Nice business hotel in the heart of London
Very convenient location.
Great staff
Staff was awesome in many ways, the location and dinning at the hotel and around the area 👍
Had a wonderful stay.
Super friendly and helpful staff. Let me check in early.
Extremely poor customer service. Weekend ruined.
We picked a Hilton because I’ve had good experiences abroad. This is definitely the worst experience that I’ve had in a major chain. It extremely well positioned across the road from London Bridge Railway station. Reception staff were unwelcoming and cold. The tiny, cramped room had not been adequately cleaned. There were nasty stains in the marble in the bathroom. Attempts to order room service had to eventually go through reception as the number rang out consistently. Some snadwiches ordered after 10 were both freezing cold and soggy and therefore inedible. I was misgendered by text by reception despite them knowing who I was. On putting my issues to management I was offered a couple of hours in the bar with sandwiches. I got this after the event had finished. I receipt no adequate explanation or apology for the litany of problems. I won’t be using Hilton again in the country.
Was kept awake by extremely loud noise from a wedding party. Asked to change room at 11pm which staff readily agreed to. But it spoilt our evening and I wouldn't go back.
Perfect
Perfect. Staff so friendly and helpful. Fantastic location. Beautiful hotel
Location to everything was excellent. Would Stay here again
Great hotel in a good location very close to London Bridge
Excellent stay, very polite and helpful staff and we even git up graded room.
Great place to stay for a trip to London. Great facilities and dining with helpful and friendly staff.
Location
Excellent stay at Hilton Tower Brisge, our go to hotel when in london, great location opposite London Bridge station on river Thames everything within east reach, great trendy bar and good selection at breakfast
Tower bridge London
Hotel was immaculate service from reception was top notch. Room was perfect size clean and we had a view of the Shard which was an amazing bonus.
Poor quality and service average
The room was clean, but the shower screen was not fit for purpose as it leaked. The window wouldn’t shut properly but this was resolved after asking twice which was good as it was noisy when it wasn’t shutting. The light switches didn’t work or worked randomly, so the bathroom light wouldn’t turn on without other switches being in a certain direction which I figured out at 3am when needing the toilet. All in all, a pretty terrible stay, not a Hilton we will be returning to.
On check-in we were treated like Royalty, including being upgraded to Diamond Status. We would really like to give a shout out to the staff on duty
Bd
Very helpful and good service and clean and reception staff very helpful kind
Staff were helpful and upgraded us, hotel was very quiet for a busy area of London
Comfy bed clean great service
Excellent location for City of London. Comfortable good sized room. Easy to use hotel.
Lovely stay. Convenient for London Bridge train station
You can never go wrong with hilton
Great location, treated my partner to lunch at the shard, the shard itself was above my budget to stay so chose here instead only 5 min walk away.
Convenient access to the airport
I booked an anniversary package with the hotel. They forgot to put it in the room and I had to ask for it, which ruined the surprise
Fabulous
From the moment we arrived, the concierge so accommodating, the receptionist so helpful.
Great!
Wonderful customer service. Helped me get a free early check in because we were so tired. Room was very nice, comfortable beds. Close walking distance to borough market and tower bridge.
The hotel was lovely and the breakfast choices were excellent
Great location
Great location, nice friendly staff and very clean.
Reliably good Hilton hotel
Great location near the river, bars, dining etc lively vibe. Quiet room but the restaurant down stairs was super noisy- dined elsewhere.
Very close to the River and other attractions plus food options both in hotel and very nearby. Staff very friendly and helpful. My wife has to use a walking stick so the room was very good for that (seat in shower etc) plus the doors downstairs could be opened by push of a button (so good for wheelchairs also).
Fantastic experience at the Tower Hilton. Booked as part of my husbands 50th celebration. The hotel went over and above to make this special, with some lovely gestures to mark the occasion. Much appreciated! Hotel facilities, rooms and the location is excellent. Had everything you needed in the room, plenty of space, superb bathroom, lots of sockets and big TV. Complimentary freshments & high quality extras. Would def recommend & be returning with ny daughter next time.
Great location, just a few steps from London Bridge rail and underground and a short walk to Tower Bridge. Some bars and restaurants in the area and only a couple of stops on the tube from Waterloo station. The hotel seem fairly new with bar, communal areas and rooms nicely decorated and in very good condition. The room was spotless, well equipped and the bed comfortable. The AC was quiet and effective. I would not hesitate to book again.
