Family run villa, Cherry and her family are wonderful kind caring. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. The room we had was clean spacious and modern. Location is great easy walk to town, easy bike to beach. Try Nhan kitchen and Firefly for dinner, you won't be disappointed.

Awesome

Hoi An Holiday Villa was delightful in every way. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean and the mostly private balcony was a great place to sit and enjoy the lovely gardens. Tracy and Cherry were very efficient and made good recommendations about places to eat and shop. A very comfortable ambience in this family run operation. Although the location is a bit removed from the Ancient Town tourist area, we seniors managed to walk it and when we didn't feel like walking, a taxi was readily available and inexpensive. A thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Location and Price

A great 3 star hotel with very friendly service. Located down a quiet laneway the hotel provided great respite from traffic and noise.

It was just far enough away from old town to make it quite and relaxing after dealing with fast pace of town. The staff greeted us with a good morning , and a good night by name each and every day. Loved it !

Quiet retreat off the main road and away from the center of town yet only a few minutes by very cheap taxi to the Old Town area. Professional English speaking staff will happily provide information, arrange bookings, taxis, cars to and from the Da Nang airport and change money. Free bicycles onsite. Swimming pool is a lovely place to relax after a hot noisy day touring around. Rooms large and quiet. Nice breakfast with a variety of choices. Would stay again.

I liked the feel of the proprerty. The buildings blend well with the vebitation and pool. The staff are amazing. Thank you Cherry, Tracy and staff. They location is great. There are bicycles available for free. We opted for a motorbike rental. Stayed her for almost two weeks.

This was my favourite place to stay in all of Vietnam. My friend and I enjoyed it so much. Everything was great from the breakfast (delicious and a wide variety) to the rooms (spacious and clean). Fantastic place to stay!

This place is absolutely amazing! The staff is exceptional and went above and beyond to make us happy. Fabulous breakfast choices, great pool and great location (5-10 minute bike ride to old town and beach). We ended up extending our stay from 5 to 10 days. Can highly recommend!

Best hotel for the price ever. Big room. Lovely staff and pool. Juice and fruit upon arrival with map and lay out of the land explained. Bicycles provided. Tailor recommendations. Location quieter, a little outside the main shopping area. Cabs to central area cheap.Two great restaurants nearby: Orchid Garden and Nahm's Kitchen. Staff helped us with anything we needed.

An amazing experience, the 1. rooms are comfortable and beds are kingsize and comfortable 2. Food was surprising good. We had dinner and breakfast and enjoyed the hamburgers (awesome) & breakfast was all u can eat (menu). 3. Location is exactly halfway between ancient town and beach which we found was really convenient 4. There is a pool and good for a dip after a hot day at the beach. Above all, the amazing service by the staff made our (4 day) holiday memorable. We will definitely be coming back.

Homely and attentive staff!

Absolutely fantastic. Such a great place and great people running it! Breakfast was an abundance of choice, and those we had tasted great too. They are super helpful and friendly and will make sure you have the best time in Hoi An. Would warmly recommend this place to anyone!

Great relaxing hotel

A great hotel, large, clean and comfy rooms. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Great small pool area to relax when not cycling around the old town. I would highly recommend.

We had a very nice stay, the Hotel and the Rooms were perfekt! Near to the beach and the City Center and a lot good Bars and Restaurants nearby.

Really nice familyrun Villa hidden down a small laneway. Nicely kept spacious rooms. Pool refreshing. Sun lounges. Cherry is extremely helpful and can arrange some tours for you. Small hotel menu but best fried spring rolls on our trip as made fresh by the mum. I would recommend this place for families and older travellers. Not a lot of night life around but that seems to be Hoi An. Very reasonably prices for facilities.

Free bike use, tricky to maneuver, so be careful.

Amazing stay, I give it a 5 star!! Upgraded for free to a large room, bathroom, hardwood plank floors in the living room, comfy bed, made to order breakfast at reasobable price. Would highly recommend!!

Nice tropical retreat close to the old town

The hotel is tucked away from a busy street that leads directly to ancient town, which is probably 5-10 minutes by taxi. The staff is lovely and is very helpful and friendly. They had great suggestions for activities and even helped arranged them. The pool is a nice perk when you have kids or just want to relax. I love the greenery in the courtyard, which makes the place feel like a tropical retreat. Breakfast is included with lots of great local and Western options. There is also a delicious place to get pho nearby, frequented by mostly locals (which is always a good sign). The property is not large, so it feels nice and intimate. I am not a fan of large hotels so this suited our family nicely. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, including families with small kids.

