Номер люкс на самом верхнем этаже. Хорошее: трансфер, местоположение(5 минут до аэропорта), завтрак(добротный), рецепция всегда отличная. Бутылочка воды была к месту. Не понравилось: грязный вентилятор в ванной на уровне глаз, пакетики с гелем для душа (разорви мокрыми руками), в ящике тумбочки лежала упаковка от плавленного сырка(кто ест сыр и бросает обертку в ящик?! Потом ее не нашли). И ещё в номере постоянный шум-шелест: я сначала думал, гигантская бабочка залетела и бьется крыльями, потом думал, тараканы где-то по пластиковому плинтусу стучат, но думаю, это обойный клей отклеивается. Отель выглядит все более и более старомодным.

The hotel is clean, the staff is polite, breakfasts are beyond praise: and fruits in a large assortment, and pastries, champagne is very necessary, especially on vacation!

I have nothing negative to say about this property. The staff was friendly. It was kept very clean. Overall a great experience.

Best choice in Krasnodar, but...

This is a nice hotel, but it is really overpriced and the wifi was terrible.

Good hotel that could be great

Breakfast staff were unprepared for large group, food and serving spoons were not out at opening. A glass was loudly broke in the serving area. I caught a man as he tripped over one large shard. I went to find someone to clean up. No one cared. I went to the front desk and they cared. We asked for omelette and no staff would acknowledge us, not even that they heard us. We received a nice upgrade in our room for being regular guests. So nice. But the drapes simply would not close. The devil is in the details.

We stayed one night as we passed through. Very nice hotel, definitely the nicest in Krasnodar. However it is over priced. Even Moscow is significantly less expensive.

Overpriced

This is the only western hotel in Krasnodar and as a result of no direct competition it is overpriced. I mean overpriced compared to other hotels in the city which although they do do not match the quality, are a fraction of the price. Also overpriced compared to hotels in Moscow where there is competition amongs other western brands.

City Center Adventure

Hotel is located in center of city. There are parks, nice restaurants and even larger shopping center and theater. Large shopping mall only 20 minute brisk walk from hotel.

Spotless experience. Certainly the best in town.

Not as helpful as I expected.

We booked 2 nights, but our business was delayed and needed an additional night. We called from across town to extend, but were told that we could not get the same rate unless we booked online. Unfortunately we were in a location without internet service. We explained, but they were insistent. Eventually we return to hotel and got the same story. We sat in the lobby, went online and booked at the lower rate. Then waited for the reservation to come through to the front desk and checked in. This was ridiculous and turned an otherwise pleasant stay into a poor memory. We asked three times to speak to the manager about this, but never did receive so much as a phone call. Definitely not the level of service I expect form a Hilton.

Diamond in the rough - management needs work!

My biz visa required federal registration within 3 biz days. I had my first 3 days and 2 nights booked here and the front desk said they did not do registration unless you were booked for a week. The room is standard size and there are no drawers anywhere, just cubby holes. The furniture, the bed, the furnishings were not comfortable for a Raddison Hotel. The bathroom water was luke warm and never got hot. I was disappointed and even though I pre-paid I left after the first night. I paid a document office to prepare my registration paperwork and filed it myself with the authorities. Overall this is the first hotel I've been disappointed with in my two trips to Russia. It's not a bad hotel, just not up to my expectation of a 3 or 4 star hotel.

Be careful which room you get.

This is definitely the best hotel in Krasnodar. Frankly a bit over priced, since we stayed the night before in a similar hotel in Moscow for significantly less money. Great breakfast! Our party had two rooms. One room on the back side of the hotel was comfortable and quiet. The other room was on the front side of the hotel and there was significant street noise - especially around midnight (street racing).

The hotel is close to most amenities and it's very new. Rooms are excellent and very clean. Only it doesn't has a gym which would have been nice.

VERY GOOD HOTEL

This is a fine hotel in every sense of the word. I was surprised to find such a gem in a market the size of Krasnodar. The room was spacious, air-conditioned (which is necessary in Krasnodar in the summer), and modern. The staff spoke good English (relatively-speaking) and was very attentive. The hotel is located in one of the best parts of the city. Restaurant and bar service was good and professional. This hotel was the surprise of my entire trip.

Great location - great amenities although those that think there is a pool will be disappointed! We never found it! Other than that we had a very enjoyable stay and walking disctance to most attractions. Pay for breakfast it is well worth it!

Excellent as usual!

This is the place to stay when in Krasnodar. Great staff, helpful, available and English speaking. Free underground parking. Room was clean and modern, but a bit warm - a staff member came and opened up the patio door for me to get fresh air. Near lots of good restaurants, and on the weekend Krasnaya Street (on which hotel is located) is closed to traffic, so enjoy the stroll.

Great business hotel

The hotel appears to be relatively new. It has a number of local shops and resturants so is well placed. I had a great stay the only negative I could say is some of the staff struggled with English but when this happened their was always someone else that could help in the staff so it wasn't a challenge but on a few occasions delayed a request by a few minutes

Хороший отель, прямо в центре, на улице Красная, которая становится пешеходной в выходные. Очень хорошие завтраки, кофе зерновой, свежевыжатый сок. Вода/чай в номер без ограничений, всегда можно попросить дополнительно.

По работе приходится часто бывать в разных городах, если есть Хилтон то стараюсь останавливаться в них, сеть отелей очень хорошая (цена/качество/бюджет :))! И знаешь что тебя ждёт, но все равно Хилтон Хилтон у рознь и в сравнении с такими городами как Волгоград, Тюмень, Уфа, Кв раснодаре может смело спорить с Тюменским, а тот кв 2018 признан лучшим в сети Европы.

일단 주변 사람들이 상당히 친절했던게 인상적이네요. 크라스노다르 공항에서는 차로 20분정도 갔던 기억인데, 방은 청결하고 직원도 영어도 잘해서 만족했던 기억입니다.

Очень приятно удивлена: новый, чистый отель. Очень удобные номера. Просторный номер, большая удобная кровать и подушки ( но с подушками это у каждого конечно своя индивид. история). Огромная душевая кабина. Все чисто и очень опрятно.Интернет работает стабильно. Из небольших и не очень напрягающих минусов: действительно не хватает полочки в ванной - свои принадлежности ставить абсолютно некуда, все двери захлопываются очень шумно - напрягаешь соседей и напрягаешься сам, когда слышишь соседей. Завтрак не особо разнообразный, если останавливаться надолго, то может надоесть. Но номер можно взять без завтрака и ходить в какое-нибудь кафе рядышком. Но в целом осталась очень довольна проживанием, сервисом, чистотой и расположением!

Good service and close to everything!

Very good service and the personal was very helpful! The temperature in the room was kinda high due to the AC is turned of at winter. And then bed was not good for you're back, not if you stay a long time. Besides that it was a really good experience.

Отличный отель в центре города. В ванной комнате хороший туалетный набор. Отзывчивое и профессиональное обслуживание, быстро и качественно погладили одежду. Хорошие разнообразные завтраки, готовят под заказа яичные блюда. В отеле иногда проводят шумные праздники, при заезде попали на детский утренник, а вечером была свадьба, что для путешественников ищущих тишины будет помехой. В шаговой доступности один из лучших ресторанов Краснодара "The Печь".
