I just have to say 5 stars for Tyler he was the best employee to help me with my situation. Seriously amazing customer service!! Super clean facility, and beautiful amenities. As well as its so nice to be walking distance of restaurants, breakfast and a close drive to downtown.

Very nice. Breakfast was great and lots of options and friendly staff.

Good place to stay with family. Elevator was not working at that time, so we use stair to carry our luggage. Breakfast was ok in my opinion, not many option. Plastic cup was to small and flimsy. But overall was a nice experience for 4 night stay.

Extremely immaculate, good fresh, replenished, and HOT food Staff members desk check in were so kind and friendly. We so appreciated our house keeping ladies sweet conversations and smiles all around I stay in many properties even internationally and this property is at the top of my choices.

Excellent hotel!

We absolutely loved our stay. We are in shock at the low price for such a nice hotel. Everything was great. The room was spacious, incredibly quiet and very clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast had some great options and even included Greek yogurt and chocolate milk. The indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub looked good although we didn't use it. The fitness room is small but it worked for the two of us. The location is great...near lots of shops and Lake Travis. The service was excellent. I highly recommend it.

It took longer than anticipated off hwy but it was a nice area. Everyone we came in contact was very nice.

Rude staff

The worst place to get some rest, we stayed for 2 knights and we couldn’t sleep at all. Party with screaming and loud music at night. Besides that there was some roaches in the room

Good location and neat rooms.

Fine overall; however it was off putting that the hotel reception acted unsure if the room was ready, blamed the system for not being updated, said housekeeping was being unresponsive but did go check to see that it was ready. This was all an hour and a half past check in time, so it was disconcerting that reception was unaware if its rooms were ready.

A little disconnected Staff but ok so far

Only issue was the walls are thin. The people above our room were very loud and stomped when they walked

Nice cool stay

I had a great stay at the Four Points by Holiday Inn in Austin. The hotel was exceptionally clean, with a neat and quiet environment. The staff was courteous and attentive, making the experience even more pleasant. The location is convenient, being close to dining options and shopping, which added to the overall convenience. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Austin!

Woke up to grasshopper in my tub it appears that there are many on the side entrance of the building and in the hallway side entrance as well

Customer service left more to be desired. Not very helpful folks at the front desk. Rooms were basic.

It was great right up until the time I went back for my pillow I left in the room and it was told to me they didn’t find a pillow so obviously it was stolen by the cleaning staff. They were in there to clean before the next staff was there. Just don’t leave a pillow in there bec staff will steal it.

I love that they had body wash and shampoo, etc stocked in the rooms because we got there really late and I realized we had forgotten our body wash. They have plenty of parking and we enjoyed dinner and drinks at Ousthouse, which is walking distance. The hotel does not have a bar on site, and we did not get to use the pool. It is a comfortable place to stay that offers breakfast on the weekends.

Not the cleanest

Fairly certain my bed had bugs. Very itchy throughout night, now have red bumps on both legs next day. I am a frequent traveler and never experienced anything like this before in hotels. Probably won’t be staying at this specific hotel next time I am in town.

Everything was good accept I didn't get the rooms that you all set up. 2people king size/1person Queen, Holiday inn said the rooms was standard and they gave us what they wanted. I told them my itinerary said for those rooms. but was nice.

It was not like the reviews on here when booking for this hotel. Next time will be booking elsewhere

It's the first time I've stayed at this location and it was a great experience. No complaints.

The air conditioner was so loud that we could not sleep. The carpet was dirty and our kids’ feet would turn black from walking on it. Breakfast was amazing and the best part. The pool is also very well designed as part is under shade and the other part in the sun.

BUGS! Unfortunately, this Holiday Inn is way past needing a renovation. Do not be fooled by the photos, they are very misleading. Peeling paint, cracked tile, dirty and worn carpet, whole place smells like mold. Overall, that would have been enough to make me want to leave, but the place also has bugs. I’d post photos, if Expedia would let me. We had crickets, pencil bugs, flies, and beetles in our room. And when brought the photos to the managers attention (Cheyenne), I was told “these aren’t the pest kind of bugs”. This place needs to be better taken care of, they need better customer service, and they need to replace their cleaning staff. The manager may be ok sleeping with bugs, but I wouldn’t pay for the experience if I were you! Lastly, this review could have been avoided if they had let me leave and refunded the days I was not using. But they refused to do even that. Shameful.

Had a nice room, super comfortable bed and tasty breakfast.

Good. Except bathroom sink faucet didn’t work properly.

Using styrofoam for the breakfast was pretty appalling considering the negative impact it has on the environment and one’s health. Especially surprising fo Austin. Also the use of Dove products in the bathroom was disappointing. Dove is made by a company which has little regard for the health of the planet nor their consumers.

Very clean, both rooms and grounds. Very calm environment.

We had to fly into another airport and could not get to Austin that night. I contacted the hotel and they would not refund my fee even though they had about 2 weeks notice. We never stayed there and could not get a refund, even with the insurance. I will never stay at a Holiday Inn again.

The bed and pillow were very comfortable, the staff helpful, the location close to where I needed to be.

I loved that there were various food options around the property. Easy to walk to. However, the king sized bed in the suite was very uncomfortable. My back was hurting after the first night I stayed, and was only worse after the second night. The first night I asked the front desk for some extra pillows but was greeted by attitude and I was questioned why I needed more pillows. The staff member was eating and without cleaning his hands he grabbed the pillows and put them on the counter and walked away. It would have been nice to have them brought up to the room or at least handed to me with clean hands.

The breakfast was limited in the food offered and the time that it was offered as well. Coffee was ok but the creamer containers not very clean. Disappointed. I have stayed at this location before and remembered it being better.

The room above us sounded like someone was running sprints all night and through the morning tell about 7:00 am. I told the front desk but they didn’t seem to care much. I’ve stayed here about 5 times over the past year and always in joyed our stay. I will stay there again but on the third floor next time.

Hotel service

I was assigned Room 100 initially yet keys would not work . Maid service let us in but told us they had issues with the keys. I go upfront and front desk assigned another room on third floor. We came back later that night. Front desk clerk, Tyler, not calm after hearing complaint about noise in hotel. The noise was so loud I could hear when I walked into front area. There was three customers at desk. The first two had problems with their room key as well. Hotel system showed available yet once key given room actually had another's luggage in room. Tyler not calm & collected as said "This is crazy. I need to get my Manager as this is crazy!" I had to put $100 deposit for room when I paid before already. My deposit will take 5-7 days to return to my acct. I will NOT stay at this hotel.

Disgusting place- DO NOT STAY HERE

I tried contacting hotels.com to get a refund on my stay, but this hotel refused. The room is nasty. The floor is stained. It smells like smoke and mold. There’s hair in the shower that I haven’t used. There was a drink spilled all over the elevator that we told the front desk clerk about last night and he said day shift would deal with it. Housekeeping had to ask permission from management to get us a towel for our SECOND night. It’s one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at and if this is how Holiday Inn conducts business and treats it’s guests, I will never stay with them again and I will make sure no one I know ever does again either. This place is disgusting and I feel I should be refunded for a horrible, horrible stay that I have to suffer through one more night because I can’t afford to cancel and not be refunded.

With our son in school across the street this is becoming our new home away from home. Always clean. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

It was a quick overnight trip but hotel was great. The breakfast was very nice too.

Excellent location for the access to the lake area and dining. Wonderful room size. Bigger than I expected. A decent free breakfast. The buffet needs some potatoes or grits, remember Texans like that.
