Clean, beautiful room. Staff very friendly.

This is my fourth time at this place and I love it. Griselda is such a love human being. She is always making sure that your stay is perfect. Thank you Griselda, th world need more people like you!

Shuttle service not available was disappointing…

Rom is very spacious and comfortable; breakfast has a nice selection and tasty. However, I booked this hotel partly due to the shuttle service to and from the airport, but the shuffle service is down and not available. Very disappointed with this. Have to spend $70+USD for Uber service.

Jordan at the front desk was amazing. All the staff was very friendly

I thought the rooms were amazing and very well kept and the staff was very kind and helpful. Their turn up service was great too. Breakfast is sub par but still good enough for a free hotel breakfast. I recommend staying here.

Room was huge and the guy at the front when we arrived after 1:00am was very helpful providing us with tooth brushes and complimentary water. Only complaint is that the traffic noise was loud.

Great place!

First time at a Home2 suites. It was a great stay! Bathroom water pressure in the sink faucet needs some improvements. Otherwise, a great place and we’ll be back.

The stay was great for IAH area. Clean and Good Breakfast. Will stay here again next time. The Hotel Shuttle was well run and on time. Note that it operates 5:00 am to 8:00 pm.

A great stay for day before cruise, free shuttle from the airport was easy, just Jack in box and fuel station with a shop in safe walking distance, the hotel provide pre packed sandwiches and snacks at reception, overall a good stay for what we needed.

Poor Shuttle Service

Rooms were great but the main reason i booked the hotel was for the airpodt shuttle, which ended up causing a lot of issues. Most airpodt shuttles show up to the airport regularly but you have to call for this one, which is difficult without an american phone plan. Even when I did get access to a phone, they didnt answer for 45 minutes. I ended up waiting 1.5 hours in the cold, so something to keep in mind especially if you're arriving on a late flight.

Your specifies restaurant and bar that doesn’t exist, if I would of known that I would of chose a different hotel.

Staff was great

We been having a hard time with the airline we chose and we had to stay the night here over night even tho we got here really late the staff was very friendly and helpful! All the staff from night crew to morning crew too shuttle drivers. Love that it’s kid friendly and very convenient and adorable

Pull out couch had old dried food stuck in it, hairs all over the mattress protector. Carpet was pretty stained as well

Overall, the hotel was good and clean, but there was too much noise from the floor above us. The breakfast could have been better, and the check-out time was too early.

Great service spacious room

My bathroom was not clean room 316 had hair in the shower no one came in to clean my room for two days no replacement of towels or rags

It's a really nice place. Hotel is well kept and the lobby and room is really nice. It is modern and new. Exercise room was nice too. Only issue we had was breakfast. They ran out of a lot of food at 915am and breakfast end at 10am. the yogurt machine didn't work and the fruits were gone and most of the hot stuff were out except for sausage patties . The staff were all very polite and the shuttle from airport was quick and efficient.

Great transportation to and from the airport.

Front desk personnel was confused with customer check-in with reservation. He didn’t seem to know how to serve customers. Bathroom should provide lotion, shower cap like others. Winter season should provide extra blanket in each room. Breakfast should be American breakfast, not Indian breakfast. It doesn’t meet Hilton hotel standards.

Great place to stay

We reserved and stayed in two rooms. The rooms are equipped with plates, spoon, full sized refrigerator and microwave. Location was close to major highway. Loved the breakfast-- healthier option than other places. I don't know why fruits were not included in the menu,not even bananas. It will be nice if there were more breakfast options- I have experienced this at another Home2Suites in Florida.That is my reason for the 4 stars. Everything else was great. Building is relatively new or recently renovated.

Love that this was only 10min away from the airport and rental place!! The room was so nice and clean! Staff is super friendly and helpful! they have onsite laundry for guest as well! overall our stay was very pleasant :) my only complaint would be that the pool was out of service and it wasnt marked as so on the site when i booked, but still very good!

This property has all that you need for a trip in a tiddy and appealing way.

It's further from the airport than expected. Our flight arrived late and found out that the shuttle ends at 8pm. If you have a car the area is fine but with no car at night it's challenging to get food. The foods there but because of the highway you're cut off and it's not very walkable. There's a javk in the box but it was drive through only at night. Our uber eats order never arrived so had to walk to the gas station which was a bit sketchy at night.

Best place to stay

I always enjoy myself at this property. That’s why I picked this property every time I fly into Houston.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room.

