Front desk night staff was very friendly I called the hotel to request the shuttle and they arrived in less thn 10 minutes. The room was very clean. Finding the phone number for the hotel wasn't easy however the reservation staff were able to connect me

We stay here several times a year. The pool and hot tub always work, and being open from 6am-11pm mgives a lot of opportunity to enjoy them.

Lots of chlorine in the hot tub overdid it, but I understand why, but it was a great night sleep

Not as expected

Bugs coming out of bathroom sink, previous guests’ chapstick under bed, i killed about fibe bug and left them in the sink…after “cleaning” they were still there. Housekeeping didn’t leave new towels and one day didn’t even make the bed. Trash was emptied and room called clean. I complained about the bugs and someone knocked on our door to check it out at 11pm. I asked that they come back in the morning and they never did. I stressed the issues upon checkout and was told the manager would be informed and would most likely contact me. No call or email. For what I paid for a Hilton I would have been better off going to a less reputable hotel.

I loved how I walked in & it smelled so fresh & clean. Very neat & it has a soothing quiet atmosphere! Pool is beautiful. This hotel has everything I need. Im very happy. I love this place!

I would like to start by saying that every single staff member we encountered during our stay was lovely and very helpful. We booked this stay overnight to travel early morning from the airport. The shuttle service was convenient and on time both there and returning. The pool was fun for the kids and clean. I gave this hotel a 2 star overall review because the room was filthy. I understand some renovations are happening and can certainly understand outdated rooms but this room was not clean. The carpet is stained and filthy, the towels were stained yellow in places, the chair has stains all over it and the walls had so much dust that I could see it. Honestly just gross.

Very convenient for airport. Had some construction going on. They did well keeping the construction from interfering with my stay. Food was very good from restaurant. Staff was friendly. I would stay there again.

Hotel is doing some renovations but it gives you a very pleasant stay. I enjoy the central location across the street from the airport and close to I-90. Breakfast is not free but it is freshly made to order and very good.

There is a lot to like about this property, but it does need an upgrade. No free breakfast but "made to order" is pretty good. Pool is terrific. Don't like that you are treated differently if you don't reserve direct. Should not allow reservations to be made on "outside services" such as Orbitz. Don't give room availability to outside services if not treated equally to direct reservations

Rooms were small, but expected as it’s right bang in the middle of Manhatten

Sunny was so sweet. My flight arrived early and the crew had a room ready, so she allowed me to check in and get some rest! It was much appreciated considering I had an extremely early start! Quiet establishment, helpful staff. Just THANK YOU to everyone at Hilton Garden Inn Airport- Niagra!

Not a good place to stay…

Very overpriced/ over rated for what it was! Flat uncomfortable pillows, hair on bed sheets upon arrival, pizza from hotel restaurant and pepperoni was burnt to crisp, I asked for discount on it, got 15% off a 20 4 slice pizza that was disgusting. Pop was also watered down. Breakfast was not worth the price either, save your $ and go to Bob Evan’s or Cracker Barrel. Pool area was a joke! Loud unattended kids running all over and splashing.

Ideal spot adjacent to Buffalo - Niagara airport. Clean and very quiet despite continuous air traffic across the street. Literally a 5-minute drive to rental car turn-in. Free coffee in the lobby around the clock. Two-minute walk to McDonald's next door.

Great place to stay. Very spacious room. Only issues: 1)Sink in bathroom goes down VERY slow. Gross enough @ home but super gross in a hotel 2)Signed up for AM shuttle to airport. Got to the lobby @ assigned time & I WASNT on the list. Able to get on...but very disappointed when I wasn't on the list when the guy @ the desk said "you're all set- you're on the list" the day before.

I liked the hotel shuttle from airport and back. Both ladies who drove the shuttle were on time and safe drivers. Check in and check out was a breeze. Room was very quite and clean. Great place to stay and daughter liked having McDonalds in walking distance.

