Awesome hotel

Clean.articulate spacious rooms.likable and smiling staff. Nearby market of local food delicacies.

This is very Bad hotel! When I was in Hai Phang, I afraid of being cheated, so I asked this hotel to call a taxi for me, but the taxi called by the hotel tricked me! I told driver go to nearest ferry from this hotel, but The taxi driver took a very big turn, I took lots of pictures as prove, at last the meter shows 486,000VD, but he asked 4,860,000VD, I'm not new guy for Vietnam, last i paid him 500,000VD. He also asked high way ticket for 200,000 VD, i saw him to pay high way officer only 20,000, i argued with him again, last i paid him 20,000 for highway. After i came back hotel, i ask the Hotel reception, how much i need pay to ferry? they told me only max 50,000, I asked her to tell me the driver name and phone number, she wouldn't tell me. I think The hotel is not innocent and the driver is definitely not first time to cheat foreigners. The taxi license plate is 30A 695.70, he gave me receipt number is 04442, I advise u don't go to this hotel, don't go to this city.

Haiphong hotel stay

Place was comfortable and near my eateries, i would definitely consider staying at this hotel when i travel to hai phong the next time.

Girls at front desk were very friendly. Hotel breakfast was very good with a larger selection, internet was very fast, only disppointment was there was no way to figure out how to make hot water work in shower. I don’t like cool showers.

saw cockroach in bath room, someone from hotel just opened my door when I was still inside my room.

nice location and enough room size. use hotel concierge to book train ticket but realized they charged too much. 4 times of net ticket price.

Hotel appeared nice at first. Room was set on lowest temp and was humid and hot all night, only cooled down very little, bathroom was plain gross. Could feel all the springs on the bed, very hard. Breakfast was pretty poor. Also ants were crawling all over the food. In this case, you really get what you pay for.

Quick business trip stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Room and hotel was kept nice and clean. I would definitely stay again especially for the cost, worth it!

Nice hotel, disappointing breakfast

Nice hotel, little run down but got the feeing there wasn't many guests at this time. Breakfast was disappointing but again I think it's low season (which isn't an excuse but is possibly a reason). Breakfast was 6-9 (I think) and we arrived at 8:30 and it seemed that everything was made at 6 and nothing was renewed/replaced including the tea and coffee, despite 3 staff members sitting at the bar. Had to ask for more tea which came out barely warm. There was some Vietnamese option and also fruit and salad but the plates were mostly empty. However you can get eggs cooked fresh for you and some bits of bread so it's better than nothing.

Decent place

This hotel was decent. It was exactly what I expected. Comfortable bed, soap, shampoo, toothbrush,a comb, and all other necessities were provided. It was also an affordable price. Their air conditioner work great, too.

We stayed three nights, the room is clean and comfortable in a great location. We would stay again if we are in Haiphong.

Do not stay in this hotel special you are Western

Booked this hotel for my friend for 5 nights in Hai Phong. The pictures look nice on the website. My friend called me the same day she checked in. The room is smell. There are hair on the sheet. They do not change sheet and clean the room. The service is not good. She moved out the next day and checked in another hotel which is cheaper and cleaner. She is Vietnamese and has been lived in the US for 16 years. If you are Westerner, you will feel gross. The owner needs to pay attention to the services and make sure the rooms are clean , otherwise he/she should not in the hotel management business. Hotel management 101!

【Location】 It is within walking distance of Hai Phong Station, making it highly recommended for those arriving by train. 【Facilities】 ・I stayed alone in a superior double room, and the space was sufficient. ・If the room had a bathtub, it would be worth paying a bit more. There was a shower room with enough depth for a half-body bath, which was a type I had never seen before. 【Meals】 The hotel breakfast menu had a local touch. There are many nearby dining options, so I had no trouble finding lunch or dinner. There is a Circle K convenience store across the street, where I could buy dairy products.

Die Zimmer sind gross und gut eingerichtet. Einzig die Sauberkeit könnte etwas besser sein. Auf dem Bett konnten deutliche Spuren erkannt werden (Alter der Bettwäsche?) und der Boden war, zumindest den Socken nach zu urteilen, recht dreckig.

소음이 심해 잠을 못잘 정도였음..ㅠ

호텔이 공사를 하는지 새벽부터 공사 소음으로 시끄러웠으며, 일하시는 분들이 새벽부터 문앞에 대화를 나누는데 방음이 안되어서 너무 크게들려 잠을 못잠..ㅠ

ベンタイン市場バスターミナルまで徒歩1分という超好立地。 便利な場所に快適に泊って軽く朝食が食べられればという旅行者＆ビジネスマンにお勧めします。 水回りがもっと良ければ完璧（洗面台の排水が悪いのとシャワーヘッドが詰まり気味なのが残念だった）。

コスパを考えれば妥当です。

部屋は良かったがお風呂のお湯の使い方が分かり辛く、スイッチを入れないといけなかった。知らなかったので水風呂になりました。 エアコンの効きはイマイチで扇風機はうるさかったです。 朝ご飯は美味しくて色々選べました。 夜のフロントのお姉さんは愛想良かったですが、次の日の方は無愛想でした。

とてもリーズナブル

ハイフォン駅から徒歩圏内のホテル。 五千円弱の部屋でしたが室内もベッドも適度に広く、小さいながらも椅子2脚とテーブルが置いてあり、快適に過ごせます。朝食付きということも加味すると、とてもリーズナブル。 バスターミナルからは遠いですが、鉄道やhoang long社のリムジンバスでハノイから訪れるには最適です。 ホテルのすぐ近くにはお店は少ないですが、徒歩圏内にたくさんの飲食店があるため食事には困りません。 1Fが駐車場で2Fがフロントのため、見つけにくいのが少々難点。迷ったときは建物上の看板を目印に。

駅から近く、これと言って問題を感じませんでした。スタッフも感じよく、英語が通じます。

직원분들은 친절하고 조식도 괜찮았어요. 모던하면서도 깔끔해서 마음에 드는데 욕실에 따뜻한물이 안나와서 고생좀 했어요.

