Good stare, the reception Manager EREN was great her, she took care of every thing.

Air con broken in our room - staff tried to fob us off by saying it was just that the wrong temperature was showing on the screen. Tap in bathroom didn’t work properly. ‘Free dinner’ was derisory.

Nice hotel

Nice hotel. Large room. Easy parking.

Convenient location. Friendly staff. Good breakfast but like most other places they use the powder orange mix instead of real fresh orange juice. The room was quiet. The bed mattress was not very comfortable and the pillows were huge and hard. I will still return again

What’s not to like at the Hilton Garden Inn Corlu. From security, to the front desk staff, breakfast and housekeeping staff everyone was so friendly! I would especially like to thank the front desk team Yagiz, Burak, Ahmet, and the young man with the braces(I didn’t get his name) for being especially sincere, understanding and helpful. Those gentlemen working at the front desk have a great understanding of customer service and are a great asset to the hotel! Saime from housekeeping was such a delight! Always greeted us with a warm smile and always asked if we needed anything and the room was spotlessly clean! Breakfast was delicious and had many varieties and the gentleman servers were very nice and never had a “mean face”.Thank you for your warm Turkish Hospitality!

Super friendlly, knowledgeable and very helpful front desk staff Yagiz, Burak, Ahmet and the young gentleman with braces that I didn’t get his name. From housekeeping Saime is a true gem and should be recognized for outstanding customer service! Saime, Yagiz,Burak,Ahmet and the gentleman at the front desk with the braces always greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel welcome at the Hotel as well as the food and beverage manager and 2 gentlemen breakfast servers. Thanks for the warm Turkish hospitality!

One of the customer service personnel was amazing. His name was Baris Deger and he knew his work. Also Zeynep and Buket were helpful and easy to approach.

All was very fine! Staff was very nice, very active, and friendly!

The air conditioning in the room did not work well, it was either too hot or too cold. No sewing kit, no shoe polish, no emergency rope in the bathroom. As a whole it is a comfortable place though.

Overall good

Rooms are great. I booked two kings and very modern and spacious. Gym was a bit disappointing but i would certainly stay they again.

Have to commend the Front Desk Representatives and the Front Office Manager Mr.Armagan with exceptional customer service and warm hospitality.

Everything was perfect

Hilton Garden Inn Corlu was a great place to stay. Can’t say enough good things about the employees here. Everyone was super friendly. Upon arrival, the most hospitable and knowledgeable front desk staff (Kubra) greeted us with a warm smile and checked us in quickly, Mr. Armagan ( the front office manager) accomodated our request for a room move in a most courteous and quick way. The rooms were exceptionally clean, large and comfortable. This is the only Hotel I will be staying at when traveling to Corlu and highly recommend this Hotel due to the exceptional staff, cleanliness of the rooms, delicious buffet breakfast, and once again, The Staff!! Thanks for a great stay Hilton Garden Inn Corlu.

The stay within the hotel is amazing although I was there for one night. The cleanliness, breakfast spread and the service level is really very nice. It is definitely value for money.

Hilton Garden Inn quality in Corlu

Corlu is business district where many factories, plants are located around. HGI Corlu might be the best option in Corlu for accomodation. It has highly comfy bed&pillows, delicious breakfast, and it is clean at all times. There are restaurants around even in walking distance, or you may prefer to eat at hotel restaurant. Besides, there is a nice pub, North Shields, at ground level for having some beer etc.

A good hotel that this time disappointed

I have stayed in this hotel several times. All the time I was very pleased. This time the tap in the shower was broken and there was no water pressure at all. Although I asked twice to check and fix. And even I was promised that it would be fix. No one made sure it was handled and corrected. Needless to say, I did not enjoy staying at the hotel this time. In a hotel that ensures that the satisfaction of the guests is at the top of his eyes it must not happen

Overall it was a wonderful experience, the staff and the amenities were flawless. Place is great for both business purposes and for weekend getaways.