Great Little Hotel in Hoi An

This is a great hotel situated in a quiet side street away from traffic noise. The hotel is about 2km from the Old Hoi An, an easy walk or cycle ride and a few KM from the beach which can easily be reached cycling along quiet tracks through the paddy and vegetable fields. The hotel provide free cycles. Its also got a nice pool for cooling off and relaxing around. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They effortlessly arrange or advise on tours, local attractions and onwards travel.

Charming place!

We stayed here for 3 nights and loved it from start to finish. The staff are absolutely fantastic and cannot do enough to ensure you have the best stay possible. The location is perfect, it is in between the old town and the beach. The hotel give you bicycles so you can get around easily. The villa itself is charming and very relaxing away from the huddle and bussle. We will definitely stay here again if in Hoi An. Thank you!

Great stay!

My wife and I stayed 3 nights at this hotel in December 2017 and had an amazing experience, mainly a result of the exceptional staff and service! The staff went out of their way to assist us with everything during our stay including bicycles free of charge, laundry services, booking a cooking class, making a great breakfast (a la carte, all you can eat), arranging airport car service and providing several recommendations for things to do in Hoi An. The staff also surprised us with a nice (and unexpected) gift for our honeymoon. The room was large and very clean. The location is a bit of a walk to ancient town, but just a quick bicycle ride (or $2 taxi) into the town. There are also several restaurants near the hotel, so no issue finding somewhere to eat and drink if you don’t feel like venturing more than a couple hundred metres from the hotel. Overall, we would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would be glad to return for a future visit.

Home from home in Hoi An

Small and friendly hotel a short taxi ride, or 30 minute walk, from Hoi An centre. Beautiful grounds and very friendly staff make this a great place to stay. There are well regarded local restaurants close by as well. Room is spacious with comfortable bed. Plenty of cupboard space, a kettle, free water, bathrobes and good Wi-Fi make this a home from home. The breakfast choices are really good as you order from the menu. The only small issue in our wet room bathroom was a change of level that could be a trip hazard. The staff are aware of this and intend to remedy in due course.

Lovely hotel

This hotel was a great find. It's a little bit away from the town centre but still some noce places to eat and drink nearby. We took a taxi to town the first night but after that we borrowed hotel bikes and cycled to town. It an easy flat ride, taking less than 10 minutes. Our room was a good size and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. We lovd the little pool. The perfect place to relax following a trip to town or even a cycle to the nearby beach. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Breakfast was great with lots of choice on the menu. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Hands down the best place we've stayed in Hoi An.

By far the best place we've stayed at in 3 visits to Hoi An. Absolute best value for money we've found under 50USD per night. In fact its better than places we've paid >120USD for. Great sized rooms in a new small complex of only 10 villas. Great location being only 10 mins ride by bicycle from the beach at Cua Dai and Hoi An old town and surrounds. Also just far enough away from the craziness of town that you can easily relax by the pool in peace. Faultless with their service and willingness to help. Awesome breakfast options included in your stay. Cannot speak highly enough of Cherry and her staff/family and the quality of accommodation offered here.

Thoughtful staff

Loved my stay at the hotel. The staff surprised me with a cake and flowers at breakfast for my birthday. And, when we had an early flight the next day, they made us a breakfast box to take and eat while we were waiting for our flight. Excellent hotel & staff.

Great place

An oasis with great staff, nice rooms

The rooms were big, the a/c worked, the wifi was fast and the staff were really helpful, chatty, friendly and had lots of info about the area. They organised taxis and restaurants for us. Laundry was cheap. Couldn't fault it.

Lovely place with great service by friendly staff

The receptionist was very friendly and kind to give you tips about your travel around the area. This place was a bit away from Hoi An city center, but it's still less than 10 mins away by taxi, which is very cheap. Also there is a good restraurant called 'Bon' near by, where I enjoyed local chicken rice, 'Com Ga'. It was much better than Moning Glory's one in my opinion. Regarding this hotels facilities, besides it was sad that I couldn't enjoy the pool outside as it was rainy season, it was very good for the price. I totally enjoyed my stay there.

Excellent Staff, Great Hotel, OK location

This hotel is run by an incredibly helpful woman named Cherry, and her family. The rooms are large and airy, the pillows a little firm, but the bed was comfortable. The breakfast included in our room rate was served in a small outdoor, covered room. Breakfast choices ranged from Vietnamese Pho, to muesli with yogurt. Lots of delicious Vietnamese coffee was made available. The hotel manager, Cherry, was incredibly helpful throughout the stay. She provided tips on the area, mailed letters and postcards, recommended tours, drivers, booked train tickets, and even arranged an airport transfer in Hanoi. The hotel is located an approximate 20 minute walk from the Old Town. It was a $2.00 cab ride if you were not inclined to walk. The hospitality at this hotel is what makes it an amazing place to stay. The family is very proud to be operating this establishment and it shows. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone on a moderate budget in Vietnam

My first trip to Vietnam. Hai An is a great little town. This hotel is quite and tucked away. They arranged a scooter for me to explore the area. They also arranged to get me to and from the airport. The staff alone makes this a great choice for a stay. Delicious breakfast too. Very clean, quite and friendly.

