They were very friendly. The room and property was clean.

I usually stay here with family and it's a solid average hotel. The rooms are clean and the full kitchen comes in handy but on a recent visit, things have definitely gone downhill. The breakfast has gotten skimpy, they got rid of yogurt, cranberry juice and the bread rolls were rock hard. I wouldn't count on the free breakfast. Also, the beds and pillows are super flat/lumpy. It's time to get some new pillows and mattresses. As for the hot water in the lobby - it is orange and tastes like coffee. Hot water should actually be hot water. And yes....this hotel is cheaper than the strip, but these are just the basics. The staff was friendly and the location is great because it is a short drive to the outlets/restaurants. However....improve the items above.

Great spacious rooms, very clean and very quiet.

The bed was saggy and uncomfortable. The breakfast was not good.

The hotel was immaculate! We were greeted promptly and politely by two employees that seemed happy to serve us. It was located conveniently to a “Black Bear” diner and walking distance to an Italian restaurant with great food.

Overall, it’s a nice updated hotel. The rooms were clean, had kitchenettes, and were quiet. The shuttle from the airport to the hotel was great and the driver was very friendly! The driver of the shuttle we had scheduled to take us back to the hotel was 15 minutes late and since we had no idea if he was going to show up in time or not, we called a Lyft driver who got there the same time he did. $24 I wouldn’t have been out if the other guy had been on time. Not the hotel’s fault.

We absolutely loved our stay. Kids absolutely loved it and the continental breakfast.

Staff was amazing, held my luggage while I waited our pick up, so we could explore and go shopping.

They can't serve breakfast to many people, there's no food. They don't tell you that there's a fee for pets.

The property is near the airport. It is a clean and quite area. City center is 20 min away during evening.

Clean, close to restaurants

This hotel is a bit far from the strip and they do not offer a shuttle to the strip so you will have to take a taxi or Uber. It is however next to the outlet, only a minute walk and it offers free parking. The breakfast was a massive let down. The same food served everyday for the 4 days of our stay and the food wasn't that great either there is free coffee in the lobby. The laundry is $2 to wash and $2 to dry but you will need to do everything twice especially dryer because everything is still wet after the 1st load. The hotel room is spacious and customer service was great

Comfortable in Vegas

My stay was very comfortable and convenient to where my business needs were. However, the breakfast options were not very good.

Booked property for my family. The hotel staff were friendly. The room was clean. The breakfast was very good. Had a lot of food options. Parking was good. The only thing was on the second day of our stay our room was not cleaned. Had to switch dirty towels with the cleaning lady on our floor. Otherwise would definitely recommend this property.

Wonderfully clean and comfortable room with many amenities for fixing your own meals. Nice kitchenette and sofa bed for two extra guests. Very pleased with our stay.

Loved the friendly staff at front desk, great shuttle service and a fantastic Italian restaurant within walking distance. Room was large and very clean. Shower had great water pressure.

This hotel offers exceptional service, comfortable accommodations, and a memorable overall experience.

Though my stay was only for 1 night, my stay here was exceptional.

Stayed in room 510, room was clean, staff friendly property was well kept. I particularly liked proximity to restaurants, and shopping. Will return next year, hopefully the Raiders will win! Lol

Great Hotel

Very good location faraway of the noise of casinos and city but close to main important places. Very good breakfast and excellent kitchenette in the room, good pool, good gym, excellent internet, I recommended to my close friends.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room and bed were very nice. The shower was phenomenal. The morning breakfast was convenient and pretty good. We would recommend for anyone looking for a reasonably priced place that’s just off the edge of the strip.

Quite place

Always my go to for vegas. I usually am here to fly out, so the free shuttle service is great. Always clean and the staff is friendly. Free breakfast is a plus. Not too far from the strip for those that want to venture out.

We were exceptionally impressed with the Home to Suites by Hilton. It makes no pretense to be fancy, it simply provides everything a person would need to spend one or many nights in pure spacious comfort with all the necessities to make ones stay away from home pleasant. The Location was dusty and out of the way but fundamentally that made no difference.

Outlet mall within walking distance.

The staff were smiling as we entered the hotel and were friendly, courteous and professional. I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The cleanliness in my room was not as good however. There was gunk on the main light switch on the room and finger prints on the bathroom door handle.

Lesley the receptionist in the front is awesome she helps us easily check in.Staff in the dining so helpful .Room are clean,quiet .U make sure we coming back and book in Home 2Hilton and tell my friends and relatives to book here rate is excellent

The elevators took forever long, and that was even before one of them shut down. Other than that, it was great!

We walked in our room and it smelled like some type of food. They were out of towels by the pool/spa area. The spa temp was hotter than normal.

10/10 recommend. Close enough to the strip for a quick drive. My kids really enjoyed the pool. The rooms are large and stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff was super friendly.

The cleanliness was the first thing I noticed, the complimentary breakfast was delish! The parking was close and lit up! Staff was so nice! housekeeping was amazing also. I loved everything about this place and I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else!

The room was spacious and the kitchen had a full size refrigerator. Breakfast was delicious. The water pressure in the shower was poor.

It was kind of a sketchy part of town, not much dining options after arriving around 10 pm on a Saturday and did not want to drive to strip after our long commute.

Amazing Customer Service

After traveling on planes for the past 20 hours all we wanted to do was relax in comfy furniture. However we arrived an hour early for check in but the receptionist who checked us in was amazing! She gave us water and snacks while she got our room ready as soon as possible. She made the check in process easy and quick.

Outstanding Property for Pets and Disabled Guests

My wife has a disability and is in a wheelchair. The accessible rooms at this property are outstanding. The roll-in shower was just as promised. The room was spacious and easy for her to maneuver around. Best of all, beds were lower to accommodate wheelchair-bound guests - something that nearly every other hotel chain fails to realize is extremely important. We also brought our dog and the property is extremely pet friendly - even pet treats at the front desk! I was thrilled with this property, I will be reserving a Home2 Suites room in the future when travelling with my wife.

Amazing staff

The staff was amazing. They let us check in early, which was so helpful with four kids and a tired wife. Complimentary breakfast and coffee helped us save a ton of money. The pool was anctu open (we went to a few other hotels over the years and pools always seem to be closed). Our kids said that they only want to stay here. This is our second time at a Home2Suites.
