No tenian buena la maquina de programar las llaves de las habitaciones, terminamos durmiendo en una habitacion diferente a la que pague, aparte me pidieron deposito y me cobraron dos veces el monto de la habitacion!! Desayuno malo, no habia cafe!!

Bad review

My second time staying in this hotel I found a blunt that somebody probably just smoked in the room and it smelled like it a lot in the room. I also found food in the fridge that wasn’t taken out.

The property was very clean, everybody was accommodating, check in was easy and the staff was very friendly they even helped me sign up for the rewards program to earn points on future stays. The only criticism I have is there needs to be hand sanitizer available in the dining area and by the elevator. I encountered kids leaving breakfast and the buttons were sticky I’m assuming from syrupy fingers.

The property was good, but the food that you have to pay for was TERIBLE! We ordered an ordinary breakfest (not lunch)to eat there in that dining room and they brought a"to go" box with a litlle untasty,cold scambeled egg,2 small uncooked ,saggy pieces of bacon and believe it or not, some cold french fries,saggy ,in small broken pieces wich was leftover from previos night probable.In a closed box.Then the coffee was watery,no milk or dairy creams,just a chemical creamer in a cheep botlle with who knows what flavor.No choices at all.Looks like they try to save the money and not please their costumers who pay for all services. DONT BUY THEIR FOOD AT ALL! You ll feel sorry.There are fast food restaurants around. Disappointed!

Very clean and comfortable hotel near the beltway. Staff was lovely but they were understaffed so there was no cafe open for dinner in two of the three nights I stayed there.

This hotel had the modern vibe. Different from other holidays inn. The hotel was clean and organized.

I didn’t want to leave! Everyone that works here is absolutely wonderful! Melissa is outstanding and the wonderful way she greeted and received me after a long trip, arriving for the funeral of my cousin, was exactly what I needed! I was super hungry so I went to the eatery before going up to my room. The people taking the orders and cooking were so kind and accommodating! My food was fast, made to order, and was accompanied with great coffee!! Fresh creamer was the only thing missing and would have topped it off perfectly! But my food was hot and good! I ate it for two days! My room was cozy, clean and comfortable! I was totally happy with it and rested so well, I didn’t want to leave it! When I ran out of body wash, Dani came right away to replace it! Great staff!! I enjoyed every moment.

More than we expected.

The hotel was in a secluded area. I felt safe. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The facility was extremely clean and decorated for the holidays. So lovely! Out rooms were large. We could not have asked for a better spot.

Great stay

I was rather disappointed, the staff said that the hotel is overbooked and they couldn’t honor my reservation as I had booked through a third-party; however, I did not get any notification about how I didn’t have a room for the night. It left me to find an elsewhere to stay for the night last minute. It would be nice, for next time, to have better communication between the hotel staff, Travelocity, and customer. Is there a chance I could receive compensation for my inconvenience?

The room was ok but the bedding on the bed had makeup on it and the toiletries they provided were empty and the fridge was cool but we didn’t even use or put anything in it and we have a huge puddle in the morning in front of it.

We enjoyed it very much i did wish we had someone clean our room while we stayed there. We had a lot of trash a times from grabbing food to go. Other than that we enjoyed it very clean and nice.

Nice modern property with convenient location

The bed was comfortable and the commons areas were nice. Breakfast was extra (but clearly disclosed in the booking process), and the bathroom felt a little cramped, especially as the bathroom door came within less than an inch of the toilet when opening/closing.

We were undated to a King Suite, because no 2 queen size beds were avaliable, we paid additional for breakfast, there was no breakfast Sunday and no manager around..

Nice staff. Quiet safe location. Local gas stations and stores nearby close early but in town others are open.

The lady at the desk at 9:00pm on 4/22/2024 was very unfriendly and rude

No coffee cups available in room despite requesting them for 2 days. No breakfast buffet available, just need to order and stand in line for it. Loosing lots of morning time to go to work while waiting on breakfast. Also breakfast is not included into the price…..! Hotel does not run an airport shuttle bus. Hotel is clean and staff is friendly.

Not what I expected from a Holiday Inn.

Hotel didn't offer breakfast. Room had coffee for only 1 person, not even sugar. Room and bathroom were very clean and bed was comfortable. Smoky smell in the hallways.

stayed here for a little night out while performing at a concert. Love the room, very good and comfy, with amazing AC. shower was great and same goes for the aesthetic. Would come again. Ty!

I enjoyed our short stay here. We needed somewhere close to our wedding venue and this was right up the street. Rooms were clean and staff was so nice! The receptionist at the front desk even did a mini photoshoot for my husband and I when we came back to the room to change during our wedding reception. She was so nice and sweet! We really appreciate what she did! Would definitely stay here again, especially for the indoor pool!

The area driving in a was little sketchy, but this hotel was very safe and comfortable. Everything was as clean.

Eveything around the Hotel was close and convinient.

The property is easy to locate and convenient to get to. The check in person was very helpful with check in and provided a list of restaurants nearby for dinner. I loved the option of a shower rather than tub/shower combination.

The property was nice. I just didn't like the fact that the vent in the restroom didn't work. The restroom was properly stocked with towels and toiletries were all the same, two shampoos and two conditioners but no lotion,

Paid for breakfast during my stay and when I asked front desk person she said they were short staffed. That unfortunately, they did not have a chef.

Hotel is new and in overall good condition but our room keys kept losing the programming and the coffee maker in the room didn’t work. Also the food options for the hotel are not good but there are plenty of restaurants near by.

Do not stay here! Save your money & do not waste your time. There are plenty of other hotels that will display and honor hospitality & integrity. This hotel does not care about their guest, and will not accommodate you for any problems they have caused. I checked into a hotel with no towels, wash cloths, or any respect or courtesy. The hotel did not provide me with any towels even through I asked & pleated about it my whole stay (4 days). Can you imagine going on a vacation & the hotel has no hotels, and everyday you ask they are making empty promises that they will have some later, & later never comes. If the hotel could not at least have towels in my room when I checked in, they should have refunded me or offered to move me to another hotel. The workers were rude, inconsiderate, & overall not helpful. There were huge parties of children that checked in after us, & were given towels. We saw tons of towels being used at the pool & laying on the ground. Yet your guest who have been staying there two days at that point have not received any. When we asked & complained for a third time, this is day three, the employee told us it wasn’t her job & that we needed to track down housekeeping if we wanted towels, mind-blowing. Overall I had a terrible experience here, holiday inn you should be ashamed to have a hotel operating like this, as well employees who could careless about the guest they're serving. Don’t let ratings or stars fool you, DO NOT BOOK HERE. You will regret it!

One inconvenient aspect wont prevent future stays.

Have stayed here before and will stay here again. Hotel was clean, staff was nice. But during this stay their computers were down and they couldnt activate a key so every time i needed to get in my room a staff member had to escort me. Kind of annoying but i know it wasnt the staffs issue.