Every member of staff we met at the hotel was absolutely lovely, we felt very comfortable and welcome from the moment we arrived. We had an executive twin room, which included lounge access and use of the lounge terrace with an amazing view of the Shard - definitely worth paying the extra for the upgrade. Canapés and alcoholic drinks are served during happy hour. Both the food and drinks were excellent and Ren who looked after us was really lovely. The room was comfortable with lots of space and had a bath and very good shower. There was an espresso machine, a kettle with tea and coffee, as well as free soft drinks in the mini bar. We had breakfast in the exec lounge and that was a little disappointing unfortunately. There were mini pastries, cereal etc for continental and some hot options (scrambled egg, bacon, hash browns and vegan sausage) but all were cold from being sat in the serving plates with no lids. The egg was very wet and tasted and smelt of salmon so I think it may have had the utensils mixed up. Perfect location and super easy to get around London as the hotel is about 3 mins walk from London Bridge tube stop. Overall I'd recommend and would definitely stay there again.
Near the train station which made it an excellent place to stay
Best location
The Hilton never fail to impress. This hotel is easily located and just a short walk from London Bridge Station. It is convenient for access into central London, Borough Market is just down the road and Tower Bridge can be seen from the end of the road. The hotel had good local eateries and the hotel restaurant and bar were great. Our room was ready earlier than expected which was great and we checked in easily. The hotel sorted our maintenance issue quickly. The hotel toiletries were of a high standard. Breakfast was great with a good selection of hot and cold foods. We would fully recommend a stay at the Hilton and will be back next time we visit London.
Excellent location, stay and dining
A
Excellent London Hotel
Excellent hotel. Staff so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly 😻👍
excellent location
Amazing hotel & staff especially Gabriella on reception.
Great hotel overall, steps from the London Bridge train station so good connection with the city and some airports, staff is nice - we’ve had some issues with the electrical outlets. They are not equipped for the European appliances. Water was not free on the last day. No hair dryer outlet in the bathroom, has to be plugged in the hallway. The conditioner container didn’t work but was fixed upon request. Great buffet breakfast work omelet station and a variety of options.
Always an excellent area and stay
Clean and nice area
5 stars
A well presented hotel with staff availible in an instant. Check-in was a breeze. I would highly recommend the hotel to friends and family.
Poor start. We were given a disabled room………we are not disabled! Breakfast is chaotic with no leadership which in turn leaves the hotel exposed by being overwhelmed by customers. Not a property I would stay at in the future.
Loved the cleanliness of the rooms and the size of the bed which was absolutely monstrous!!! The breakfast was amazing also. The quality of everything was top notch!!!
Top service
Great, friendly staff. Thank you for our stay.
Great location. Super friendly staff. Great bar.
From Reception to Lounge, Staff were amazingly kind, patient & invaluable.
The hotel was very good and clean, the only slight issue was noise from outside and the corridor. Otherwise a great hotel with very convenient transport links.
Lovely staff, clean comfy room and great breakfast.
Excellent staff, clean, friendly, quiet. Compliments for Haiti who met us with a smile !
Bravo, Blanka!
Staff very good. Both concierge, and Blanka at front desk
Good value
Great location. London Bridge Station across the street giving you access to the outstanding rail system in London.
excellent location, nice hotel
The property was convenient located near public transit and local restaurants. Also, the staff was amazing and helpful with all requests.
Great customer service, clean room and nice sized room, only negative would have a room with a bath next time as walk in shower flooded whole bathroom
Fantastic hotel. Right across from London Bridge station and about 6 mins to borough market
Great location
Very spacious bedroom. Sytlish bar area Overpriced drinks No welcoming or goodbye. We were scarily woken very abruptly by someone bashing on our door through the night. Staff did come to see if we were okay.
Great location for a couple of days business in London
Excellent location, friendly and accommodating staff, and clean room. Will definitely book here again.
Great location near London Bridge station, ideal if working in this area. Remember you can get a river boat from London Bridge pier if you need to head east or west - more fun than the tube! Usual Hilton quality.
Tower Bridge
great hotel. excellent breakfast
Great people, excellent location.
Great location and staff were good to interact with.
Enjoyed our stay there.
Great
Great hotel in perfect location. Great service in the bar & restaurant. Would have given Excellent for cleaning but found an old sock behind the curtain! But hasn’t put us off, will return.
