Had a good experience from the day we checked in (assisted by Hezren, thank you for the great help) to the housekeeping (example when we asked for plates and cutlery, it arrived super fast!) Services aside, the room is big enough with bathtubs and toilet is separated from the main wash area.. the area is also quite near a mall Nu Sentral (i think?) with food, shopping and services (manicure etc) The only not so positive thing is that some furniture and fixtures seems abit worn out but not a major issue!

Hotel was lovely, enjoyed the lounge, great views, and the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. Occasionally the key card had issues in the elevator but wasn't a big deal. Hotel is right off KL Sentral station making it super convenient to get to and from airport and around KL.

All in all a nice property. It’s adjacent to Stesen Sentral so you can hear train noise. After a while it becomes background noise, however. I interacted with two people at the concierge desk. One was friendly and could not do enough for you. The other was competent in offering directions, but could have been more diplomatic. I do not think it was intentional but his tone could be interpreted as condescending to some foreigners. The main restaurant is massive. The food is average. The breakfast buffet is extensive, something for everyone. I ordered from the menu in a couple of instances and chose the buffet in others. I wonder if the restaurant is just to big to provide quality meals.

The hotel staff was what impressed us the most. From the bell boys, check in staff, room service, they all made us feel welcomed.

Our stay at Hilton in Kuala Lumpur was enjoyable for many reasons. First of all, our room had an amazing view to the botanical garden, where we enjoyed our morning walks. Then of course the hotels breakfast, which offered a variety of food (local, western, Indian). Despite the hotel location in the intersection of busy city roads, you can easily access malls, garden and other places via conveniently located passes. The best of all we loved the gym and sauna with the steam rooms. The gym is well equipped.

It’s quite busy mid scale hotel. The entrance is not convenient. The staffs are friendly. The amenities and rroom look need some refurbishment.

2nd time at KL Hilton

Nice hotel. Located strategically within 5 min of KL Sentral stations. Easy to move around the city. Staff were courteous. Breakfast was great. The room itself was adequately sized. Bed was well made up. Toilet was clean. Used the gym twice. Clean and everything works. Only 2 hiccups - (1) hot water not available during one morning, but may have been I did not turn knob correctly (2) the main room lights failed on my second nite. But did not bother to call as it was late. Overall a nice stay. Will stay again if there is an opportunity.

Varsity of food, the view

I used to love staying at this hotel, unfortunately it’s now tired and dated. Public areas are nice but rooms are cramped and poorly laid out. Booked a family room which was actually just 2 rooms with interconnecting doors. Pool area is great and restaurants are too, LeMeridien shares facilities but has much better / more up to date rooms.

Reception not accommodative.We booked 2 rooms for 5 nights. One for us and another one for kids but both were located very far away and on the opposite sides.Mentioned it to reception on the first few days and they responded saying they will put in a request but never heard back .So overall not a nice experience for us.All other staff were wonderfull.

Locate at the Central station, so it's very convenient to travel to other places.

Cut by glass fragment inside hotel bathroom

It is conveniently located in kl sentral. However safety is an issue. Crisis control is also lacking when you have an emergency. Does not live up to hilton expectation.

Property is well kept, great location and convenient access to transportation. Helpfull and attentive staff. Food quality at the buffet restaurat, althought not bad, was not at par with the expectations generated by the type/level of the facility. That said, room service is good, and there are other high end, very good restaurants in the hotel complex that will not dissapoint.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The property was well kept, clean, and comfortable. The rooms had high quality amenities and the blackout curtain features were greatly appreciated. The breakfast buffet was exceptional and had a great variety of food. The executive lounge is a must have upgrade to consider. I really enjoyed being connected to the Sentral transit center which made transportation easy and convenient. I would stay at this location again upon my return. Thank you.

Nice stay but could be better for a 5 star hotel.

Service staff is very friendly and the gym was very well equipped. The steam room and jacuzzi were good as well. However the cistern in our room kept malfunctioning which inconvenienced us a fair bit. In addition, instructions dont seem to be passed on properly. For example, we requested for a rollaway bed and extra set of toiletries as our room was booked for triple sharing but it wasnt set up when we checked in and got into the room. Another example was that we wanted only breakfast for a day but we were billed for 2 mornings and they had to reverse the billing.

Great and convenient location as it's connected to the sentral train station. Good option for business travellers to take the train from the airport directly into the hotel stop. Friendly staff, clean and well maintained rooms.

First time staying at Hilton KL and was pleasantly surprised! Good accessibility to KL Sentral station and walking distance to the Nu Sentral mall. Location is superb! Staff were extremely friendly and polite. Sangeeta who assisted with my check-in was lovely and called me personally when my room was ready. The rooms were clean with a nice layout. I would definitely recommend Hilton KL to my friends!

Very satisfy with our stay! Staff very friendly and they gave me a birthday cake! But they really need to update their booklet in the room, because it still show very old information like request DVD movie list, spa sauna timing until 11pm etc.