Dss Hotel ist sehr gut. Leider etwas laut da auf beiden Hotelseitem schnellstrassen vorbeiführen. In der Umgebung kann man nichts machen da es in einem Industrieviertel liegt.

Konaklama Deneyimim Oldukça iyi

Deneyimim oldukça olumluydu. Çok temiz bir oda ve oldukça sessiz. İhtiyaç duyduğum saç kurutma makinesi, ütü ve masası olması çok iyiydi. Sadece odanın kliması düzgün çalışmadığı için gece epey sıcak oldu.

Müsaitlik olduğundan odayı ücretsiz upgrade yaptılar bunun için teşekkürler.Personel çok yardımcı otel düzenli ve temiz konumunda merkeze çok yakın kahvaltısında zengin sorunsuz bir konaklama oldu.

Oda temiz ve konforluydu. Giriş çok rahat kayıt çok hızlıydı, güleryüzle bir görevli vardı. Ancak restaurant tarafında çalışanlar ya çok yoğunlar ya işi bilmiyorlardı. Bağırarak çağırmak zorunda kaldık. Yanımıza gelmeden buyurun ne istediniz diye aynı şekilde cevap verdiler. Zorunlu olmadıkça tercih etmeyeceğim.

In großen und ganzen sehr gut. Bis auf das angebliche Queen size Bett was mit Queen size Nichts zu tun hat.

More comfortable Hotel, very adeguate for working trip. Only issue regarding the payment of breakfast that was included in the reservation but during check-out receptionist want to be payed anyway. This trouble was solved after 1 day thnks to Hotel.com assistance.

To be improved significantly

This hotel is not bad in general. The staff is nice but necessary to improve the communication level in English at the evening/night shift. My room was at 3rd floor but unfortunately air conditioning was not working and obliged me to open the window on the main street for some air. Wifi connection was too poor and definitely not possible to connect a laptop or even a mobile phone. Good breackfast, but restaurant and bar close too early in the evnening (at 10 was not possible to eat anything at all). Maintenance in the room to be improved. All in all good for one night but service is inadequate for the price and level offered.

İki kişilik Konaklama Olduğu Halde Oda 'da Yüz Havlusu Tekti Yatak Çarşaflarında ve Banyoda Kıl var'dı iş dolayısı ile temiz bir yatak sadece 4 saatlik bir uyku için iyi bir duş ve iyi bir kahvaltı beklentisi içindeydim. Kahvaltı salonu buz gibiydi montla oturmak zorundaydık kahvaltılıklar kaliteli ama az ve yetersizdi. Şeker sorduğumda servis çatal bıcak paketinde olduğu söylendi ikinci çayı içmeyin gibi bir algı oluşmasına neden oldu. İyi bir deneyim olmadı benim için.

Gut, um mal eine Nacht zu verbringen. Das Hotel ist nicht mehr ganz neu. Die Dusche war an den Schiebetüren verschimmelt. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Keine Hotelslipper vorhanden. Personal ist bemüht. Das Abendessen war ganz gut, aber etwas überteuert. Frühstück wurde serviert und war ok. In unserem Urlaub waren wir im diesem Hilton, im Hilton in Mersin und im Hampton by Hilton in Bolu. Letzteres war mit großem Abstand am besten.

Oda güzel ve genişti fakat çekyatın arasını temizlememişsiniz, kartım aralıktan düşünce almak için koltuğun arasında elimi sokmak durumunda kaldım ve bir önceki misafirlerim yediği cips ve kuruyemişler duruyordu çok mide bulandırıcıydı

Oda son derece konforluydu. Çok beğendim. Tüm personel de çok ilgiliydi. Yolum Çorluya düştüğünde başka bir yerde kalmam artık.

Gayet olumlu, temiz Hilton kalitesi her zaman ki gibi. Yaşadığımız tek sorun, konakladığımız 2 gün boyunca sabah kahvaltımız dahil olmasına rağmen, kahvaltı salonunda ki arkadaşların kahvaltınız odanıza dahil değil uyarıları oldu. Geriye kalan her şey nezihti.