Hotel is great location, a minute from London Bridge station, moments from the Thames and a short walk to Tower Bridge, Borough Market etc. Modern rooms with super comfy beds. What more do you need?!!
Great stay
here for a conference. Great facilities. Lovely room with small upgrade. Very helpful staff. Fantatic food
It was ok. Iv stayed in nicer rooms at other Hilton locations. It was a good location to stay at. We had a rubbish view but they did accommodate use by allowing us in to the room early so we were very greatful. Few marks on the bathroom worktops which were obviously stained before. But other than that, happy with our stay.
It was lovely having a view of the shard from our room .the waiter in the bar was very friendly. Couldn't fault our stay it was very clean .
This suited us well for a quick overnight in London with the family
The hotel could do with security for the door.
?
Difficult to understand check in staff. Not enough staff on duty at peak times. But, they cared tons and helped as much as they could with everything.
Great location
Brilliant hotel right beside river Thames, Lovely rooms with view of the shard 3 minute walk from London Bridge station, Great selection At breakfast the omelettes were lovely. Nice trendy bar area with good selection of drinks, all the staff are friendly and efficient. This is our go to hotel when in London
Lovely one night stay
Great location, lovely room. Bed was super comfortable. Nice to have some drinks inculded in the room. Not a fan of the pillows (that's the same as for hotels in general), next time I would wait for a room that did not just have a 'wet room' style bathroom...i was advised at check it was a 'walk in' shower though. We chose to have dinner at the hotel....pleasantly surprised at how reasonably priced the food and drinks were considering it was a hotel in central london.
Nice hotel but breakfast could improve
Nice hotel that we have stayed at a number of times. Unfortunately, the breakfast was a bit of a let down, with limited choice relative to other Hilton’s we have stayed in recently. Room was fine and staff were nice.
Great Location next to Borough Markets and other attractions, 5 min walk to train station
staff friendly, service could be improved
Hotel is clean and of a good standard, staff friendly but perhaps a little inexperienced, I had an issue with the air con and they were unable to resolve it or get someone to resolve it, a blemish on an otherwise good stay
Arrived early but no probkem checking in and given an uograded room. Room was very big, comfortable and clean, lovely bathroom - only downside was the bath drained slowly while you were in it!
Great location and stay
Great welcome and upgraded room and wine for our anniversary 💖 Spun the wheel at the desk and got late checkout! Lovely hotel great location ...10 minutes or so from St Katherines dock and lots of restaurants on the doorstep! Only down point was the price of drinks in the bar 1 double vodka 1 single jack daniels 1 diet coke mixer over £40!! Saying that great hotel and will definitely return just no drinks in yhe bar!!!
Great location
Staff friendly and helpful. Room very clean. Food ( breakfast) great choice.
I booked this property because it had a roof terrace, unfortunately unless you are an executive guest you cannot access it.
Staff were helpful and professional. Room was lovely
A very pleasant stay with lovely addition of a birthday gift and card on arrival. Great view of the shard from our room. An excellent stay.
Okay Stay
Good Location, amazing smelling lobby. Rooms were a little dated. Beds were really uncomfortable and every time I moved in my sleep the bed would squeak and wake me and my partner up. The pillows looks plump but once you lay on them they sink to nothing . Shower was hard to operate .
Awesome Hotel
Awesome hotel. Staff was great, we got an awesome room with amazing shard views. We got free drinks and access to the lounge as well. Thumbs up.
A mixed story
A mixed story. Hotel design, room, location and reception staff were all great. But there were problems. Room had not been properly cleaned - bin still had contents of the previous owner. Went to the bar in the evening and it took 20mins for anyone to take our order. Also, music in the bar was laughably bad and showed they were catering for an imagined clientele rather than their actual clientele.
A great hotel, all staff goes above on assistance and service. Great location from which to visit London.Would always stay again!
Some people at night outside look a little suspicious and I didn’t know if a security was around the area .
Wonderful service
It was wonderful 2 day stay made great by the counter staff tharshi who made my stay to celebrate my birthday even more memorable ! I will be back ! Thanks Adrian
Better cleaning required in the rooms.
The room was generally good however the cleaning needs to be improved. The bathroom door had god knows what splashed down it, areas of the tops not cleaned, stains down the side of the wall near the bed etc. I could go on. Unusual for this hotel as have been before and was lovely.
Great place. Very attentive

The ambiance was great. No robe or slippers though in the room