I just needed a place to crash after my late flight arrival.

The desk staff rearranged the rooms so our group would be together and offered transportation accommodation to make the early morning trip to the airport quick and easy. The hotel was clean and comfortable and quiet. The restaurant staff were very helpful and accommodating.

This was an experience, first the a/c was broken in one of the rooms. Maintenance tried to fix it but couldn't so the room stayed 75 degrees. Secondly they charge for breakfast $15 and it wasn't any good and you have to tip because there is a waiter bringing you drinks. I will not be staying here again, love the hilton brand but not this one.

Easy access to the hotel with professional and helpful staff. Luxurious room for same price as lesser hotels nearby. Great restaurant when road weary.

First of all, my wife and I couldn’t properly take a shower b/c the shower head could not be adjusted. The water was coming out of the shower head as if it was a power washer. Secondly, the hotel sent my receipt to the wrong person.

Staff was amazing. Upon arrival was very helpful. We had a great room location. The pool was open and very clean. The gym was open and very clean. Our room was cleaned overall a wonderful and great experience.

It's clean, quiet and right across from the airport. I don't have to worry about being late. Didn't like the bathroom with no tub in my room. Maybe they gave me a handicapped room with wheelchair access, other than that everything was superb.

The stay was ok. The problem was in the swimming pool when a group of about 15 to 20 kids were acting out making it uncomfortably for several other familys trying to enjoy the water. Staff came in but said nothing. They were throwing football, almost hitting other people's kids. They were loud and doing flips very rude. Other than that it was fine

The hotel is really outdated. When you enter your room it smells like cigarette smoke and mildewy. The carpet smelled like it was wet and it didnot dry properly. Laying down the pillows were damp and smelled mildewy as well. I would not recommend this place. The staff however was very friendly and nice. I did not enjoy my stay.

Location of Inn was very convenient, across from the airport. They have an airport shuttle too. We have a rental car so we didn’t use the shuttle. We ate at the restaurant the evening we checked in. Food was good. Room was clean with a comfortable king size bed.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. My one concern is safety of hotel/area. We found a questionable item behind the picture hung over the toilet. My husband removed it before I could alert the front desk staff and hotel security. There were police in the lobby several times during our stay. Just makes me question the safety of the area.

Great value stay in Buffalo. Our room was clean and comfortable. We had fun in the pool even though it was a popular place to be, so a little crowded in the evening. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again if we were in the area.

For $200.00 US and a hotel with Hilton in its name one would think you could expect unsoiled furniture and taps that don’t leak and a tub drain that works.

Staff was amazing! Hotel was nice & clean. There was a comfortable smoking area which was nice as most hotels are smoke free properties. We stayed during the total eclipse & they had fun stuff for the kids along with decorations. The airport is right across the street which is nice for convenience. We could see airplanes taking off from our room window but couldn't hear them!

So it was really hard to use it to get In&Out. It's poorly placed and I felt it was a safety issue. I have some balance issues Due to nerve damage in my back and leg

I am what people would consider a "germ freak". With that said, I travel often and the problem for me is usually finding a clean, quality hotel. They usually fall below my standards, but the "Hilton Garden Inn Buffalo Airport" was exceptional. Carpeting was clean and looked brand new, the air in the building was fresh, without any musty-cigarette smoke smell that's common in hotels, and the pool, gym, and hot tub areas were clean and perfect. I'm so used to bad experiences that staying here was literally a breath of fresh air. They were pet friendly, and to show their appreciation, my 2 small dogs left no accidents anywhere within the room or building. There was one minor issue - a maid put a sheet with a wine stain on the bed. This was resolved. The lobby was nice and had a bar, which I never used, but it was still a nice addition. Staying here felt like I was staying at a resort, compared to my past experiences with other hotels (including those also run by Hilton). I traveled here from New Jersey for the solar eclipse in April 2024 and I highly recommend to travelers who are staying in the Buffalo area.
