Enjoyable stay

Only a one night stay, room was large but somewhat dated. It was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and met my requests. If you want a fab local (family run) pizza/Italian restaurant check out Norin Cafe, just a 200 metre walk. Awesome traditional pizzas at a very reasonable price. Oh there is also an Aldi supermarket in the Hilton complex.

Staff at the reception and concierge desk were great! Room service was excellent and rooms were very spacious.

Few minutes walk from Milan Central Station. Have a nice bar downstairs. A convenience store and car rental just next door. Serious problem with their wifi. I guess they have a maximum number of connection. Work fine during the day but never get a connection at night

The hotel was perfect for our one night in Milan. It was easy to get to and from the train station and to the subway to get to the Duomo and other sites. We had an easy walk to a great dinner spot as well.

The rooms need to be updated to the 20th century

We arrived late in Milan and the hotel was in walking distance of the train station. In addition, all of the staff were extremely helpful and courteous. One of the staff members even went as far as to help me pack the bottles of wines that I had purchased. Clean hotel and conveniently located.

The Hotel Milan has excellent customer service and the staff is phenomenal. They were very friendly and helpful.

The reception and concierge staff were very helpful. A special commendation to the female reception staff who on the day we checked out allowed us a very late checkout as she was aware that we were all sick with a head cold and would benefit from resting in the room before we had to leave for the airport. She was kind, thoughtful and proactive with her offer.

The front desk, concierge, hotel staff are very nice and provided excellent service. The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. The hotel is very near to Milan Central station. The front desk staff recommendation for restaurant was very good. Overall we had a good experience at Hilton Milan and we recommend it to anyone visiting Milan.

Slightly Outdated but Clean/Safe

Room was outdated. The lobby is nice and the restaurant was good. Staff very helpful and friendly. Super close to train station which is why I picked this hotel.

Nice service, but disappointing rooms.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, so the service was great. Also the lobby and restaurant/bar were very nice. However, the bedrooms themselves were disappointing. Overall, they were quite outdated. Even though they were fairly clean, the condition came off very old. This is my second time staying at this hotel, but don’t think I’ll stay there next time I visit Milan until rooms get renovated.

The staff member kindly allowed me to check in early after a long flight. The room was perfect, extremely comfortable and quiet.

Fairly run down. The chair in the room looked like was dumped on the street and saved by Hilton. Very uncharacteristic. We stayed here because of the location, easy commute and train station 5 min walking. Breakfast was excellent, also a very nice supermarket on the same block and multiple dining choices within 10 minutes walking. Overall happy with the choice.

The staff were lovely and very hospitable. The spritz’s were fabulous as well as the staff in the bar area. Only criticism was the noise coming through walls and ceilings which felt like constructions work.

The hotel rooms are in need of an upgrade fast. I had room 343 and it was the worst mattress I have had in a hotel ever.

Front desk manager and staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The hotel needs renovation since rooms are not renovated but the other good things, good breakfast made up for it.

The Check in process was smooth too! The breakfast and its layout was good. The variety of food is good. The staff were friendly to me and my mother. Walkable distance to Milan Centrale Station and it is close to the hop on and hop off tour bus station. Though they don't have a airport shuttle but staff was helpful and friendly to help get a taxi ride to the airport. And to note, we had to get to the airport at 3 am. It's very much appreciated having the lobby staff helping us. Would definitely recommend my husband to bring me to Milan and stay in this hotel!

Excellent staff; breakfast buffet great; nice rooms; great location

We didn’t like the room. A stay at Hilton I was expecting an excellent 4 star room. The bed was noisy and lumpy and the bathroom was not in a good condition. The cleaning service was also not good as there are still hairs left in the bath tub. The room looked old and in need of refurbishment.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is amazing, but room condition is outdated, especially the bathroom, water. And our room is facing the main street, so kind of noisy.

I traveled with my daughter and stayed two nights. We really enjoyed the kitchen .. it’s breakfast is great! Service, kindness and really convenient if you are traveling by train. It is still not far walking to Duomo and downtown

Excellent Hotel in a Fabulous Central location (very close to the Milano Centrale Train and Subway Station) with Free Buffet Breakfast ! Hotel is within walking distance to lots of Dining options in the area and easily commutable to other Main areas of Milan for visiting the top Tourist attractions of this amazing city !