Mediterranean style beauty with staff to match

My wife and I spent 3 relaxing nights at Hoi An Holiday Villa as the last leg of a wonderful 3 week adventure in Vietnam. We decided on Hoi An as the last stop so that we could chill out after a hectic holiday travelling the length and breadth of this beautiful country. We wre not disappointed. This was the best place we stayed at, with lovely staff, fluent in English. Hannah, Luke and Cherry went out of their way to makes us welcome and comfortable. From showing us how to use their well maintained scooters to hand drawing a map to Cat Kim island, nothing was too much trouble. The level of service combined with immaculate rooms and pool, cycling proximity to the Hoi An Ancient Town and the sunny Am Bang beach makes this a gem. Highly recommended.

A real gem of a place

My husband and I stayed at the Hoi An Villa for four nights with my parents in law. The staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and were delightful. On one of the days the power in the city was out for half the day, and the staff informed us early on to give us the option to change accommodation, but we happily stayed at the hotel. The breakfasts were delicious with generous servings (the hotel allows you to have whatever you want off the menu). The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The pool, whilst small, was a welcomed amenity in the heat of Hoi An. We would definitely stay here again.

Staff was exceptional. Everybody was so thoughtful, kind and very helpful. They've arranged extra tours, changed our room, gave us local tips and gave us some free food apologying some noise from the next door. The villa was nice and having a pool was great. Although the pool was small, we were able to find spots. The neighborhood is a bit far to walk to the ancient town. But with a bicycle or motorbike, it's not a big problem. It's quieter... Overall, it was a great stay and I will go back if I visit Hoian again.

Great Hospitality. One major flaw when we visited.

I wanted to love this place since the reviews were so strong, but I think we just had unlucky timing. The room was nice, buy unfortunately there was an issue with the water supply so our water smelled TERRIBLE, like raw sewage, for the first three days until they got it figured out and fixed. This was obviously a major drawback but hopefully just an anomoly. Other than that and some construction noise next door, the hotel was excellent. Really large and comfortable room and super friendly, helpful staff. Free bikes for exploring the area made seeing all of Ancient City Hoi An much easier than it would have been on foot.

The Best Place In Vietnam

Without doubt the best place we visited in the whole of our trip, the room, location, staff, food, in fact everything to do with the hotel was fantastic. After thinking and trying to find any negative or not first class things about the hotel, I can honestly say there isn't any. it was perfect.

Family run hotel

Family run so the staff really look after you well. Breakfast is the best we have had in Vietnam - and you can have as much as you want. Free bikes make it easy to get into centre or to the beach. Swimming pool and loungers.

The staff make the place fantastic

The staff at reception and breakfast were among the most helpful and pleasant I have ever experienced and I have traveled a lot. They went out of their way to help with reservations, laundry, requests for more coffee or tea and even hosted a lunch Tet celebration for us. The pool is big enough for a refreshing swim on a hot day and is exceptionally clean. I loved staying there and would do so again.

Great hotel but slightly far by foot from old town

This hotel is off the gain road, down a narrow alley. Reception staff were excellent. Rooms are big and has all the basic room mod-con. Breakfast is excellent! Only down side-40mins walk to Hoi an old town.

Great villa in the most charming cities in vietnam

How this hotel is not #1 doesn't make sense. Only a slight distance from the centre and tucked away about 70 metres away from main road. So the relentless sounds of motor bikes and cars beeping is pretty muffled. Our room was big, very clean and that air conditioner was amazing! You need that in Vietnam. The staff was super friendly, helpful and made sure we were having a great stay. I was very surprised with what we got for what we paid. I thought maybe there was a mistake and felt like I should pay more. It looks like a little European villa, with red Spanish roof tiles. A pool too. Breakfast was included and very good. You can rent a bicycle from them to ride into the centre, about 10 min. There are two beaches. One is 3km away, The second, An Bang beach about 6.5km away was very good. Lots of people but the beach is really big, you don't feel crammed and plenty of space. It's a bit of a distance from the hotel. Great part is, they rent motorbikes for a great price, which is what we did. Because Hoi An is small, there really isn't much traffic (do watch the rush hour between 4-5pm). I found it very easy to ride around on it, and An Bang beach is very easy to get to. Need to exchange money, or Overloaded your luggage on shopping, they can help, and ship it. In all honesty, if I ever go back to Hoi An, no doubt I am booking again with them, I strongly recommend them.

