Staff always friendly and courteous. Breakfast is included no matter how you book and the buffet has several options. Approximately 10 minutes from the border. Preferably I always choose this hotel, bummed when there’s no rooms.

Its really nice from the outside but not from the inside, at least not the room we stayed at.

Restaurant should be opened since there is no restaurant near by

I stayed a night in Holiday Inn and I love the location, the staff is kind and welcoming, it has breakfast included and I love the view. The only thing was that the coffee machine was dirty but overall is a good place to stay.

Hotel is unable or not willing to cooperate, any requests kept unanswered, front desk staff is not speaking one word English, we stayed there a couple of times but never again

Pay extra care on overall furniture and carpets.

We found out that back of chair was damaged which can turn out in a safety issue. Beside this, overall conditions were fine. Breakfast was very tasty. People friendly and helpful when requesting help for check out one hour later because of traffic at bridges.

He quedado en este hotel varias veces. Es bueno y esta vez fue el mejor. El desayuno fue rico, con buen servicio. Lo recomiendo 100%.

This was a safe place to bring the family. They have a covered pool area which our family enjoyed. Their staff is helpful. Note* they DO NOT offer airport pickup.

Fitness room was a joke.. The machines were all broken or missing parts, dirty floors.

Convenient location

Pool area not clean and not enough sitting. Area around the hotel needs a gas station nearby; but all in all the stay was way better then at the other nearby hotels.

This property is located along a major road making it convenient. The breakfast they include is a full breakfast. The rooms are clean and comfortable, consequently we always stay here when visiting Nuevo Laredo.

Maybe the last visit?!

This was maybe the last time we stayed. Not sure because the hotel is convenient located at the border and it's a good standard. But nothing super great. We had some problem with the room right under the roof AC unit. It was extreme loud. The guy at the reception was super sweet. He managed that we could move into another room. BUT this one was pretty run down. Holiday Inn needs to invest in floors etc The staff in the restaurant on the other side was very unfriendly. Sorry but a Hi, Bye or smile can work wonders. And the breakfast wasn't that awesome.

The hotel is in a good spot. Its decent but needs a good cleaning. The rug in our room had blood stains and toilet left dirty with pee and hairs.

El personal es muy amable. Su ubicación es ideal para quien tenga planes de visitar USA.

I was only there for one night but what i experienced at the moment if entry, was excellent service! The staff was helpful , kind and knowledgeable . Just what i needed yesterday. I would stay there everytime! Thank you..the best Front desk reception ever!

Primero que nada el personal los dos muchachos en la recepción fueron muy amables. El hotel me encanto. Le daria un 5 pero le doy y 4 porque no tiene menu o servicios de cena los fines de semana. Pero definitivamente en mi proxima visita reservare en este hotel.

Hotel is great it’s just not centralized nothing around to eat or shop.

An excellent stay!!

My hotel stay was fantastic!! I got in pretty late and was hungry. The restaurant was closed, but what stands out was the young lady at the front desk offered to gi through her delivery app to get what turned out to be an EXCELLENT, huge hamburger and fries! When the food was delivered she then called my room. What a kind gesture! Wish I had written down her name, hope she gets recognized somehow. The bed was very comfortable too!!

The hotel is very comfortable, the staff is the best! Always there to help immediately. There was not a chair in the room and we needed one to use the desk. But besides that everything was great!

The air conditioning does not work. The receptionist named Carlos never said before entering the room, I called him and said that in 30 minutes he would call us back, he never called us, he ignored us.

The bed linens were dirty … I found a used cigarette bud under the blankets

Great hotel, helpful staff but in the middle of nowhere. Hotel restaurant closed for lunch so you must taxi to eat or get any of your needs !

Out of all the hotels in Nuevo Laredo, this one was the best. Definitely will be coming back again. Its clean, breakfast was delicious and overall great stay.

The breakfast offerings were good. Disappointments, no wash cloths, no ice bucket and ice mach.inop.

I did not know that the hotel was oenis in Mexico - I called to cancel but couldn't get through and I can't travel into Mexico for occupational reasons.

My family and I have stayed her EVERYTIME we’re in Nuevo Laredo. It’s been a clean/ nice stay.

Well I got a phone call early in the morning asking if I wanted room service and I had said no!! Moments later I went down to get something from the car. My husband stay in the restroom.. next thing. I Come back with him telling me if I had order anything from house keeping. And I said no, I ask why. N he said well someone came in n left something on top of my bags. She had no reason to go in.. and plus with him taking a bath.. when he heard him she step out to the room really quick. 😡😡 then also Sunday night I step out again n when I came back my toilet had some poop like is someone went in and took a big poop.. n didn’t flush it.. that was a really bad a experience.. overall.. not satisfied with the hotel at all..

Overall a good stay rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly. Neighborhood was safe. I will definitely stay there again.
