Excellent

Hotel location is conveniently located off I-49 and easy to get to airport. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Check in was easy and I was able to check in early since my room was ready. I appreciated that since i had running race and hadnt slept or showered in two days! I used the hot tub and it felt great. Water was hot and jets felt good. I ate dinner at the restaurant. Food was decent and reasonably priced. I would definitely come back here next time Im in the area.

Staff was awesome, very friendly and handled a late check-out request easily.

Nice hotel in very close proximity to shops, restaurants, and the Tyson baseball fields. Very clean and good service. Very friendly front desk workers with a good sense of humor! I felt very welcome and my kids loved the nice pool area that was well stocked with towels.

Perfect

This place is amazing. I love that they have a noise policy for the night time. No loud noise after 9pm. Made for a great stay knowing I wasn't going to bothered by people being too loud in the middle of the night.

There was an issue with the AC the last night we stayed there. We told the staff 3 times but there was issues with the chiller. The room was uncomfortable until we noticed the window could crack open. They did knock off 1 night stay for us.

This is a wonderful hotel and was such a pleasant stay.

Very Disappointing

First of all, the air conditioning was not working. When we arrived and checked-in the room was 80 degrees. Upon calling for maintenance they came (after a little bit of a wait) and confirmed that the whole hotel was having issues and he would do what he could. He was nice and did his best but it did not make much of a difference in the temperature of the room. To make up for it, they offered us a box fan which helped slightly but not very much. We heard from other people staying there that they had the same experience and even ones that were staying up on higher floors had to open windows just to make it through the night. Additionally, the hot tub was not working at all and was one of the primary reasons we had chosen this hotel. Also, the breakfast offering was mis-advertised because it originally said it was included but upon going down there in the morning I was told I had to place an order unless I had a voucher and it was $15 per person for what should have been a standard inclusion. Lastly, I would say the hotel itself needs some updating as it felt very dated in areas (especially the rooms) and had the vibe of what I would call "old 90s casino hotel". The lobby was pretty nice but the rest of the hotel needed some work. Overall, it was very disappointing.

This property is pretty special. I love that the center of the hotel is open to the top floor with the rooms surrounding that open center. That means no long Closter phobic hallways. Hot breakfast buffet had lots of choices with a huge yogurt bar and fixings for hot eggs. The dining area is cozy and peaceful and a staffer noticed I was drinking decaf and brought me a fresh pot. The room was one of the nicest I've stayed in. The couch and chair was like new and the office chair was super nice. So nice - I decided to stay an extra day! I interacted with staff several times and each time it was literally minutes and I was taken care of or something was brought up to to my room. I was happy the refrigerator had a freezer section to refreeze my ice packs. There is a really nice restaurant in the same parking lot you can walk to. I will definitely make this my regular stay when working in the area.

Its what u would expect for a family vaca

I booked this bc they said it had a jacuzzi tub. The tub was not hot, and those were barely bubbles.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was conveniently located for our outings to Fayetteville and to Lowell. The kids enjoyed the pool. The hot tub was not very hot, but they enjoyed it as well.

Don’t do it.

First room was not clean. Bathtub had hair and soap in the bottom. Switched rooms the new room was fine. Service in restaurants was excellent. Food not So good.

AC was very quiet; nice bed, bedding and pillows. Nice and curtious staff. The Room was clean, even though no one came in to take our trrash in 3 days during our stay. Because of the design of the hotel (the hollow center in the middle) the smell from the kitchen/breakfast buffett and the noise from the bottom floors carried over and emplified towards the top floors (we stayed on the 7th floor). The noise from the outside was heard as well, even while using earplugs.There was plenty of parking, but almost all full, impossible to find a parking space near the entrance. Had to park far and walk.

Nice hotel and convenient to convention center

We have stayed at this hotel before. We would stay again. It was connected to the convention center, so perfect for us. Closeto freeway, food and shopping.

Kind staff first room had a minor issue and they immediately offered me a change and complimentary meal.

This hotel was near perfect for our quick one night trip. Pros: very spacious king size room, comfortable bed, pull out desk (that could even be used as a dinner table), great shower head, keurig coffee machine in room, comfortable couch and chair, the breakfast is not included with price of room but it was well worth the $15 for all you can eat - variety of options although a waffle maker would be nice, got a 2 pm checkout since I am an IHG member, great pool, awesome hot tub, and wonderful workout room (see con for this) Cons: the only con is the workout room. Because it is right by the pool it is insanely humid in there. Perhaps a purchase of a dehumidifier would be good in there! They do keep it on 60 degrees so it makes it bearable. This hotel is older, but I don’t care as long as it’s comfortable and clean, and this is! Will stay again.

