We booked 2 twin rooms but they gave us 1 twin room and 1 single room during checkin. They seemed overlooked our booking and made an excuse of overbooking. It made us unhappy due to 2 people need to share a bed in a single room.
Travellerエクスペディアの写真には温泉があったので期待したのですが別施設でした。 しかしホテルの方に割引価格でご案内頂きしかも車で3分程のところにありました。
