The front counter staffs are very helpful and friendly. Restaurant staffs are prompt and courteous

Customer Centric Hotel

Front desk staff not only provide efficient, but friendly and making you feel at home. e.g. provide complimentary black coffee, green bean drink and bottle drinking water in chiller. This is very touching as the period I stay is summer. The daily breakfast is well spread, including noodle and dumplings cooking station, changes 7 dishes daily, and provide takeaway containers if you are not able to have breakfast at that timing(7 am to 10 am).

the hotel was lovely. as were the staff. the mall next door was not great. it was a very odd seafood specialty and children's activity-based mall. unfortunately, there was either construction or train noise throughout the night.

Very nice hotel with super kind and helpful staff. Near to metro (Tangzhen) station exit 3. Walkway from metro station to hotel a bit dark at night but there are always people with you. Breakfast provided. Surrounding with markets and mall. Easily get foods. But there is no fridge inside the room. Overall, good to stay no matter long or short. :-)

Holiday Inn Express Shanghai Tangzhen was an awesome place for overnight stay and catching up next day flight at Pudong International Airport. It was clean, quiet, safe, with a lot of shopping and dining options nearby. Very close to subway station with direct access to Pudong International Airport and Hongqiao Railway Station. The only downside was that the room wasn't spacious.

This is a great hotel close to a subway station on the #2 line. I took the subway from PVG and back...easy and costs RMB4. It's a very new hotel and very clean. Good morning buffet. Hot shower. Quiet room, comfortable bed. There is a nice, new gym next door that hotel guests can use for free. Plenty of restaurants around the complex that you can walk to in a few minutes. I will certainly stay again.

For the price this is a decent hotel for the short stay. The hotel is somewhere mid way between Pudong airport about and the downtown Shanghai. The only downside of the stay was the strong cigarette smoke in the hallway which can be felt also inside the room.

조용한 숙소를 찾으신다면 추천합니다

출장으로 2번째 방문했는데 도심지에서는 거리가 있는편입니다. 북적이는 것이 싫으시다면 추천드립니다 지하철역이 인근에 위치해 있고 직원들도 작년보다 영어 응대가 좋아진 듯 합니다 객실 상태는 대체로 우수하나 간혹 콘센트가 작동하지 않거나 연결이 안되는 경우가 있는데 이 점은 개선되면 좋겠습니다. 그래도 객실 내 콘센트가 많은 편입니다

朝食が良かったです。

其他不錯，但牆上有灰塵，這點需要改善。

Staffs were very kind and willing to help us everytime. The bad thing was, they've never cleaned up the room for 3 nights. (Only changed towels, emptied trash cans. That's all). Breakfast was okay and location was nice to use the subway(around 5 minutes by walking).

Great value for money. Extremely clean and comfortable. Nice service gave us early check-in and the possibility to have breakfast on the day of artival, great since we left early in the morning. Perfect location near metro

주변에 먹을데 조금있고 길건너 한국식당 한개있어요 깨끗하다는 말에 예약했는데 청소를 아예 안하는것 같았어요.... 전기포트안에 찐득한 스티커자국있었고 카페트에 발이 걸려 밀리니까 안에 흰 먼지가 우수수..

ホテルの清潔感やサービス、設備は最高でなんの不満もありませんでした。フロント外には売店もあるし、駅から徒歩5分以下ですし、周りに飲食店もあります。 ただ1つ不便だったのが、最寄り駅が中心街から思ったより遠いので、南京東路などの中心街から帰る時の地下鉄の終電は22時くらいなので夜遊びはできません。地下鉄でも30分以上かかるので深夜タクシー帰宅だと1時間くらいかかりそうです。 あとそういえば近隣のスーパーはアプリ決済のみでした。

깨끗하고, 지하철역에서 5분거리입니다. 아침 조식도 맛있습니다.

室内は綺麗でコンパクトにまとめられていました。上海ディズニー迄タクシーで15分位で地下鉄唐鎮駅も近く交通は便利です。周りもモールがあるので不便ではなかったです。市内からは遠いですが、早朝便のフライトには便利だと思います。

とても綺麗です。地下鉄の唐鎮駅から歩いて５分程度です。WIFIのスピードは問題ありません。コンセントはマルチタイプなので日本の２極のコンセントはそのまま使えます。シャワーの温水は問題なく、水圧はかなりあります。歯磨き粉はありましたが、なぜか歯ブラシはありません。ペットボトルは毎日補充されます。スリッパあります。朝食はバイキングで種類は豊富です。
