Love everthingelse except my room. Should have selected superior room rather than a standard one. The standard room I was assigned to seem to have depleted. No changing room because hotel was on busy week. Breakfast were awesomeeee. The resto even prepared us 'take away' brealfast ad we checked out during early hour of the morning (2 AM). Room service Excellent.

Well Surabaya is my hometown I grew up ; my husband little bit older than me and he is 79 year old ( he is Disabled) , but he enjoy stay and greet staff Thank you very much Dwi & Roger 🙏🇮🇩🇺🇸

Central location, and easy to access to major part of Surabaya, staffs are friendly and would recommend if your looking for a quick budget stay in the city.

Good stay

Room was ok and so far all except safety box worked well. Corridors on 7th floor have plenty water leak marks on ceilings, definitely need some fixings. Rooms have all in one shower gel in shower but no soaps or anything else apart from toothbrushes kits. Breakfast could have been better no continental choices apart from two type of fruits and cereals. Bit disappointing for 4 star hotel to have mini salad bar and asian dishes only

I have to say I picked that hotel because of the reviews. I was expecting something amazing, but that is not what I got. My room had the worst bed ever. We all left with body pain. The sink handle leaked, so every time I turned on the water the entire sink area got wet. The aircon was no good. It was either too hot or too cold. They messed up my room service order. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I will say the food was delicious. I enjoyed breakfast and the room service food was good, it just was not correct.

Tired hotel with noisy air conditioners and stained carpets.

Comfortable beds and room. Nice equipped gym. Full tasty asian breakfast buffet.

The air conditioner had issues in two rooms i stayed. Had to move rooms twice in 2 nights stay. Not recommended and will not stay here again.

Over rated hotel need improvements

Front desk staff were not helpful enough. They let one woman working alone handle so many people luggages while they stand idle. Terrible parking arrangement. Terrible breakfast. Only the beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean.

The hotel from the picture it show wonderful but on arrival. It was not as I expect...location is so so and nothing much around the area.....compare to Dragon Palace hotel...which it look elegant and nearby mall and food store.... staff very helpful....

Holiday Inn With Quietness

I enjoyed my stay there with friendly staffs, and the meals were delicious typical Indonesian. The major shopping malls were 15 min., by taxi, away.

Convenient walking distance to surrounding local food outlets and less than 5 minutes drive to one of the biggest shopping malls in town.

Very nice hotel. About 45 minutes from airport. Laundry room was great. Tokens and soap provided for less than $2 US. Crowded restaurant in evening due to Ramadhan. Staff very helpful.

avoid this hotel!

this is a hotel everyone should avoid! the room is okay. the location is not bad at all! but the service is a total nitemare! worst than Freddy! i ordered a fried rice and a chicken noodle. it was sent to my room when its cold oredi! and the worst is they said they forgot to put the additional ingredient along, such as chille, etc. i called and asked! then after 30 minutes they send another person back to my room with the wrong ingredient again. the food is total cold and not worth eating anymore. the staf they just dont care! i reported to the front office. and the looks in their eyes was a total insult! " hey eat your food and get out of my sight! i am not resposible for it" thats the kind of stare that i get from them. i checked out directly before even laid on the bed. not to forget throwing the key infront of everyone at the lobby cause rhey just dont care! so why would i care??? avoid this nite mare guys! do not stay in this hotel. i suggest for hotels.com to stop workkng together with this embarashing service hotel!

A Pleasant Stay

Was greeted by friendly and polite hotel staff. Cleanliness of the room was ok. The breakfast buffet has lot of varieties to choose from and they change the menu daily. Overall i had a pleasant 3 night stay at this hotel. I would recommend to my friends if they are visiting Surabaya.

Nice hotel right in the city centre

The location is really good. Near to Tunjungan Plaza. And there is convenience for transport in getting Uber/Grab. Room was clean, and breakfast buffet is awesome

ok budget hotel but bad neighbourhood

The hotel was ok but the neighbourhood was not so nice. I recommend this hotel but not recommend to visit to Surabaya for a personal trip. It is not the traveller's destination.

A one night stay

We did a one night stay in this hotel as we had to move on to another city after that. The hotel has self-service laundry which was what we needed as we came from Madakaripura Waterfalls prior to the stay. We arrived late in the evening and we needed to get our wet clothes clean and dry before our flight the next day in the afternoon. The hotel staff advised us that even if we were to send our laundry for dry cleaning through the hotel, they cannot guarantee that we'll get our laundry before we fly off. They suggested the option of self-service laundry which was available in the hotel. We had to buy tokens from the front desk and we had our laundry done within two hours the next day before we left the hotel. The staff was also friendly and helpful with our queries.

Ok ok hotel

Comfortable & clean, WiFi okay, breakfast quite good, air-con didn't work till we called the housekeeping to check but fast response, location just normal neighbourhood-nothing interesting, didn't see any shop nearby

Overall it was a good place for the business trip. And near the hotel there is a Kwetiau famous local food that you can try