有點髒，地點很方便

小旅館，有點髒。在市中心，地點不錯。

Bad and unhelpful service, breakfast was ready late and closed early, rooms were not completely clean and the bathroom was about to fall into pieces

The room itsel wasn't so bad. What I cared was that the hot water has stopped when I was filling the bathtub. In a cold weather, it wasn't a good feeling to use the bath with rather cold water in winter season.

하이퐁 시내에 위치한 괜찮은 호텔

하이퐁 맛집인 Quan Ba Cu와 가까운 곳에 위치하고 있습니다. 객실은 조용한 편이며 아주 작은 개미가 돌아다니는 것을 제외하면 깔끔한 편입니다. 호텔 조식도 괜찮은 편이며 Pho가 맛있었습니다. 하이퐁에 있는 호텔 중 괜찮은 편이라고 생각합니다.

아쉬운 룸 배정...

디럭스 트리플 예약을 했는데, 이른체크인을 해주면서 옥탑방으로 배정해주었다. 예약과 다르다고하니 풀북킹으로 방이 없다고 함. 욕조나 샤워시설이 있고, 창이 있는방으로 예약했는데, 아쉬웠다.직원은 친절하지만 업무적이다.

中心部

街の中心部にある。 周りにはレストラン等は無く、少し不便。 朝、タクシーを拾うのも大変でした。 朝食のメニューも、あまりバリエーションがなく、 3日以上の滞在には、不向き。

전망도 좋구 해변 및 선착장도 가까워서 이동 하기도 아주 좋습니다.방도 넒고 시원 합니다!~조식도 너무 맛있구요!~수영장이나 바 같은게 좀 아쉽긴 하네요!~대체적으로 너무 좋았습니다.다시 한번 가고 싶은곳이네요!~굿굿

방이 너무 작었다 혼자 여행이지만 답답한 느낌 혼자라 일부러 작은방 줬나 물어보고 싶음 늦게가고 일찍 나와서 별다른 기억이 없다 외부환경은 깨끗한데 방은 올드한 느낌 가까운곳에 맛집이 있어 그나마 다행. 와이파이가 잘 안됨

조식은 soso 침대는 하이퐁 내 호텔에서 거의 최고 급입니다. 욕실은 수압은 좋으니 시설이 조금.... 어매니티는 .... 와이파이는 베트남 평균이나 조금 왔다갔다 합니다.

Ik moest helaas eerder weg. Ik heb echter wel een leuke deal voor terugkomst kunnen regelen. De kamer was netjes. Ontbijt prima. Service vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

하루 잠만자기 편한 호텔

시내 근처라서 굉장히 좋아요 몇분 걸으면 오페라하우스가 보이고 하이퐁 맛집 Ba cu 이랑도 가깝습니다 침대도 푹신하고 창문 열면 뷰가 이뻐요 빨간지붕들이 보이는 풍경이 인상적입니다 방음은 기대하지마세요... 다 들리고 아쉬운게있다면 물이 좀 ... 콸콸안나온다는점? 그리고 잠깐 나갔다 온 사이에 청소를 하신것같은데 바닥에서 쉰내가 나더라고요 몇시간뒤에는 냄새가 사라지긴했지만 ...^^ 잠만자고 가기 딱 좋은 호텔인것 같습니다

Ein gutes Hotel auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt

Ich nutze dieses Hotel als Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung der Umgebung bis nach Hanoi. Dafür war es gut geeignet. Für 12000 VND kann man z.B. mit öffentlichem Bus bis an den Strand von Do Son oder für 18000 VND bis Hanoi fahren. Die Zimmer wurden täglich ordentlich gereinigt

가까이 다가가기에는 먼 호텔

그냥 무난한 호텔 단점 위치가 나쁘지도 좋지도 않다. 근데 뚜벅이면 위치가 아쉽다. 호텔 실내 공기가 뭔가 상쾌하지 않은 느낌이었다. 물 배수가 잘 안되었다. 장점 딱히 장점은 없다. 그냥 무난하다.

하이퐁에서 깟바섬 들어갔다가 나올 때 하루 묵었습니다. 청결은 기대하지 마시고 싸게 하루 묵을거면 참고 묵으셔도 됩니다. 며칠 연속으로 묵는것은 비추입니다. 조식은 주지만 전혀 기대하지 않으셔도 됩니다.

위치가 매우 좋아요

위치가 오페라하우스 근처 중심부 쪽이어서 매우 좋았음. 가격도 저렴하며 체크아웃 후 비행기 시간까지 짐보관도 가능해서 좋았음. 다시 하이퐁에 간다면 이곳에서 투숙하겠음
