Great location!

Check in was quick and friendly. I was greeted with a cheery, Hi Rosemarie. We've been expecting you." Made me feel good.

Our room had a bad odour, we were charged almost $100 extra in fees and breakfast was very limited and not very tasty. Staff were friendly enough but not super attentive.

Hotel looks old

The hotel rooms were average and showed signs of aging and needing repairs and improvements. The hot tub was broken and no sign as to when it would be repaired.

Easy check in experience. Great access for the dog with a nice little dog park close by

Loved the grab and go containers for breakfast on the run! Great location… our hotel was on its own, as opposed to many of the other hotels occupying the same block/street. I liked not being in such a busy street/parking lot.

We love that breakfast is included and has many options. This is a must when travelling for competitions. The room are nice and clean and the beds are comfortable .

Clean, comfortable and nice staff

The TV initially didn't work in our room but the desk clerk attended to it right away and when he couldn't fix it he quickly relocated us to a different room where he had already turned the TV on.

Nice Kamloops stay

Highway was closed so I couldn’t make it to the hotel. They wouldn’t cancel my reservation so I never used the room and they kept the money.

Me and my children throughly enjoyed our room it was very clean and quiet, sraff was very polite and apologized for longer wait to check in while assisting other customers

I didn't stay in this hotel, Expedia made the reservation at the wrong Holiday Inn. Thanks to Holiday Inn it was all corrected. Next time I'll call the hotel myself.

Arrived late. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was okay. It was a little noisier than we’d like. Highway noise and hallway noise were both factors in our rating.

Everything was good, especially the cleanliness. However, I did not like the access and egress of parking lot and the air conditioning was a bit confusing on how to operate. Also, we were unable to make a purchase at the pop machine.

I have stayed at this hotel before a few times. It is always the same that’s why I keep coming back. You can always feel safe here especially when travelling alone. The staff is super friendly and helpful. It’s close to shopping and dining.

Receptionist was fabulous

The first room I was offered smelled of smoke. The hot tub was very dirty and pool—both were cleaned the day after I got there. The hotel seemed cheap but adequate. The location was uninspiring but easy off road to get to.

I liked that it was quiet and close to the highway.

Staff in the breakfast area were awesome. It was like being at a restaurant.

Check in was easy, took a security deposit which is the norm for hotels now. Room was at the end of the hall which was a challenge for my hubby who has a disability. The room was clean, quiet, bed comfortable.

Construction in the hotel's parking lot made it a bit inconvenient to come and go as well as noisy at times. The hot tub didn't get hot on our first visit and then was closed for the rest of the weekend which was disappointing. The breakfast was lovely however and the staff were all great. Rooms were comfy and we'll appointed and mostly quiet halls at night.

The free breakfast was great! Lots of options. The air conditioning didn’t seem to be working the best in our room but it was otherwise a great space. Modern, comfortable and fresh. My son also loved the pool. The staff was very friendly as well. Would definitely stay again.

Huge parking lot for parking RVs and trailers, great coffee 24 hours a day, super clean and new, and very friendly staff.

Air conditioner was extremely loud and rattle. Bathroom door knob jammed and wouldn’t open. Very dingy condition.

The air conditioner was extremely loud and our toilet malfunctioned and the tank overflowed all over the bathroom floor before we could stop it.

Would recommend for an inexpensive family trip

Clean room, nice big size and good for a family. Pipes were very noisy so you could hear anytime another room nearby flushed or showered, road noise was loud. Staff was very friwndly and helpful. Kiddo had a blast in the pool. Would recommend for a less expensive family trip

There is nothing wrong with this hotel, but there were a few things that we found annoying. Our tv had to be set up by the front desk staff as all we got was snow. They assured us it would be fine the next day, it wasn’t, back to square run. Our telephone did not work, so we had to go down to the front desk and tell them our tv didn’t work. Upon check in we were told the pool and hot tub were closed for a couple of hours for maintenance. They were closed our entire two day stay. The workout room has no bench at all. Three machines and some free weights, but no bench. It was also very small. The WIFI wouldn’t connect to the Internet. Small things, that add up to a just ok rating. Well try a different hotel while in Kamloops next time.

Nice Hotel. Chose as close to Casio for getting dinner. Large parking lot. Nicest hotel of the 3 I stayed at in Kamloops this trip.

Clean and easy access

The hot tub is pretty small for a hotel of that size and when I turned the jets on, a lot of foam appeared which is a sign of a not chemically balanced out hot tub. My wife got out and went back to our room because of this. We have had a hot tub all our life so we know what we are talking about.

Simple easy to find and park, had an absolutely amazing dinner at the Casino!! Home for a swim and then got tucked in for the night!

The hotel itself was “fine”. The shower wasn’t great. Pressure was too hard (if you can believe it) and spayed everywhere. The beds were GREAT though! Very comfortable. There was no bottled water available in the hotel. I had to go next door. Not a major inconvenience, it just wasn’t great especially after getting in late.

We liked the comfy beds with the option of soft or frim pillows, the breakfast was great. Everything was cooked perfect and always hot and fresh. The hot tub and pool were great, it was perfect for our family and was pet friendly for our pups. All the staff were happy, kind and ready to help with anything the could. Thanks for the stay, will stay again!

as someone suffering from near blindness I found this room was by far the best we ever stayed in. The room had lots of natural light but also plenty of interior lighting that really aided my ability to be independent while staying. Other hotels should learn from this.

Everything was great. The continental breakfast was very good food. My only complaint was the heater in the room wasn't working properly. It would go from hot to cold no matter what I set the temperature to. It was a little bit difficult to sleep because of this. But I figured out how to shut it off completely.

Reno’s being done

It would be great if the sites updated when there is renovation’s happening. We specifically stayed to have a pool and hot tub experience. There is an agreement to use a close by hotels pool and such, but if that was the case we would have just stayed at the other hotel. The renovations had no impact otherwise,

Left out in the cold

I have stayed a few times and always book the same room this time the fire place didnt work ,the light above it didnt work. The bedroom blind was broken and wouldnt open . I look forward to hsving my time alone and the fire place is one of my favorite parts . When you pay almost 300 a night everything should work. Maybe its time to try a different place. No recommendations to peopld to go there from me for now.
