Much nicer than expected

This property felt much more luxurious than anticipated based on the brand in the United States. The bed was very comfortable, linens were silky soft, the room was clean, in great condition and the shower had great water pressure. The breakfast was good but really only worth it if you got a deal, otherwise paying $22USD per day would not be worth the cost since there are cafes within walking distance that offered breakfast for less. There was one usb-A plug in the room and the other plugs might have been European not sure. I had to use the plug in the bathroom as an additional outlet since I thought they used what we have in the USA based on my quick google searches. The hotel is located across the street from two banks with ATMs. It is 0.4 miles from Kennedy Park and there are a lot of restaurants close to there or straight south from the hotel toward the coast. There is a Mercado on the other side of the highway, east of the hotel also about 0.5 miles away. Uber also functions well here but there are airport transfer services that will get you to the airport for less. I look forward to returning for my next stay in Lima.

The hotel is perfect. Nice lobby with welcoming staff. Elevators work efficiently and the hotel has very good security. It has a nice pool area on the 8th floor. The paying restaurant offers breakfast from 5:am to 10:00 or 11:00am. Good choice of food, very clean and good quality. The rooms are spacious, very clean, quiet and comfy. The bed linens and mattress, pillows are superior quality. The shower works well and the decoration in the room is modern (incl. laminated floors). Around the hotel we found good restaurants, shopping and easy access to transportation. The Kennedy Park is next door and very accessible. We took uber that worked very well. I would not hesitate to stay again at this hotel. I give it 5 stars.

This was perfect for my fiancés birthday. Most of the excursions we did picked us up from hotel or we had a short uber ride to get there. The food was wonderful as well

Great spot in Lima!

Great hotel and respite after traveling for three weeks. Didn’t get to spend a lot of time as was catching flight early but was impressed by the staff and cleanliness. Room was spacious and modern. Location was great and would highly recommend.

Good property. The only thing is that the hotel never considered there to be three guests in the room, and every day, we had to ask for extra towels because it was always considered for two guests.

Close to Love park which is the location for watching sunset.

Be beautiful and luxury hotel not like the ones in the USA, very close to all attractions, walking distance to Parke Kennedy, beach and most attractions, very safe and most important very clean and beautiful!!

An okay hotel in good location

The hotel was very minimal. The area was pretty OK and centric The free breakfast was a total scam as it was terrible day after day - and the waiters were more occupied with cleaning and clearing tables, then attending the guests.

We booked this stay due to an emergency and it worked out perfectly! The establishment was gorgeous and very clean! The food was very delicious and there was a pleasant environment overall. I e did have a few staff member who were a little off putting and not very friendly, but in general the staff was really nice and helpful. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Stayed for five nights. Comfortable and clean room with one of the most wonderful beds I w had the pleasure of sleeping in. Great area to walk around and discover Lima. All the staff were more than pleasant and willing to accommodate. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was amazing. Checking process was super fast and the staff was very friendly. We didn’t have to wait until 3pm. They had our rooms ready in no time. The breakfast was included with our booking and it was excellent. The fresh bread, fruits and warm stations were constantly replenished. Hotel location was near everything so it made really convenient. This hotel it’s very secured. We travel with our 2 young children and we felt safe. Your room key only allows you to the floor you are staying in and for us that was a plus. We had an early trip booked to Ica and the receptionist had the restaurant prepared our breakfast to go. I will definitely stayed again at this hotel. I strongly recommend giving this hotel a try, you won’t be disappointed.

This hotel was the most clean I saw in Lima. Its staff very kind and the restaurant is 5 star for sure. If I go back to Lima, for sure I will stay there.

Great Service and location

Centrally located, spacious, comfortably and well laid out room, and an exceptional in-house restaurant. The service is of a high standard and the amenities are exceptional. The views aren't stellar but it is lovely to have floor tonceiling windows. Easy stroll to a well managed municipal market, artisan areas, many wonderful local spots, including romantic coffee shops and fun eateries.

Very secured and clean hotel, bad restaurant

This Hotel in Miraflores - Lima - Peru was very good. The best for me was the security. Many people on the entrance and lobby making sure nobody that was not a guest can get into the hotel. Good location, close to good restaurants and cafes. The service was good, just one complaint: the shower floor needs an anti-slip rug. We have to use the towels on the shower floor to avoid an accident. Another complaint: the breakfast buffet was nothing special, very few options, low quality and too expensive. This hotel deserves a better restaurant. We went to Casa Andina Premium for the breakfast buffet that was cheap, plenty of options and exceptional. Stay there and eat somewhere else was the best choice. P.S. The two options of pillows were great (soft and firm), very comfy beds too.

The staff was extremely helpful. Great service at the front desk and restaurant. Restaurant food was great! Looking forward to returning next year.

The Holiday Inn Miraflores Lima was excellent. The service was exceptional from everyone. Everyone was so helpful. Not only was it a lovely hotel, we couldn’t fault its cleanliness and maintenance. We really enjoyed our stay.