The personnel was super friendly, hotel is cozy and comfortable, pool area is fascinating.

Hotel is located in K.L. central. Easy access to most part of K.L. via metro trains and taxi. Modern shopping complex and restraunts close to hotel.

Exactly what you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Good location close to station and Brickmakers and shopping mall attached so no need to leave air-conditioning.

Disappointed stay with Hilton

I was relatively disappointed with my stay in Hilton KL Sentral. The hotel was fully booked for the week (10th-14th June) and was unable to accommodate early check in. Disappointingly, they did not provide updates unless you have checked in. This is understandable since they are running at maximum capacity. The room was not very clean as I found a used cotton bud behind the dustbin. To my disappointment, during check out at the concierge, one of the reception staff had allowed a Caucasian to cut our queues to be served by the concierge staff first. It was absolutely disappointing as they are not taking all guests fairly. It was absolutely disappointing that they had allowed a Caucasian to be prioritised and served first in a big hotel chain like, Hilton.

Hilton Hotel KL Sentral is situated at an ideal location where guests can visits places of interests with ease, the amenities and transportation railway and connectivity systems surrounding the hotel is excellent. Facilities and staffs services in the hotel are exceptional for formal or informal events, meeting, dining or stay. Highly recommended to all who wish to be served by high quality of service, exceptional facilities, amenities and transportation connectivity.

Second time here. Really loving the accessibility to the express train from the airport and the LRT. Very good breakfast spread as well.

Outdated and need maintenance

You would expect a lot from Hilton! But: -The ceiling starting leaking (pouring) water for 15 minutes. - changes a room to a new one, missing furniture and had to ask for it! - broken toilet flush. Positive: good food, good location, good pool, and great staff.

Ive stayed at the Hilton KL before and it was a pleasure returning. A great hotel that cares about its guests.

Stayed at this property for a week. House keeping was a hit or a miss depending on who did it. One female worker in the lounge was very unfriendly we tried to avoid if she was working but the other lounge staff were excellent. Front desk staff very friendly and great at organising trips for you. Train station attached to property was very easy to use. Pool is good for a city hotel but pool staff unfriendly and service not great. Breakfast in the hotel is great but the other restaurant/ bar area are very expensive and often don’t have available what’s on the menu. We found Mon-Thurs hotel full of business people and functions and Frid/Sun was very busy with families for the weekend. We did enjoy our stay but would not choose this hotel again. We have stayed in much better 5* hotels.

The hotel was situated in a quiet area but easy access to the Train station via a walkway. Getting a taxi was easy. The buffet restaurant was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful and rooms and rainfall shower excellent. The only downside was that the shower door design allowed for water to go out onto the outside floor area. This needs to be looked at again to fix.

Everything is great! Recommended to stay if you happen to visit KL.

Its a basic hotel that claimed as luxury hotel

Everything went well until the check-in, they gave me and parents broken bathtub that leaking the water everywhere, i called the service, the lady saying that someone will come to fix the bathtub, some came but he doesnt know what to do so he called his friend, and still both of them doesnt know what to do, they said they need to go downstair to get the sparepart and they never come back until i called them back through the Honors phone call, they came back to fix and still have no idea how to change the hose. So they went down again, keep doing that for another 2 hours.. whoever duty Manager on the 9 of February 2024 was totally useless and not competent with his responsibity possibly is not even qualify as manager, He still wont give me another room after waiting 2 hours for the repairman to fixed the bathtub. With all the scene finally they gave me another room. If they gave me in the first place this wont happening. The breakfast so basic, we stay 5 days and 4 night, the breakfast everyday the same. 2 receptionist lady try to mocked when i did the check out after all the scene are created by your duty manager. The hotel are old, i wouldnt believe they claimed as luxury hotel 2023, or Malaysian hotel standard probably go down the hill if this hotel is a luxury hotel. Regret to book our vacation in this hotel, some of the staff really nice, feel sorry for them to work under un-experience manager Find another hotel and you will thank me later. Unless you want drama

The room is quite old and the air conditioning wasn’t working well. It was too hot and had to ask maintenance to fix it. Very crowded too. Long queue for breakfast and too many people for the facilities. Location was alright.

there are many things that we were so impressed by, from their attention to details to their unmatched hospitality in addition to their top tier In room dining and restaurant experience. one thing of note, that we were really grateful for, was when they were generous with their early check in policy, they allowed us to come in 4 hours early on the account of our little infant, we would have to spend time outside until 3pm if it wast because of the initiative of the front desk staff, we were so happy to say the least.

does not match my expectation, you have to queue to check in and check out. not a five star feeling, no common area at all, you only can stay at your room, all the hotel space are occupied by events. while my stay , the pool was closed as well. the light control in the room was very confusing. the only good thing is the gym. for the same money you could find way better choices.
