What we liked about the property is that you can walk to the airport.

They treat me nice, good service.

Very convenient and comfortable if you have an early morning flight or late arrival as it is connected to terminal B and just minutes from terminal A. Kitchen and bar are also good and available great hours

Stay!

Excellent stay for a 16-hour layover. The staff was friendly, the beds were comfortable, and the sleep was good. I stayed with my partner and our 7-year-old as we traveled internationally. It is a 5-minute walk to terminal A and a 7/11 convenience store. The restaurant is fantastic; the food was perfect for our very picky kiddo and super good for us, too!

I liked that its a walking distance to the airport n the staff was really friendly.

El servicio del restaurante super malo.. mas de 1 hora para atendernos y solo había 2 mesas... claro que comensales que llegaron después que nosotros y a ellos les atendieron primero, y al llegar la cena, nos sirvieron algo que no habíamos solicitado... super mal.. iba con 2 niñas y nos la pasamos super mal.

The man that check me in was not very nice nor welcoming, he didn’t tell us anything about the hotel or it’s shuttles nor where anything was. The food was not very good either.

Property is right at the airport, super convenient when arriving into mty late at night. Feels safe and the surrounding area is busy all the time

Only problem is that they don’t offer shuttle to terminal C that is a little long away from other terminals that are closer to the hotel

Walking distance to the MTY airport terminals. Restaurant basic but food and service ok. Advice: if you want to sleep longer than 7:30AM make sure to put out a sign, because they knock at all the doors to check if someone is in there.

The hotel is a great option for an early flight.

Quiet rooms. Comfortable beds. Shuttle to airport terminal.

Walk-in shower drain was clogged causing flooding out the door before being noticed. Had to go to the desk four times and finally had to insist someone come with me to get the electronic hat to open. They kept giving me QR code vouchers to scan that didn’t work. Finally they contacted a service monitor who opened it remotely. Lost over an hour with this poor handling.

A quick walk from terminal 2. Very easy to access. As others have said, it might be right on the airport, but we never heard a plane. Very nice motel.

Dirty place

The toilet seat was completely dirty, it had hair and stains on it. It just makes you wonder how seriously they take all cleaning and disinfection at all the other areas of the facility

The hotel is in very good condition and it's extremely well located in the premises of the airport, a very short walk to the two main terminals (A and B) and a bit longer to the third one (C).

For the hotel to be a Hilton the room had poor and very washed up old towels. The bed was a King size and didn’t fit the box spring. The fitted sheet that was on the bed did not fit. We had to keep fixing/pulling the sheet down because it kept coming off the mattress. Breakfast was also not included. About $20 per person for breakfast. Again for this property to be high in price expensive that does not look right for the hotel.

Thankful in MTY

My flight came in waaayy past check in time. I called, they made a note, and even made sure to pick me up from my terminal since it was past midnight. The breakfast is also amazing.

I really liked the convenience of being able to walk from the airport to the hotel. I had a connection flight needing an overnight stay, so this worked our perfectly for me.

Overall the stay was great and convenient as the next morning I had to be at the airport. The service was great and the rooms were very clean and nice. My favorite thing was the shower as it was spacious and comfortable.

I have been calling the reception to send me a copy of the my receipt for the reimbursement of the cost to my company. Somebody answered me once but suddenly the line was cut and then nobody answered me even after several attempts. I dont know if they intentionally dont answer my call or they are just busy as hell.

Hotel failed to communicate

Never got to experience the hotel as our last flight was missed. However, I did get to experience a total lack of communication in the weeks before where they failed to answer emails and enquiries via their website. I had to resort to my family phoning them in country. The confirmation email says check in closes at midnight, but on the phone they say 24hr reception. Which would be expected for an airport hotel.

Great hotel and a great location. Literally right next to the international terminal. If you want a stress free airport trip, this is the proper hotel!

Checkin at 10:30pm took for ever, almost 30mns. Long line and only one (very nice and efficient) person behind the front desk.No food available. Room was clean enough, a/c did not seem to work well, even though we lowered the temperature, we still were hot all night. This is an airport hotel si I guess most of the clients only stay for a few hours to catch an early flight, which is very convenient since both terminals are walking distance.
