Clean and nice hotel

It’s fair but not much better in the area

We got in really late and the front desk staff was so nice and accommodating.

We arrived very late. The manager met us at the door and locked it behind us. I felt very welcomed and safe.

Nice hotel away from the highway.

The hotel lost internet and were unable to give out room keys. We had to be let into our room if we left for anything. Not the hotels fault but incredibly inconvenient.

We attended the Night to Shine...was amazing to just go down stairs...the lady that checked me in was amazing.

The room was cozy, the staff were kind and attentive. I rarely travel but was headed to a funeral, and I felt safe by myself. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Last minute pit stop

We booked last minute driving from South Texas to Memphis. Hotel was super nice, clean, comfortable, huge room, room service….staff was super nice. Highly recommend.

Room never got cleaned

My time spent was great and so was the staff I interacted with. My only complaints are that the sheets, pillow cases, and blankets were a little too low quality/rough for what I paid for the room, I feel. The toilet paper also was clearly very cheap, not what I expect for $168/night, including taxes. Other than those things, everything was nice!

Clean property

Room was cold even after turning the thermostat to 80 degrees.

I slept well. The room was quiet, dark and cool. The bed was warm and comfortable. The fitness equipment was in good condition. The restaurant was very good. The staff were helpful and friendly. The building was clean and well-maintained.

We’ve been touring the country from Austin, TX to Candia, NH; Salem, MA; Sleepy Hollow, NY; and back home through Texarkana for 15 days. This hotel was, by far, the best we had. Everyone we dealt with was great. The restaurant food was excellent. The room was perfect. It made for a great last night on the road.

It was a good place for the night, quiet and clean. They allowed us to have our dog.

I showed up after a longgg drive looking homeless. I was treated like royalty. Uncharacteristically bought a drink at the bar and will now forever be a Hilton fan. Happy & returning customer here.

The worst Beds Ever!!!!!!! We almost packed up and went next door. Having second thoughts of ever staying again. Sorry for negativity, but have never had this happen before at a Hilton!

Comfort and clean

Firm bed, nice comfortable pillows. Clean and tidy. Fast efficient registration. Everything worked. Also pretty convenient to I30 although going West ypu have to cloverleaf over yhe freeway.

The staff is always kind and welcoming, means so much when you are away from home.

Nice 2 night stay

We stayed 2 nights. Check in was good, the front desk staff were very friendly. We even got text messages throughout our stay checking on us to see if we needed anything. Mattresses were comfortable (of course nothing beats home), pillows for us were too soft. A small complaint was the chair in the room needed to be reupholstered with more foam in the seat. The is a restaurant on site. We did use this visit but last visit was good food.

Not the cleanest…

The fridge still had other people’s leftovers in it. The conjoining room door was unlocked. The coffee pot had an old used filter and I found out that there was no conditioner in the middle of my shower.

I paid a lot to stay the night at this hotel. I expected a lot more than I received. The pillows were worn out and uncomfortable. I could not get comfortable and fall asleep. My blood pressure started to go too high causing a severe migraine. The rooms bathroom fixtures were bad. This was a first for a Hilton Hotel .

We booked this place because of its 9.2 rating in Expedia. It didn’t disappoint. Our room was very clean and it has a crisp fresh scent and our beds were comfy. We had our much needed rest. There are ample of parking spots, which was a priority for us since we are hauling a trailer. And the nightly rate was fair.

The property was easy to find and a nice property. I wish more towels were placed in the room opposed to one per person.

Nice size rooms, clean, beautiful hotel. Power went out for a few seconds for what seemed to be no reason, no storms or anything. But if you're looking for a free breakfast, don't stay here. Everything is additional.

We just stayed one night. Shows free breakfast but it’s not for everyone only certain members.

Tv was not working due to a previous customer, moving the cords around in the back, but the engineer came and fixed it, and the coffee maker was not working, but we did not have time to address it.

Very poor service. Got in town super late to visit my mom who’d had a mild stroke. 10 min before arriving booked a room. The algorithm booked it for the next night since it was after midnight. The hotel refused to refund, despite buying another night. Also wouldn’t give any consideration to discount the cost of 2 rooms since they had no 2 bed rooms available. And didn’t care that we had to make an unexpected trip and were getting to bed at 3 am, AND I am a hotel reward member, refused a late checkout request. Thank goodness the cleaning crew had enough wits and agency to allow us a little extra time.

A one night stop over

The hotel was very good and clean. The hotel staff were friendly and greet us/checkin right away. The stay was a one night stop over for a longer trip. The rooms were very comfortable and well furnished.

Older uncomfortable sofa bed.

The motel was in good condition, very clean and friendly service. We paid extra for the 3rd adult traveling for a funeral. The only problem came when we pulled out the sofa bed. Crumbs on the mattress pad, spots on the pad, not stains but dirty spots like a spill. And it was very uncomfortable and the person trying to sleep there left before 5 am. We paid extra for the 3rd adult and it was a wasted stay.

Great location, clean, updated facility, very nice outdoor pool, quiet area

The room was clearly not cleaned fully as there was food packages in the cupboard and the fridge, the counters were dusty in the bathroom and the tv stand was dirty.

Everything was clean and comfortable, nice service, only complain is there wasn’t enough luggage carts so we had to carry everything and it got very heavy.
