I have been charged $150 deposit. NOT impressed

We have stayed at the hotel a few times before and have always had great service. The restaurant on site was wonderful and our server at dinner, Jose, was great.

Passing through Toronto

Very convenient to the airport. Check in was quick. Room was clean, the mattress needs to be replaced. We had cocktails in the bar, which was very nice with good service. Dinner at Dixon’s. Service was good, food was only okay.

My only complaint is the hidden fee for parking your car. Not mentioned anywhere on Expedia.

Great property if you need to stay around the airport. It’s updated, very clean, has excellent and serviceable staff, and the best part is the EXCELLENT bar and restaurant. It’s rare to find such good dining in this style of property because they typically focus on convenience. This place had a delicious menu and freshly made items. Don’t settle and stay here. Convenience and quality.

Hotel is convenient for the airport but needs a little work. Bathroom fan didn’t work and the hvac is noisy. Shuttle driver dropped everyone at the arrives area not departure at the hotel.

Hotel is very convenient for the airport and in fairly good shape but some things need a bit of work (non-functioning extraction fan in bathroom). Basement parking can be difficult as people park over multiple spots. Staff were friendly.

Staff at front desk was pleasant but not overly welcoming. Both times I went there was no one at the desk- so I eventually knocked on the door to the office and when the desk clerk arrived, she looked upset that I was behind their counter. Bed was very comfortable, room was clean. Parking in the underground garage was a nightmare!

It was very difficult to find a parking spot …. Staff did not help much at all … I circled around repeatedly until I parked in the only remaining spot marked reserved. I asked frond desk staff if I could park there and they said ok. I wish they had told me this would be ok when I first started looking for parking. It would have saved me 20 minutes of aggravation.

Easy access to Pearson Airport

Hotel lost our reservation despite the fact that I had prepaid for our stay. The front desk was not very obliging even though I showed my booked Expedia confirmation and my parking paid confirmation. Asked for a wake-up call that never came. Our wake up call on previous stay was 20 minutes late.Transit bus left 5 minutes early and we had to wait 35 minutes for the next bus. The hotel as definitely not the hotel it used to be. Declining rapidly

The proximity ro the airport is advantageous. This time the check in staff were not overly friendly whereas in the past it was a better experience. The shuttle staff were courteous and assisted with our luggage. The first guy even waited for my husband to come up from the parking garage. The bed was comfortable & the rooms are nice.

Very comfortable beds and pillows, hotel looks like they just had a full reno. The food and service in Dixon’s restaurant was excellent. One of the best burgers I’ve had anywhere! Will definitely stay here again.

Pool and hot tub wete very dated and in the basement. Not manu food options anywhere within walking. The restaurant in it was sub par. Great ease of getting to and from airpport. Clean and comfortablr room.

The airport shuttle ran every half hour, 24 hours so made getting to and from the airport very easy. The restaurant in the Hotel was reasonably priced and unique offerings on the menu.

I was told the parking gate would open for me and both times tried to go out I had to buzz the attendant to let me out. Just a little annoying as I had to get out of my vehicle as I had a rental and they want s to know the license plate #. Would be helpful to have a card to tap or insert to get out. The shower was a little run down and moldy.

The only downside was the restaurant which only served an expensive buffet breakfast $30 not choices off a menu

Having a Keurig in every room is not at all eco-friendly. It wasn’t easy to connect to the Wi-Fi, but the front desk staff kindly helped me out.

Not a great check in. The Indian man on night shift should not be customer facing. He was rude, argumentative with costumers checking in and argued that we should all be paying more. Not a great start at the hotel. There was an older gentleman also working the checking desk - very friendly and nice To work with

Hotel was totally fine, overall. Had to switch rooms due to a really loud vent in the first one. Friendly and accommodating staff, easy shuttle to airport, moldy caulking around windows in room. I’d probably stay here again for an early flight

Front desk attendant very rude...not nice at all!

I was appalled by the state of the public pools. The pump filtration systems were broken, and there was visible debris in the water, which is unacceptable. I also found mold in the shower of my room. It is shocking how low the cleanliness standards are. The staff completely ignored my concerns and made it clear they had no intention of addressing the issues. Not a lot of restaurants walking distance. Beautiful entrance/lobby, parking was easy af, bed was incredibly cozy and the pillows aren’t too soft/hard, quiet floor

We stayed at this hotel for the shuttle service to the airport which is 24 hours every 30 mins and on call from 2-4 AM. It was really clean and comfortable.

Building was uncomfortably warm.

Stayed overnight due to early flight, so needed to get a few hours sleep. Window blinds were stuck so couldn't pull them down all the way, allowing light to come in from surrounding buildings and streets. Corridor was like an oven, it was so hot. (should mention that this was in December) We turned the room temp down to 18.5 (which is the lowest setting), and the fan rumbled noisily all night long just to try and get the temperature down. We could feel hot air coming in under the door from the hallway. Other guests we spoke to had the same issue with the heat. Due to the extreme heat in the building, and noise from the A/C, didn't really get much sleep. We appreciated the close proximity to the airport as well as the shuttle service to the airport. Note that there is no food service or restaurants near by if you need food, especially if you arrive late at night or leave early before their restaurant is open, unless you have a car.

Kitchen & bar were closed so no comment on that . As far as the room . It was clean , spacious and in good condition overall . The bed was a little too soft and the shower should have glass doors instead of shower curtains .

Rooms were nice for a quick stop over. Staff and shuttle drivers were great. Another breakfast option besides buffet would be nice but understand its an airport hotel so left early and had breakfast in the terminal instead.
