The staff were incredible! These were some of the kindest, genuine people I've ever met. The inside was very clean every time we came down, which says a lot considering how much snow and salt were outside. One of our best experiences.
We love this Hotel, always consistence great rest!
Convenience.
The staff and sheer amenities offered at this location were exceptional. This was particularly evident as it was a New Year’s celebration, and the staff were exceedingly accomodating.
Welcoming and dog friendly!
Really clean, comfortable, clean bedding, clean towels. In my opinion need just a little bit upgrade. But my experience was great.
Perfect place to stay at NOTL
Perfect Beautiful property! Christmas decorations were lovely!
Girl at the front desk went out of her way ti make ua feel welcome
Good hotel but rooms are too small and no suites are available
The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially my waiter Jethro. The room and linens were clean and the bed was comfortable.
Clean, comfortable, everything as expected.
Room was very clean, and comfortable! Definitely will be coming back :)
This is a repeat stay for us. Close to outlets, Shaw Festival and border. Spacious, clean, convenient
The one and only thing we did not like were the kids playing in the pool till 10:30 pm with loud music , then it quit , then they decided to have a group meeting in front of our bedroom door , that's when I got out of bed and told them to take it to their rooms ,these kids were there for a hockey tournament, I noticed a front staff member also telling them to go to their rooms , I believe her name was Dianne. You could here them running back and forth up stairs still at 12. Next day we went to have some dinner and drinks and the bartender Donna asked how our stay was ,we explained what happened, and she apologized to us , she went right over to Dianne and told her the situation of last night. Dianne came over to apologize to and asked how they could make it up to us , we told them we did not want anything, just that their parents should of showed more respect for the hotel guess. Great staff members, Donna and Dianne.
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were wonderful and our room was clean and quiet. Our daily breakfast was great and we also enjoyed a delicious dinner at the restaurant. We will be returning for our 61st wedding anniversary.
Great place to stay! Very clean and staff very friendly
Always good, no worries, easy peasy
Close to highway and gas, food, outlet mall
I've been to a lot of Hilton Garden Inns and this is the best one I have ever stayed at! The staff was so wonderful, rooms were clean and comfortable, shower had good pressure, pool and hot tub were open extended hours, and breakfast was amazing (for a fee). This hotel is located to many convenient dining and shopping options as well as wineriesIt's not worth staying at Niagara Falls and paying for all those amenities extra fees just to look out a window at Niagara Falls. With all the money you save here, it's worth paying the parking day fee of CAD 35 at Table Rock Center and using the WEGO to get around for sightseeing. If you really want to have that effect of staying at a Niagara Fallshotel with view of the Falls, then stay one night at Sheraton (what we did) and spend the rest of the time offsite.
Staff where friendly, bed was comfy and room was clean. Was there for a conference and came back to the hotel a couple times during the day and evening to find there was no parking. Only negative.
good location needs updating
Scenic and quiet
location
.
Clean room Beds are comfy Loved the hot tub Front desk ladies were so sweet and helpfull Lovejot and another lovely lady! I would come here again
The staff was so nice and the hotel was very clean. The hotel’s location made it easy to access so many things around Niagara-on-the-Lake.
I liked it. It was close to Niagara-on-the-lake.
The noise from the fire pit that was right under our window. Called the front desk at 10 pm n was told couldn’t say anything to the partyers til after 11. Some people like to sleep by 10
Nice place
Clean room and very nice front desk staff. Flavoured water in the day, and tea and coffee in the AM is a very nice touch. Older Gentleman who is there in the AM is very nice.
Comfortable and nice hot tub
If you have an adjacent sharing room where someone else is staying it is too noisy. You can hear people talking all the time

found hair on pillows and counter top in the bathroom. Faucet leaks and 1 of the towels is still wet in the bathroom provided.
Cost of room was over market rate with no complimentary breakfast
Depending on what you are looking for, this property is relatively close to a bunch of wineries (approx. 15-20 minute drive) and then the other direction, it's about the same amount of time to the Falls and Clifton Hill. The Property was nice, and allows pets for a reasonable fee (definitely a bonus). Only downfall was restaurant didn't have a lunch service at the hotel, but that was honestly the only downfall.
Personnel was very courteous & helpful
I would recommend this hotel especially if you're looking for a dog friendly place to stay!
Our stay was excellent staff was very nice and helpful. My room was very clean and comfortable. Only problem iron didn’t work but staff got one asap.
I really enjoyed my stay here. It was easy check in and very clean and the staff was very friendly.
Fantastic. Great location with an amazing and supportive staff.
Clean
The rooms were very good. The service was excellent.
Water does not go down in the bathtub.
We always enjoy staying at Hilton Garden Inn in Niagara-on-the Lake. The cleanliness is excellent, and the staff is friendly and courteous!
Ils ont jamais changé les serviettes quand on est allé en chercher ils nos on donné des serviettes déchiré comme pour faire le ménage pas vider les poubelles on a du chercher pour trouver papier de toilette et clenex