The only thing really lacking was the breakfast. I would rather have a great continental breakfast versus a really mediocre hot breakfast.

Felt a little unsafe in the parking lot

The room was decent, had no problems with it. Got a notification around 2:30am that my car was broken into. Back glass was shattered and all belongings stolen. Apparently 3 other cars had the same thing happen to them this night also. Super disappointing. Not a great area.

Very clean and the staff were very friendly.

The first room we had on the third floor was leaking from the floor above. We changed rooms and that room had roaches. One of the roaches was dead in my food that was kept in the fridge.

The room was clean. I liked that. I did not like the area it was in.

Wonderful staff and service! Had a little issue with urine smell in one area of room but staff took care of it right away! Jordan was the best!!! Will stay there again.

Overall the hotel is nice. Close to the airport and the breakfast was pretty good. The check in process was a headache and they somehow managed to “lose” or accidentally cancel my reservation resulting in me having to contact Expedia and experience a delay at check in that lasted nearly an hour. Once I checked in I was settling in and the power went out. After flying over 7 hours, two airports, walking and running I just wanted to take a shower and get some rest. I couldn’t do that and the stress it created was just unexpected and unnecessary.

Spacious room to accommodate the family. Great breakfast. Pool was not to clean.

Front desk staff was awesome my entire stay during my transition into the Houston area. Jordan was the man and the morning crew was a collective team to me and my family. Thank you all!!!

Friendly staff, helpful, good breakfast, clean. Bbq Grill next to the pool. Looks like there had been some break-ins and vehicles. The day that the kids and I arrived. There was quite of broken glass in the parking lot. Luckily, The 4 1/2 days that we were there, our rental car was not vandalized.

The hotel was great and the staff were wonderful. The van for airport transfers was rather sketchy as the engine kept stalling out. The driver was apologetic about it, but it made the drive back to the airport a bit of a harrowing experience.

staff was excellent in getting me to and from the airport and getting me checked in as soon as i got there.

room wasn’t clean

Check-in process was slow. There was no soap bar in the bathroom and was neither delivered to our room. Had to go down to the lobby to get it. Sofa bed seemed to have old bedsheets as they were very wrinkled up.

Breakfast was amazing

The room had a non working toilet, staff had to go upstairs to fix. There is a lot of random people just walking around the property.

Nice spacious comfortable and clean room Attention to detail could be inproved such as empty conditioner bottle in shower, no bread for toast or coffee as these had run out and not been replaced. Could do with a second waffle maker too as one for 150 guests is not great! Check in was a lengthy proceds with the app and digital key option was not working. Doors to hotel were locked on our late arrival and ecen another guest with a card key could not enter - not the best welcome after a late arrival. Shuttle service could operate more frequently to avoid having to get a taxi.

This is the perfect location if you want peace and quiet. Very clean and plenty parking. The self checkin to skip the counter option is perfect! Staff are very friendly and the shuttle driver was soooo nice

Great place to stay. Close to the airport, surrounding stores and restaurants. Definitely will stay again. Staff were great and accommodating.

Bathroom didn't close, issue with toilet flushing, and break into someone's truck at night. No extra blanket in the room. Staff was nice.

Clean

Great property, great employees, very clean and the breakfast was great. Rooms were very well set up, and the proximity to the airport and freeways was great. Many food and shopping locations are a close drive. Only one critique, laundry area needs a coin change machine or swipe to use.

Very comfortable

The property itself wasn’t bad, especially considering they had just had a major storm/ hurricane about 5 days prior. Most things wrong, ceiling a little caved in in the lobby, lobby bathroom light not working, and pool a little dirty - I attributed all to the storm. Our room was spacious and clean for the most part except for some of the dishes and the dish washer. The dish washer was extremely dirty inside and some of the cups and silverware (that we had) was dirty as well. Speaking of silverware - we only had 1 fork, 0 spoons, and about 7 knives. Staff was pretty helpful, especially Jden - he was a gem.

Nice hotel, a little off the beaten path.

This property is bad if you are going to stay at this hotel be prepared because you are going to arrive by car but who knows if you leave in your car there is a lot of theft and the staff does nothing to maintain security for their guests they broke my windows from my truck and they do nothing

Weird with towels

It was good but the two times we asked for towels we were told no. We stayed 4 days.

The room did not smell clean and there was a roach in the room.
