Great place to stay. Friendly staff and clean rooms.

Despite the highest temperatures of the year , the AC wasn’t working at its full capacity. The rooms, common areas like the restaurant, lobby, business center, and front desk were suffocating hot. The pets fee includes nothing; back when it was crowne plaza they provided a pack of bags to dispose your dog’s excrements and a nice necktie or ribbon. Even though there’s a sports bar within the venue it’s never open. Music by the pool it’s terribly outlet by a big and poorly equalized speaker.

Very nice hotel. Hotel restaurant is beautiful but food is lacking. Other than that staff super helpful and friendly.

We have stayed there multiple times when we visit Family in Tuxpan ,consistently a Great place to stay .My Spanish is limited but they have many staff that also speaks English .Our children was on this trip with us and was treat was shown a wonderful time by the staff .Hotel staff is friendly ,welcoming and there for all your needs .The breakfast Buffett that was in hotel was one of the Best .Thanks again for such a great stay .See you again soon !!!

I didn't loke the principal pool. We arrived here Friday and the pool wasn't available because was very dirty. In general the hotel is worth the price.

My room was not cleaned till after 5pm on Saturday?? I was out all day since 4am upon returning I expected a clean room.... not the case.

Best in Tuxpan

best hotel in the city of Tuxpan. Only complaint is waiting for a taxi as this hotel is about 3 miles away from the city itself. We will stay here again when traveling to Tuxpan.

Loved it! It's 5 min away from beach. Loved everything about it except the bed was a bit uncomfortable.

I went for a family vacation with a 3 and 9 year olds. The pool had fun things for both ages and the hotel was very close to the beach.

Nice place to stay

Very nice hotel, room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, food in the restaurant was good, nice place to stay.

The hotel is new. The gym is still under construction but one can use the gym of a nearby hotel. They do have free Internet in all the hotel.

The capacity of the lifs is quite reduce for the size of the hotel. Then we lost a lot of time waiting. Air condition in the lobby area was not running. The check out took a lot of time. The service at the restaurant was really bad. There was NOT enough waiters to attend the number of costumers. They should know the number of rooms that are occupy to establish the number of waiters.

Visiting family

The hotel is a gem in Tuxpan. The swimming pool and quite environment was great. I will return there.

Nice hotel for the area, very nice pool and located on the river. Neighborhood is average.....long way from downtown Tuxpan.

Great hotel with many services

Great hotel with many amenities and extremely friendly and helpful staff. The location offers a great view of the river but is a little far from the convienances of the city, so be prepared to drive if you want to do anything outside the hotel complex.

The place is clean and neat. The view to the river is great. Unfortunately we had two bad situations. One, is that someone in the room beside was smoking late at night, and all the smoke came inside our room. I think they share the air conditioning equipment. They announce that the hotel is a no smoking facility, but how would they know which of my neighbors was smoking? The second thing is that they charge us for the stay in the two rooms we use. We already payed thru Expedia. I had to call them back to arrange this. The lady in charge at the reception was not very nice, and did not answer subsequent phone calls neither confirmed the deposit thru her e mail. I finally got my refund, but I had to check it thru my bank.

Tranquil Location

Room was fine. Clean and fairly spacious as opposed to some hotels cramped accommodations. Balcony overlooking river was nice A bit away from town which was fine. Tranquil location. Restaurant expensive and disappointing. Front desk personnel spoke adequate English and very polite.

Comfortable. Good internet and services. Swimming pool buffe was below average. Breakfast are magnific. Lunch is good. Soups are nice.

Lo único malo es que si no dejan que lleves alguna bebida o alimento al área de alberca, al menos que atiendan bien porque se tardaron media hora en llevarme una carta de alimento y bebidas y nunca regresaron a ver que se me ofrecía

Cómo siempre el personal que te atiende en toda la propiedad es formidable, excepcional, pero en particular, pedí cotizar una noche más de hospedaje pensando que por ya estar hospedado me ofrecerían algún beneficio, y no,la persona a la cual me diriji no encontró algun beneficio que ofrecerme. Y lo que si fue difícil de ignorar es un olor muy desagradable en la zona de la piscina, un olor muy intenso a cloaca ,como si alguna planta biológica no funcionará bien.

Lo que me encanto fue la atencion del personal, lo que no me agrado fue que los olores del drenaje salen a la habitación y se acumulan en ella (se reporto al personal) si se pudiera mejorar la temperatura de la alberca porque esta muy fria 😶‍🌫️

Durante 3 días se escuchó mucho ruido de las máquinas que están en el hotel, desde las 5 de la mañana empiezan a darle mantenimiento a los estractores que tienen, no puedes dormir.

De las mejores opciones para hospedarse en Tuxpan

El personal del hotel es muy amable y atento, las instalaciones en general son buenas y cómodas, solo tuvimos un problema con una habitación que no funcionaba el aire acondicionado (nos cambiaron de habitación) y el ultimo día por una fuga de agua se inundaron los baños, el personal fue atento y en todo momento nos ayudaron con los inconvenientes.

Un hotel increíble

Súper comodo el hotel, la alberca súper bonita y la comida en su restaurante es muy rica, lo único que no nos gustó fue el trato del personal de recepción, muy desagradable, deberían de tener un mejor trato con todas las personas que se hospedan allí.

La atención en muy buena, el cuarto es amplio con camas y almohadas muy comodas, hay amenidades en el baño, tienes una cafetera con cafe, azucar, vasos, sustituto de crema y botellas de agua gratis. Limpieza diaria y te cambian las sabanas y toallas, pasan a preguntarte si todo bien con tu servicio de cuarto. En lo único que podrian mejorar es en el servicio de tv, la pantalla es de buen tamaño pero el servicio de cable es bastante malo ya que la señal se pierde varias veces al día.

No nos gustó su servicio ni instalación. Nos hicieron esperar en la recepción más de 10 minutos para checkin. La explicación de la recepcionista no fue suficiente, no entendimos el sistema de desayuno ni nos explicaron donde esta el restaurante y las otras instalaciones. Nos dieron welcome drink en el piso club y tomamos dos cervezas pero no estaban frías, tampoco había destapador. La silla de la habitación era muy incómoda. Y la ventana y la cortina eran corredizas pero eran muy duras y difícil de abrir y cerrarlas. Además no había nada de amenidades, las botellas de shampoo y jabón estaban vacías. Fuimos para estresarnos en vez de relajarnos. No pienso volver a quedarme alla.

Hotel con todas las comodidades de primera en un puerto. Las instalaciones del hotel están en muy buenas condiciones tanto en su fachada y estacionamiento como en el interior del hotel, habitaciones, areas verdes, alberca, etc.