The property wS in close proximity to the central train station. Staff was helpful and kind. Room was spacious and vary clean.

Wonderful stay at modern hotel in best location

Nothing to call home about - but ok

Wonderful stay and central location . Staffs are so .. wonderful and the concierge service is awesome. Room is clean and roomy . Only hope there is a expresso machine and the fridge is not adjustable and kinda lukewarm . The bathroom light is too bright . The lighting switch is hard wire w/ all the lights pretty much connected together . Otherwise, would love to stay again.

City tax doubled paid

The property collected the mandatory city tax (EUR5 per person per night) in cash at check in. Unfortunately no receipt was provided. After checking out however, they subsequently deducted the tax again from my credit card hold. Please be careful!

I got pick pocketed on my way there. Reported it to the front desk guy since I was on the way there to check in from the train station. Said nothing the police would do and it’s just kinda how things work around there. It’s also in a sketchy part of town. The hotel was nice but I guess the photos didn’t do justice. There isn’t a lot of restaurants open early or late at night. Not sure why when there were people looking for places to eat. Honestly, the surrounding area was dirty and sketchy. Graffiti near by and lots or closed returants near by. Just not sure if I would stay there again.

OK room, clean and comfortable bed. Room temperature was none functional. Very warm and stuffy, despite setting thermostat. Ended up opening windows to be comfortable sleeping.

Good hotel near The Central train station

Had an amazing 2 nights at Hilton Milan. It is only 2 streets away from Milano centrale station which is so convenient. Was looking for a decent and good hotel near the main station and Hilton being near it was definitely a must book for a 4 stars hotel. Room was clean and spacious, basic amenities all provided for, bed sheet was clean.

Best breakfast so far in Italy.

Very good location to all major transport links (central station, metro) which are all connected to both airports in Milan. You can also walk to the centre (Duomo) in 20-25 minutes. Property was very well maintained and modern. Staff were very attentive. Would definitely return here

I expected a much higher quality room. Bathroom tiles were broken and upkeep of room needed attention. Room bar/refrigerator had 0 options in the event I needed or wanted something. Provided one towel….

Solid Hilton experience

Solid Hilton quality hotel and close to the main train station and metro stop - 3 or 4 stops to the Duomo.

Two things make the Hilton Milan a fantastic hotel: First, the staff. The front desk people, among whom are a couple of English-speakers, were amazingly helpful, right down to finding me a rapid-results COVID pharmacy so I could fly back to New York. Probably the best front-desk staff I've ever encountered. Second is the location. The hotel is two short blocks to the Central Station metro stop and because Milan has a great subway system, it's as if you can do nearly door to door anywhere. The only downside, and it's not really a downside, is that the hotel isn't quite a four to five star Hilton by the standards of Hiltons in the United States - get that out of your mind. The amenities aren't much. It's more like a 3 1/2 star hotel with lots of hotels like it across Milan and Europe. But because of the fantastic staff and the amazing location, that didn't matter. I highly recommend this hotel for when you visit Milan.

Was in Milano for business and needed to use the train. Hotel very convenient to station. Room very quiet but (bath) room pretty old. Would like to give compliments to the lady hosting the guest in the breakfast. Extremely cheerful, positive and happy. In fact all breakfast staff were very good and efficient

Excellent hotel experience and customer service

Stayed there 4 nights and it was great. Roomy feel to the hotel (and room), despite this location being close to the main train station and in a busy area. The staff were excellent. Breakfast was not cheap, and I ate there only once. But the breakfast offerings were plentiful and good - this is not a basic offering like you get in the US, but instead a comprehensive offering that is well worth the price (if you are hungry enough). Overall great experience and I am very happy we booked the room there.

Great room with great stuffs. Since executive lounge was closed, I got free drink tickets for bar time 5-7pm, with a dish of appetizers. They were genuinely great, and made me wanna taste other dishes in the restaurant. Breakfast was ok considering sanitary measures for Covid. I think they did their best for that. I would definitely wanna come back again.

The hotel location very close to Milan central train station and it can be easily access around the city. The room was spacious and clean. There were 2 employees that really great with the customer service, Giana and young guy from the bar whom we didn’t get his name. Overall, the hotel got great breakfast and service. I highly recommend for all travelers when visiting Milan.