Very good to stay in this property, my family enjoyed it
Overall good experience although expensive. Don't like it when they make you request linen service. Coffee pot didn"t work.
Staff were very helpful. Distance from the major attractions at Niagara-on-the-Lake a negative. Portions in restaurant were enormous.
Service is great. Friendly staff always. Clean rooms. Been here twice now and will keep returning!
Staff and facilities were excellent
Staff were very friendly, went out of their way to help! Dining room staff also extremely friendly! Overall there were no complaints!
Our dog loved it.
Was very impressed by the pet friendly hotel. Even had a large grassy area behind the hotel thats not in any of the pictures on there website. We received a doggy bag with treats from the hotel staff. Hotel was clean and staff was really nice. Made our stay very enjoyable.
Great stay! Thank you.
The property is fine. But if you want to visit Niagara on the lake is like 12 km. away. Not very convenient.
Provided a lot of intimate places indoor / out to just sit a read a book , have a drink or eat in a friendly atmosphere .
The room itself had no glassware or bottle opener. The hotel is in Ontario wine country. A deposit of $40 was required to borrow 4 wine glasses from the bar. Ridiculous.
Stayed here to attend tours of wineries and for close proximity to shopping outlets. Staff were phenomenal and the room was comfortable and clean.
Nice
Everything is good.
Ok hotel
Checkin was ok, restaurant was ok, bar was ok 20 km from downtown Niagara on the Lake
Nice hotel but it’s not near the lake
only stayed one night but it was a good stay. forgot the plug for my charger and the front staff found me one to use during my stay.very friendly staff no mater which staff I came across.
The staff were nice. The restaurant had good food and offered convenience. No problems with parking. And the location was perfect.
Quite a distance from the old town and no apparent shuttle service. Reception staff good. Limited menu, but clean and good facilities in room.
Very clean property and awesome meals! A little too quiet but that’s okay as we got to enjoy the garden without a crowd of people. Overall a great stay! Staff super friendly and accommodating.
This is a good location if you want to visit Niagara-on-the lake and the falls, but it’s away from the busy areas
the only problem was a plugged up sink otherwise everything was really good!
Everything was great!
We stayed one night and it was great. The room was super nice and very clean. Went down to the bar and had a drink at night, bartender was really nice and friendly. Before we left we also got breakfast in their restaurant which my partner and I were surprised at how good it was. We would definitely stay here again for a night.
Beautiful facilities! The property had additional places to eat, read and relax. Cleaning staff and welcoming administration were exceptionally pleasant! Loved the bathroom design in our suite!
Location, ease of accessibility, cleanliness, amenities
The staff was helpful, and the restaurant was great.
Excellent
..
Fast easy check in, nice and quiet with comfortable bed. Very good breakfast, though not free.
Guests should know they do not get housekeeping everyday.
The jacuzzi in our room was awesome. Waking and being able to have our morning coffee in there awesome.
i felt the hotel was super clean. Very good room with a marvelous bed and superb pillows! Will go back soon!
Nothing
Close to both Historic Downtown Niagra on the Lake
Very good
The toilets were miniature, very low. The lack of a handheld shower head made showering more difficult. The air conditioner made too much noise.
Good place to stay. 15 min drive to Niagara on the Lake
It was an amazing stay. The staff were very friendly , courteous, and very accommodating. Overall, a very clean, and efficient hotel, congrats on a job well done
Great location for QEW and going to Niagara on the lake wineries!

A Clean place.
We had good service and employees polite and welcoming
Great location, minutes away from the Falls
Quiet stay, nice restaurant, friendly staff. Enjoyed their outdoor space. Nice cozy pool. Near the outlets. Short drive to the falls and the Gretzky Estates.
Staff were attentive, professional and attentive. Decor was well appointed and attractive. Beds were comfortable with nice linens. Buffet breakfast was as anticipated. An altogether pleasant overnight stay.
Great Service
Two night solo stay. Really friendly service which started with the check-in team. Cosy bar area with good bartenders.
👍
Nice hotel. Breakfast staff could be a bit more friendly.
Excellent staff — responsive, friendly, helpful. Only disappointment was that pictures made it seem like there would be more outdoor lounging space. Other than that I would totally recommend. So clean and convenient and again great service.
Lovely!
Good spot prior to seeing a play the next day @ Shaw Festival.
Anniversary stay
Room was large and beds were extremely comfortable. If we needed anything at all, we called or stopped by the desk and action was taken immediately. Easy to control thermostat and water pressure in bathroom and shower were great.
Amazing hotel. Great service, great amenities, beautiful rooms.

We booked as a group and not all group members were put on the same floor. Very disappointing for them. Noise complaints were unjustified.
