No extra blankets in room. Even though they were aware i had a child. Rude staff during night shift. And took a $5 deposit after i already paid for the room. In which they never refunded.

Our Family loved this hotel. Alfredo was super kind, and helped us get our rooms next to each other. Grateful 🙏

Location was great. Parking and breakfast included, all great perks.

The hotel is great and has everything you need to have a long stay when you visit the themeparks. It is located maximum of 25 min drive to the WDW and even shorter drive to seaworld and universal. Breakfast easily acessible and have different variety daily.

Staff so friendly, new place, room with a lot space

The hotel in general was perfect, I only had problems one day with the parking. I guess because there were a lot of guests and it was difficult to find parking. The breakfast was not good, there were not many options, I have been to hotels with better complementary breakfasts.

It is a good property to stay at, the only thing I could say negatively about it is, you can smell the mildew in the room, it's not visible but you can definitely smell it and the beds are uncomfortable spring mattresses, also not enough blankets available and the ones you get are incredibly thin and uncomfortable. Positively, your staff was incredibly nice and helpful and the breakfast was very nice. Also the "surprise" parking fee wasn't nice but it wasn't expensive. Overall good experience.

Washing machine & dryer machine are old. Washroom slider door kept opening.

Great stay, ample space in our room; had 2 beds and a sofa. Had a small kitchenette with plates and cutlery, able to borrow a portable cooktop if required. Free parking was included which was a bonus! Breakfast was also included which had a few options available. Laundry located on ground floor next to the gym and near the front desk. Only 2machines and 2dryers available so can get rather busy. Front desk has change for quarters if needed and detergent. Was able to book free transport to Universal Studios - have to book at least 24hours prior and have to book in person (located across the road at the Homewood Suites Hotel), and allocated times. No need to book return transport back to hotel, first come first serve basis which we opted out for as we wanted to stay later at the park. Staff were kind, friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel, ticked all our boxes for my family of 5 during our stay ☺️

I left my brand new hair straightener there and didn’t realize until a week later. Teresa was able to locate it for me quickly and sent it back within days. A

Great location near universal, but the shuttle runs from the hotel across the street and only runs from 8am -7pm. You have to uber back or park at the park to stay late. Breakfast is okay and the room was clean and comfortable.

Spent two and a half days at this property. Giuliana at the front desk was very sweet and helpful. Breakfast options were great to start the day especially if you were heading to the parks for the day. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

We have stayed here before, close to Universal, but this time our room- dirty, our kids had to stay on separate floor where the room next door reeked of pot, the next day they were airing it with exhaust, 6 cops showed up that evening to arrest people in the parking lot right under our window for drugs, then at 4 am a homeless person or gang member was screaming outside our window…. Definitely will pass next time.

The room itself was huge and very clean. The hotel itself is great and the breakfast every morning was amazing. My only hiccup was the tv kept cutting off during our stay. We weren’t in the room much so it wasn’t a big deal.

Great location, Nice shuttle service to Universal. Hotel is very clean and offers a decent breakfast. The room was very clean upon arrival. (We arrived late and were tired from travel). However, the room was not completely ready. The room was missing linens for the sofa bed, hand towels, and the shampoo shower container was empty.

Check in rep very professional. Room was clean. Didnt sleep well due to room located above where they do their laundry of linen overnight loud humming noise. Be sure to say dont want room near laundry room. They did offer to chamge room on second night but too much of an inconvenience by that point. Good customer servce would have refunded a portion but they didnt. Conditioner bottle in shower empty. Very clean. Safe area. Would stay there again but not in that room or or near laundry machines.

I enjoyed the stay. It had a pleasant atmosphere with the staff and other guests. The breakfast had plenty of varieties of food and drinks (hot and cold) The suite had lots of space...enough for a party of 6. Pretty nice experience.

Home2 hotels are very comfortable and close to main interesting places. The room is also convenient for families since it provides a small kitchen where you can have some meals inside.

Halloween Horror 'Cancelled Room' ???

Following a long night at Universal Studios, my family and I returned to the hotel at 2:30am to find that our key card was not working. Having gone to the front desk attendant we were told there was not a record of anyone in our room and that we did not have a reservation. Luckily, we had taken a picture of the key card envelope that recorded our room number, as the front desk researched further, someone from the day shift cancelled us from the room and checked us out. We did not know if our luggage had been taken or anything -- imagine the horror of this at now 3am in the morning. We had the desk attendant escort us to the room. Luckily our stuff still remained and did not look touched. The next day, no one from the management team reached out nor showed any concern for this unprecedented blunder. What a disappointment.

