Room was clean; sliding barn door for bathroom does not provide full privacy. Walls/doors seem thin-could hear hallway noise and rooms next door as if the connecting doors were open. Food at breakfast was fresh/hot and nice variety to choose from.

Our room was not ready when we got there so we had to go and away for 2 hours and then come back. There was dust/ dirt on the top of the refrigerator and the cabinets and there was hair in the shower. Then went to make coffee in the evening and there was mold in the Keurig coffee maker. Took it down to the front desk and they didn’t have a replacement but stated they would have the manager contact us in the morning. That never happened. When we went to check out the next day I again reiterated what we had found and again was told that the manager would contact us. Also, that because we had book thru a third party there was nothing they could do for us. Still haven’t heard from the manager.

We liked the ease of check in location and breakfast area and the location of elevators. Room was very clean and equipped with amenities.

Choose different hotel

Room was clean overall. Went on family vacation in the area; the hotels pool was closed due to unforeseen circumstances, hotel room maid service didn't occur till we left, had to go to front desk for towels and wash cloths, you have to pay for wi-fi, and hotel employee's unfriendly overall. Won't stay here again.

The facility was fine. My rating of Terrible is because of front desk staff stating a couple of our reservations for multi nights (2 queen configurations) were going to change after 1 night to a king configuration. The 2 reservations we had were for families of 5 (2 adults and 3 children). King configurations would not work!!! What was also really frustrating is the staff, after informing of this change that was going to take place for these reservations, was very non-professional and indicated when asked how this could be within our 2 reservations, "that's just what the computer system does. There is nothing that can be done." When I tried to ask politely "how can this be, while being really frustrated, the front desk staff member threaten to kick me out of the facility because of my frustration. I insured her my frustration was not personally directed at her, but at the Home2 Suites in how they could supposedly change my reservations room configurations within the middle of our stay!!! She continued to insist there was nothing we could do about it and again threaten to kick us out. So I left the situation to my wife to workout with the front desk. Finally, a different staff member showed up and started looking into it. Long story short, he worked it out so nothing changed within our reservations. Not sure what the crap ultimately really happened on the Home2 Suites side of the interface between Expedia's reservations and the Home2 Suites system. Very Frustrating!!

Business travels

Stayed here for business. Musty carpet in room 311 and issues checking in. Came back 2 hours later to check in.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. We needed 5 rooms and check in was quick and efficient.

Everything was perfect. I’m not a traveler so this was one of first experiences and I was nervous but this was easy and it eased my anxiety. Thank u for that.

We loved you stay at Home to Suites in Columbus, Indiana. We stayed in a King 1 Bedroom suite and it was amazing. Very spacious, with nice kitchenette. We were very tired travelers and woke up refreshed and ready to continue our travels. We appreciated the cleanliness of our room and the nice breakfast. Will definitely stay again in the future.

Enjoyed our stay. Staff were all very pleasant and the room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Loved the medium sized fridge with the big freezer.

The desk clerk "Ali" was extra ordinar. I arrived later then anticipated and she made me feel very welcome and offered what ever assistance was necessary to get me into my room. I recently had hip surgery so her due diligence was very welcome. Great room size and amenities, would stay again

The water temperature was luke warm not hot. Noise from upstairs for about 3 hours. Sounds like things were falling. Loud noises and banging. There were people running in the hall way on our floor.. noises were interrupting sleep and while my daughter was doing her homework. Attempt to call front desk but no one answered. Checkin staff was nice and friendly.

Must stay!

We stayed overnight for a weekend getaway. Everything was excellent and looking forward to more stays this year!

Everyone went beyond to get u what u need. And the mgr and staff was great. Breakfast was very good. Pool was nice and warm for my grandbaby. I would tell everybody that they need to stay here. Great place.

