and highly recommend!

Good Choice for Families

We came here to get away from a hurricane and they let us check out late to not go out in bad weather with our kids. They offer a full size fridge, a convection stovetop for free upon request, and dishes, cups, and silverware. The people were really friendly too. Breakfast was best of it all. Pverall clean too.

What a great place to stay!

We had a great stay, it was warm, comfortable, everyone was so nice, we left the west coast fo Florida to ride out the hurricane Milton, the bed was so comfortable, I slept through the whole think. We loved our stay and will be booking again

We were surprised that our room was a huge suite. The bedroom was separate from a small living room and the kitchen area had everything but a stove. The bathroom was huge with a nice walk-in shower. We were only there overnight, but it would be a great place for a longer stay. We went to a great restaurant up the street.

We enjoy staying here when we come to Stuart/Jensen Beach. We love that they are a pet friendly hotel, and we always bring our dog with us. The rooms are clean, updated and very comfortable. Unlike other hotels that are pet friendly, you cannot tell that there have been dogs staying in the rooms because they are so clean and sanitized! No doggie smell anywhere! We will definitely be back again.

Great hotel, one of the best, easiest lodging experiences we've had in a while. We've been so disappointed with hotels in the $150-$180 range that I expected generic sub-par service and facilities, but was pleasantly surprised to find a nice, modern, clean and updated suite, nice layout, comfortable bed, nice-smelling sheets and many, many towels. The kitchen is very well appointed and you find all that you need to kick off a longer stay. We will be back!

Booked it to stay one night for a friends reunion from the moment we got there to the time we checked out the whole staff had a smile on their face and helped with anything we needed or asked. The complimentary breakfast was so so good and a nice variety for everyone’s pallet. Waffle station, cereal, eggs, yogurt muffins, bagels etc.

I liked the cleanliness and spaciousness of the place. All basic utilities and services were provided. Keeping within budgetary constraints, I would only add a shower cap, a couple more bars of soap to the bathroom, and a writing pad (perhaps with the hotel's logo) and pen/pencil to the room. A small safe in the room to store away one's passport, cash, etc., would be nice too. I would also recommend doing away with the $25 deposit charged upon registration for possible purchase of items displayed near the reception desk. It's a redundant, unanticipated cost. In all, I give the hotel 4.3 (out of 5) stars.

We had a suite and it was perfect for our weekend stay. This room was clean an spacious and the breakfast in the morning was not bad.

Worst front desk staff ever! Very rude and unprofessional especially the girl that I had to deal with in the morning. I had an appointment and was running late to get back to the hotel in time to check out, so I called to see if I could extend my check out time to 12:30 because I was ready approved for a 12 PM check out by another employee. Without hesitation she said absolutely not because I had a pet. I said ok fine I would make sure to be out on time. Next thing I know $86.38 was charged to my card. I call back and inquire about it and she tells me she charged me a 1/2 day rate in case I’m late checking out. Now mind you it was only 10:30 and I was approved for a noon check out that she already knew about so why on earth is she charging my card? Her response was in case I was late returning from my appointment. I already told her in our prior conversation that I would be out on time, so that was completely unnecessary. Anyway, I was out by 11:50 am and when I checked my account again not only was the 86.38 taken out but another $186. I called back again and was told that it was another day charge for my room but it was being refunded. It’s been 3 days and still not in my account. This hotel has gone drastically down hill since the old general manager left. I will NEVER stay here again

very clean throughout entire property. room was spacious and had all we needed. breakfast just ok but gets you by. couldn't log in to wifi - just stalled, used computer in lobby, worked out fine. coffee could be stronger. all staff friendly and courteous. would stay again.

Stayed there for a long weekend while visiting family. Was really happy with everything except that the AC unit in the room doesn’t shut off and is quite loud if you’re not used to the noise. Let’s just say I didn’t sleep much during that trip but other than that I’d highly recommend this hotel to all.

We only stayed 1 night but we were very happy with the spacious room, great kitchen, nice shower and comfy beds.

I visit family often in area and always stay here. Staff is friendly. It is close to a grocery store, mall and fast food. It is always clean and quiet.

It was load and the rooms smelled humidity I ended in the hospital with my kid

I keep forgetting you allow animals and i got bit by fleas, not sure if it was from the hallway or room. If your going to allow animals and not treat for fleas at least get rid of the carpet since this holds bad smells and fleas. Did I mention the fleas.

This Hotel is fairly new. Loved the updated features. Spacious one bedroom suites available. Breakfast served every morning. The staff definitely went above and beyond to make sure we felt 'at home'.

The upgraded suite is perfect for family of 4 or more.

Loud and don’t eat the sausage gravy

Hotel room was ready early and check in was quick and desk employee was very personable. Room was clean and comfortable. That evening we heard pounding on doors and yelling in the hallway. It was some sort of domestic situation. It calmed down but there were frequent loud noises coming from the hallway. Next morning early more yelling and the police escorted the guests out and then gathered their items. As we were up early we headed down to the breakfast. All seemed well until about 8pm that night when hubby came down with food poisoning. Must have been the sausage gravy and biscuits because he is the only one who ate it.