The check in staff was great, but.... You had to pay if you wanted anything hot for breakfast. The AC didn't work in our room. I went to the front desk and was offered a box fan or to open the windows. I was told there wasn't anyone at the property that could fix the AC that night.

No venalation. It got hot even using the thermostat to turndown. Slept with window open.

The room was nice & clean. The staff at the front desk were very nice & helpful when It came to checking in… twice because my flight was delayed so i came back and booked another night. They also helped me to be able to get free late check out. The hot tub was a little dirty and the pool was a little cold but overall a lovely experience.

It wasn’t a great stay. The room was hot (in winter) and the a/c didn’t work. Sink wasn’t draining. WiFi didn’t work. Other than that, it was fine. Check-in was quick, room was clean, and bed was comfortable.

Check in was super smooth and all the staff was friendly! Enjoyed the clean room and comfortable bed:) Breakfast was definitely worth the extra add on!

This hotel is a great value. The building is well maintained for its age. The breakfast buffet was nice compared to the junk breakfasts you get at similarly priced hotels. The service was outstanding and the room was very spacious and clean.

Great place to stay - very clean & great staff!

We have family in the area and had been staying at another hotel that seemed to be going downhill physically. Their staff was wonderful though. We thought we’d try Holiday Inn & were very glad we did. The room was clean and in good shape m, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Allie at the desk was great and at their restaurant, Brenda was fantastic! All the other hotel staff were friendly & helpful, as well, but Allie stood out! Thanks to everyone for making our trip better! Definitely recommend!

Koko is such a great ambassador for this location. She is super nice and always welcoming each time I visit. She makes sure that my stay is great and is the reason I choose this location when traveling to Springdale.

The staff and the property was nice the room did not have heat it was 23° out the heat would not go above 60° in the room usually stayed around 58 inform staff of it they did issue me a credit also they say the hot tub and pool are open till midnight but they shut the hot tub off it 10:00

Highly recommend

The hotel is beautiful, everything was clean and breakfast was very good.

What I liked: location, cleanliness of the room, proximity to shopping and dining. What I did not like: the extremely firm mattress, super thin blanket on the bed, very outdated TV and furniture, and the parking lot was not very well lit at night.

Staff was exceptional. Breakfast was amazing. We also enjoyed a late dinner in the restaurant after our convention and I was impressed with the service and quality of the food.

Clean and quite

The staff was very friendly and helpful, no exceptions. The room was clean. We were disappointed with the room. I was surprised that for a room in a conference center there was only one chair in the room. If more than one person is in the room, the others must stand or sit on the beds. Also the HVAC did not seem to work at all. Whether the temperature was set at 50 or at 80 there was no difference in the room temperature or the cold air blowing from the vents. We talked to another guest who had the same problem in his room.

They never cleaned my room. I went to front desk a couple times during my stay to let them know and ask for service towels and coffee etc as they didn't answer the phone and they said they would but never did

Overall good quiet place, food was not great for breakfast or conference, coffee is terrible. Otherwise the staff and room was fine. My only complaint, the food and coffee.

Most expensive of the hotels I stayed at on this trip and I had to pay an upcharge if I wanted a hot breakfast, which was free at my other stays. Otherwise the hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and room was comfortable. TV reception was bad however....

Hotels.com friendly??

We had a lot of trouble with our reservations being honored. Our reservations that we have had for 6 months were almost not honored because of the hotel. They couldn't find our reservations two different times. We also didn't get our rewards points for our $2100 stay because we booked through Hotels.com.

We have stayed here several times while traveling to visit our daughter who attends the University of Arkansas. The hotel is right off the highway in a safe area with a lot of dining options. It’s only a ten minute drive from the school and much more affordable than staying directly in Fayetteville. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Its OK!

GOOD:The folks working the front desk were very very kind. Always saying hello, etc. Ck in was easy. Never saw a bug in the room. :) NOT SO GOOD: The A/C in the room was awful. The room was never cool…just muggy all the time. Sleep was hard to enjoy because of the temperature in the room. Bath towels were very thin.

This is an old 80s Holiday Inn that was built for conventions and events. I’m sure it was nice at one time but it’s pretty dated by now. The room was comfortable and clean and no problems. But the condition of the interior needs to be updated. Mainly a hotel for business travelers and construction guys passing through. Good value for the price but you may want something newer and more modern.