We travel between South Dakota and South Carolina on a regular bases with a teenager and 2 large dogs. Its hard to find a nice hotel in a nice area when traveling with pets. This hotel was fantastic! It appeared brand new... I'm not sure if it was or not. I don't throw around "Excellent" but this hotel was. Even the morning breakfast was great. My husband loved the biscuits and gravy, I had the ham, egg and cheese croissant, our daughter had fruit and yogurt. They even had gluten free options. Every one was pleasant to work with. Will absolutely stay there again on our travels.

Hotel was great. Carla at the front desk went out of her way to make our stay the best. So sweet and sincere. Issue booking through hotels.com, and then having to reschedule room. Front desk team helped sort it all out and apologized profusely that check In took a bit longer than expected.

No hot water

The room and amenities were good, but we didn't have hot water in the shower or bathroom sink. That made our stay uncomfortable.

Nice hotel

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable and it was nice that the couch folded out into a bed so our 8yr old could have his own spot. My only complaint is that the pool was not heated. Pool room nice and warm though. I hung out while my son swam. Interstate was noisy at night buts its prob just my issue as Im a light sleeper. Prob same amount of noise at other hotels in area.

Honestly. Huge rooms, slightly outdated but that is fine. The breakfast is decent! The main reason for the 5 star review is the service. Christian was a fantastic front desk clerk, and was extremely accommodating. He was kind, fast and efficient. He's probably gonna be one of the reasons we will book again. Thanks Hilton Columbus.

Spacious and convenient

This was the cleanest place i have ever stayed. Physically everything was clean but also there weren't any bad scents in the air. It was quiet too. My husband really enjoyed the outdoor fire pit. Plus it was nice having a mini-kitchen in the room. Shower was wonderful and it was nice having an adult size toilet. Can't say enough good things.

The room allowed 6 people to stay, which is really nice. It had a big nice microwave, kitchen sink, utensils, bowls, dish washer, and a full size fridge! It was so nice.

Welcome respite

This is a lovely hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are terrific--light, airy, colorful, clean, and comfortable. It was a highlight of a week-long trip during which we changed hotels nearly every night, and I was sorry to have to leave. I'd stay again without hesitation.

Well-taken care of!

Home2Suties is easily becoming my new favorite hotel chain. It's always incredibily clean and well-maintained. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms are always well-stocked and have so much to offer with the kitchenette. I'm not in Columbus, IN much, but when I am, I'll be staying here again!

The rooms were lovely with ALL the amenities yiu could possibly need. The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful!

What's not to like.

Home2 Suites are the best. No matter what state these hotels are wonderful. Clean, fresh, soft beds, great breakfast with several things to choose from. Check in is always a breeze. Yes I will return.

Was very pleased when I first walked in I was greeted. Told me when breakfast would be served, the hours for the pool and the 24 hour fitness gym. Beds are very comfortable and the room are very nice and clean.

My first time at a Home2 Suites hotel and it did not disappoint! Lovely hotel, beautiful room, very comfortable and clean! Nicely decorated. I will stay again for sure!

They didn’t have a room that I had reserved cleaned so they upgraded me which was wonderful. Unfortunately there is this device that is in the room that constantly flashes a bright light so don’t expect to get too much sleep! There was also a few hairs in the shower. Great spacious room but overall just ok because I didn’t get much sleep with the flashing light.

This site is absolutely not biker friendly. A terrible storm came through and the front desk supervisor refused to allow us to park our motorcycles under the canopy. He was extremely rude and hateful! The bathroom was a mess and dirty as all get out. The pumps were broken and the bed sheets were dirty!

This is a newer design for a hotel/motel, featuring a side entrance and elevators at the front entrance. Inside there's lots to like. It has a 24 hour ground floor gym, breakfast open until 9 but the ladies running it were careful to check with everyone for seconds, etc before they closed up. Our room was spacious (assistance room} with handy features for those who need them. Definitely would stay here again.

Thin walls

The Hotel was amazing but the walls were as thin as paper. granted, we were close to the interstate but the traffic noise was crazy loud. We could also hear the people next-door talking. The flashing light up above the bed was really distracting as well.