A little snag with our stay

Our stay, overall, was great however, we didn’t have hot water the first morning of our stay. My husband took a shower in ice cold water. Other than that, service was great, the hotel was clean and the breakfast was great! I wish there were more option times for shuttle service to Universal Studios.

Amazing stay..this will be our go-to hotel going forward when traveling to go to Disney & Universal Studios park. Price is very reasonable for the quallty you get with the hotel room, the staff, breakfast, pool, gym and location to close proximity to Universal Parks and area shopping and restaurants.

The overall cleanliness of this place was great! Combined with how close it is to Universal makes it a no brainer to pick if you will be visiting the 3 parks of Universal. Breakfast included is also a very nice addition. A few small gripes would be in the room we had. First of the sliding door to the bathroom/toilet was very heavy to open and close. It would also not lock because of the locking mechanism not working. The other thing is that the overall room was pretty "noisy" somehow. If you where in the bathroom you would hear everything in the bedroom or livingroom. Overall we would go back if visiting Orlando again.

Clean room. Quiet area off main road. Shuttle bus to and from Universal. Only minor negative is the breakfast options. More of less always the same and is below average tasting (hotel food)

Omg this is our second stay and it did not disappoint, I love the staff so friendly and work extremely hard. I would like to give a special mention to Teresa the member of reception staff who made our stay extra special. Not just us I would like to say as others had talked about her friendliness and her ability to assist guests. This lady is an asset to the team, I would also like to mention the cleanliness of this hotel. It was exceptional and compared

Centric location, cleanliness, confortable rooms and helpful staff. Also the breakfast was very good.

Staff was great, at first glance the hotel looks great, nice area, right off the highway, rooms looks nice, but after the first night my son found a cockroach in the floor of the bathroom told front desk change us from room, next morning my wife found another one crawling around the plates, when we went downstairs for breakfast found out that outside people were going inside to get breakfast and use the restrooms, was with my son who on the pool and 2 young kids jump the fence to get in the pool, I’m a member of Hilton honor but I won’t be staying in this hotel again at least management was able to resolved most of the issues

DO NOT BOOK. Dirty rooms and linens, I have pictures of what our room looked like. Too bad we couldn’t go elsewhere. Hair from other people in our beds meaning sheets were not changed. So disgusting.

I like the coziness in general and free access to parking around property. I did not like the fact the only thing available is (free) continentsl breakfast. They should offer other dining options like having a small pizzeria/bar with hot food items available for a fee.

The location is good, you can walk and feel safe around the area. Good breakfast, good coffee. For the price it's great. Big suite, with separate and private bedroom and full kitchen with available countertop grill.

Good average hotel - not exceptional as it is rated on Expedia, there is nothing exceptional about it. Good size room, clean, location close to universal. Staff is ok but i didnot have to deal with them a lot. The breakfast is fine but the same all 3 days.

Great staff, nice budget hotel, free breakfast. Excellent. Only 2 little issues the shuttle driver is a little rude and the breakfast bun's are hard.

The front desk clerk at check in was so nice and welcoming! The breakfast was delicious and rotated with different things everyday!

Nuestra experiencia fue excelente. El area es tranquila, callada y segura. Con restaurantes y tiendas cerca para la comodidad. El Shuttle Bus fue de gran ayuda y siempre puntual. Muy cerca de Universal Estudio, Adventures Island y Volcano Bay. El cuarto estaba limpio, espacioso, muy bien cuidado y teníamos lo que necesitábamos. Servicio de cuarto todos los días de nuestra estadia. El desayuno muy rico y variado. Muchas gracias a todo el personal. Excelente trabajo!

Good place

We had a great stay this weekend! Very kid friendly with spacious rooms & kitchenette with a dishwasher if needed. It was an 10 out of 10 for us, already recommended it to friends & will be coming back again soon!

The first room had cucarachas and the second one was not in good shape

The breakfast was kick ass!

We requested a sheet, blanket, and pillow for the pull out sofa. First, I called and waited an hour. Then, I went down to the front desk. They eventually brought a blanket to the room. So, we made do with it. Our room was missing the bag that was supposed to contain all of that. Otherwise it was a great property.
