Love the cleanliness and location

Check in staff was very helpful. The parking lot was lit up with plugins for the cold temperatures. Was nice and convenient.

Overall a good stay. Too bad the jets on the hot tub were not working. Wish that would have shown in the price (discount).

The breakfast wasn’t great. Not many options. The eggs were absolutely horrible and would not recommend to anyone! Room was fine. Pretty standard. Hot tub was hot but jets didn’t work. We were notified ahead of time so not a huge issue.

Location was good this property could use more plugs out side -40 weather and minimal plug in spots

Clean with friendly staff

Hot tub still not working. Continental breakfast could use more selection. Control large groups of youths from sitting lying in hallways and running around. Staff or chaperons not doing their responsibility to other customers.

Not a good stay at all. Rooms are horribly small, no water pressure, unfriendly staff and the breakfast was disgusting.... maybe shouldn't serve it. Won't stay there again.

Great night stay

Very family friendly hotel. Staff were super friendly and nothing was any trouble. Breakfast was good. The hot cinnamon pastries were a lovely surprisel Will definatly stay with this chain of hotels again.

We always book here for Christmas as its so close to my son. Always greeted with a smile by the front and cleaning staff. Will continue to book here in the future.

Good atay

Liked the pool and hot tub area. Didn’t like the fact the pool and water slide was closed down the morning after before we checked out. Supposedly somebody threw up in the pool the night before so the water had to be drained. Would’ve been nice if the water slide was still accessible. Also, found the brr we dead and pillows quite uncomfortable.

This hotel needs improvement

After a fantastic stay at their property in Medicine Hat, I was a bit disappointed by our stay here. Pool was not operational and was told that we could find alternate accommodation if we were not happy about it. As this was one of the primary reasons for choosing this hotel, we were disappointed. Received a nominal discount however so that was ok. Room was nice but there was a bit of a musty smell. Common areas were very good, modern and clean but room cleaning needs improvement. Breakfast was great with a number of hot and cold items. When checking out, the girl at the counter refused to acknowledge us. No greeting, no asking how are stay was etc., just silence. The hotel is not bad but needs improvement in key areas such as maintenance, room cleanliness and customer service.

Breakfast was very lackluster and flavorless.

Clean and tidy

Only issue was the elevator was down the whole stay a d there was no compensation offered on the room cost for that.

Check in

I only had one issue and it was check in related. We met as a family in Lloyd and had 3 rooms booked. We were aware that the check in time was 4:00 but we hoped that our rooms might be available early so we arrived at the hotel at around 2:00. We were informed that none of our rooms were ready. Check out time is 11:00 and they had no rooms ready?

Liked everything about this place

A nice budget friendly hotel, with a pool, hot tub and water slide. The staff were all friendly. They had a cookie jar, with yummy cookies and iced lemon water on the front desk for guests. A nice continental breakfast and Tim Hortons just a walk away.

Great little hotel

The elevator was under repair so we appreciated a phone call before we left home and we're able to get a room on the 2nd floor as our mobility is not great. We had arrived before 4 and our room wasn't ready but when we returned from our event we went there for, our reservation paperwork was ready so checking in was easy.

My children love the hotel. Especially the pool w Water slide

Property was busy but very quiet in terms of volume. Staff were helpful and accomodating beds were comfortable and clean. Air conditioning wasnt the best but room wasnt un bearable.

I liked the place. Especially staff. Very friendly and helpful. Lovely rooms. All I needed for my stay with the kids. The pool was great. The jets in the hot tub are a bit too light but overall didn't impact our stay.

Would definitely go back! Sucked the hot tub was down but it happens!

Room was comfortable and comparable with higher rated properties we have stayed at. Breakfast had variety of both hot and cold. Would stay here again

Can’t say enough about how impressed I was with this place. Hotel and pool were fantastic and clean. Breakfast was good. And fantastic value for the price paid. Highly recommend.

Kids loved the water slide. Mall 30 seconds over had a food court and a walmart. Close drive to the Science centre.

Clean room, friendly staff, and a great hot tub area

Very run down, pool was unserviceable which was super inconvenient since we specifically booked this hotel for the pool. Even called the night before to confirm the pool was open. The floor in our room was so loud and squeaky, which was annoying. The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest, the bathtub had hair on the shampoo/conditioner dispensers. Toilet seat was broken.

Pool was out of order. Kids were very disappointed. Floor makes lots of noise while walking. Rooms loud can hear toilets flushing in other rooms. All the tiles in the elevator floor are broken. Booked this hotel for the pool.