Will Stay Again

The villas are well position, neither in the old town or on the beach. Having stayed previously at a Cua Dai Beach resort I prefer this location. Old town is easily accessible by bicycle ride, or scooter (both available to rent from villa for a nominal amount). Some guest walked but you don't really want to walk any distances in the heat. Our room was very spacious with high ceilings, air-condition, wifi, tv. Bathroom nice. Breakfast delicious - my favourite was the banana pancakes. Staff very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is peaceful, restful. Will definitely stay again which is the best recommendation I can give. Please note though that whilst it is lovely and whilst the rooms are spacious the grounds are not. There is a forecourt with the villas on three sides. Though this is not dissimilar from any other place.

Quaint family owned villa

Great experience at Holiday Villa. This place is family owned and is a relatively new with NO teething problems! The staff are extremely sweet and friendly and the rooms are large and spacious. This place is walkable to the main town but I wouldn't recommend it if its too hot, the staff will easier call a taxi for you which costs around 20k into town. Staff also recommended some great tours which we thoroughly enjoyed ❤️👍

Highly recommended!

Our family of 4 throroughly enjoyed our 7 night stay at the Holiday Villa. We initially booked for three nights but just had to stay longer and was lucky enough to snag they last two rooms. Cherry and her team are so warm and friendly, they made us all feel like family. The compound is off a main road down a small narrow alley. The pool is a lovely place to chill in the heat of the afternoons. The large airy rooms are tastefully appointed with either hardwood or pristine while tiles, comfortable beds and lovely large window with elegant draperies. The service is beyond approach as everyone is eager to help with any request ie restaurant and tailor recommendations, taxis. Breakfasts are made to order, delicious and served in an elevated gazebo in the back garden. The hotel is a good walk from town however there a a few lovely restaurants, shops and bakeries close by. Taxis are incredibly inexpensive and numerous. Our family just took taxis into town several times a day with the heat and this totally worked out. Cherry helped us track down a lost hat from a cab company and offered to make the children some snacks in the evening if they were too tired to head out for dinner. Recommend room 107 on second floor with views of pool. A true gem!

Best place to stay in Hoi An

This place far exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly accommodating. My boyfriend was ill when we arrived, the staff bought him ginger tea and offered to cook what ever we wanted. They organized our tours and transfers with ease. They have bicycles available and a great pool.

Lovely Hotel half way to beach and Oldtown.

We're to start we booked 2 night initially and ended up staying 7 night. What a great little Hotel run by a local family. Rooms were big with all the things you would expect in a hotel. Pool was not huge but sufficient for the hotel. Nothing was to much trouble not mater what the request. Whilst they don't have a full restaurant as yet the breakfast was fantastic and as much as you wanted with a good variety freshly prepared for you. We will be back again with the family early next year and l can't wait to see the continued improvement with this Hotel..thank you Cherry and staff for a wonderful part of our holiday..

Great relaxing stay!

This place is great, couldn't recommend it highly enough! Cherry and her family are incredibly becoming and ensure you have a great stay! Easily the best place we stayed in Vietnam! This place has made us want to come back to Vietnam! Shout out to NGA @ngacookery, her mum has a little Restaurant if you turn left when you hit the Main Street after leaving the villa, great cheap food, and her cooking class was awesome and much more personalised and affordable than those on offer in the ancient city!

Our Favourite hotel in Vietnam

From the friendly smile and the glass of cool fresh orange juice when we arrived Cherry and her family were very welcoming. Quan gave us a map and went through the sites and restaurants for us. The rooms were light and spacious the beds were very comfortable. Cherry helped us with airfares and other enquiries. The hotel is a short taxi ride (about $3) into the ancient town. The pool and surrounding garden was beautiful. The Breakfast was freshly cooked to order every morning and was absolutely delicious. Would stay here anytime.

２泊で利用しました。チェックインのとき、予約が確認できないと言われましたが予約受付メールを見せると部屋に案内してもらえました。次の日、英語で会話ができるスタッフさんが声をかけてくれて無事チェックイン手続きができました。 立地的に繁華街からは離れていますが無料で自転車を借りることができるので、徒歩よりそちらを利用したほうが行動範囲が広がります。治安的には夜一人で歩いても問題ないくらいですけど、バイクが危なかったり街灯が少ない道があったりで、あまりおすすめはしないです。 食べたいものや行きたい場所を尋ねたらフロントで詳しく教えてくださいました。おすすめのお店、どこも美味しかった！ 最後まで笑顔で見送ってくださってありがとうございます。
