Everything was perfect! Will be staying there again!!
I expected better.
The room was clean however we were not left any shampoo or tissues. We also were only left a partial roll of toilet paper that was quickly used up. When we called to request more toilet paper it took aver an hour and they brought one roll up. We had to call twice to make sure they didn’t forget to tell housekeeping we need TP.
VERY GOOD LOCATION
Restroom try to check into was dirty no soap in the bathroom never clean the room except for one day in a four day stay
Check in was easy. Great valet. Great front desk people.
Tried watching in my room at night and it would lag and freeze and then on numerous occasions it would just go black and a banner would come on saying channel is off air. Paying that much for a room I would expect the tv to work at night when I’m trying to watch it.
Great
Super friendly staff - good food from the bar and all the Valet guys were nice!! It did take almost 20 mins to get the car when we left???
Overall good stay…only issue was the sporadic live television service…was not remedied prior to our departure.
Overall great stay.
The friendly staff were genuinely concerned in us having the best experience. It was so nice to be able to have help with any of our needs. It was a short walk to the Capital and other museums.
The main issue I had was that the tvs in the room had terrible reception. And it was not just our room but all the people that stayed in the hotel. We were trying to watch the playoffs and the tv kept going black repeatly.
Hotel.
Hotel was nice. Parking was a big issue. We were trying to watch a football game on the TV but the signal kept going out and buffering so that was annoying.
Tv service was horrible. Constantly glitchy. Couldn’t watch a football game without constant pauses. Asked staff to fix it… no luck.
Clean
Great staff in a convenient location. Lobby bar was a hit.
The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Good location. Good food and great bar drinks!
Thank you so much for making our trip enjoyable! Happy New years!
Checked in super super late didn’t realize it was gonna cost $50 to valet. Otherwise I never would’ve stayed here. I came to perform down the street at another hotel also was really looking forward to a hot shower. There was no water pressure and the water wasn’t hot at all.
Great place
Good easy stay
Staff was great, rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.
Walking distance to UT campus and Moody Center
We wanted somewhere walking distance to the Moody Center and this was fine, about a 15-20 minute walk. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was surprisingly good for the price, with big tacos for like $5.
Perfect Stay. Clean and quiet
Lousy value for the money!
Stay here because you want to be close to UT, not because it is a great hotel! Valet was horrible--broken link to request your car, incompetent staff. My room was dirty upon arrival and housekeeping did not show up for 30 hours, posted times for rooftop bar to be open were wrong, so the rooftop was not a place to bring my friends. A bad value for my stay. Very disappointing!
The staff was wonderful - great location and the restaurant was surprisingly tasty!
Very clean
Great place to stay near University. The surrounding area can be noisy due to Construction but that is pretty much the case in most areas in and near downtown. We tend to stay at this location because it’s clean and well taken care of.
Everything was fine but I take issue with what they call a capitol view room. We paid extra for that view but from our room (1313) you could only see the capitol if you stood within a foot of the window and looked as far to the right as you could. What you mainly saw was the top of a parking structure. It appears that the rooms with a tower view are way better.
Pricey Valet Service
Nice hotel but valet cost $49
It was nice.
Good location to downtown events, close to UT, food options were decent.
Staff was very friendly. Room was very clean and quiet. The food in the hotel was very good.

Great experience
Great parking
17th floor patio is great
The room was tiny and there was a noise from the refrigerator or some other room infrastructure that woke me up about 3am and I could never get back to sleep.

Urban hotel environment. Overall a great experience.
My room happened to be next to an alley where they keep the trash cans and all 3 nights I stayed there. I was abruptly awaken in the very early morning hours between 3:30 AM and 5:30 AM. With dumpsters, banging the trash cans very loudly. Also I did not realize that you could not call room service during breakfast, so the phone just keeps ringing. Nobody answers. I called the front desk and the gentleman down. There sounded very confused like he didn't know what to tell me. Anne was strongly encouraging me to go to the 2nd floor. And grab the complimentary coffee from there. I noticed when I got there. The server or waiter, who works. There seemed very annoyed that I was taking coffee and also annoyed with any guests that we're asking if it is only buffet if they could order from the menu. And he was saying that everyone gets the buffet. My second morning there, my cousin came and we went to the same floor to get coffee. But this time, the gentleman said that we were not supposed to get coffee from there that we had to go to the 1st floor to get the complimentary coffee and then I said, okay. Well, maybe we will dine here after all. And when I asked him for decaf coffee for my cousin, he seemed extremely annoyed and said that he no longer had decaf coffee because he would have to go to another floor to get it.So we got up and left and went to the first floor and got the coffee there. I was also told by another gentleman that was working in the evening. The front desk th
Outside of not crediting a incorrect breakfast charge, the stay was top notch!!! Would stay again
Nice hotel. Clean, safe, convenient location. Great staff.
Hotel staff was awesome. Marion went above and beyond helping us out with something we needed. Beds sooo comfortable!
Very nice stay for my work trip. Clean. Comfy. Personable.
Valet is very expensive. The parking garage is about 1.5 blocks away but it locks up on the weekend so you have to call and get buzzed in, not a huge deal if you know. Staff at this hotel is great. Make sure to stop into Arturos across the street and get lunch, great sandwiches..!
Nice hotel. It was a little loud - construction was outside in the middle of the night. Nice dining options within walking distance.
I liked the valet parking when we arrived and the very helpful staff. My room had a shower that was made for a wheelchair and put water all over the floor. The coffee maker that was on a shelf, that would not allow you to put water in the top - so no coffee!
Hotel was very nice. Service was incredible. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The food was delicious and the room was spacious and very clean. My only issue is with the cost of valet parking. No other options. However, that is the norm for Austin.

Very clean and convenient. We had a pleasant stay. Will definitely be back
Outstanding customer service by valet and front desk. Room was clean, spacious, and quiet
I enjoyed the stay! 10/10 would recommend. My only tiniest issue I had was that you had to pay for the coffee downstairs. With all you pay for in the cost of the room and parking (valet), you’d at least think they’d give you the coffee for free. Overall, an enjoyable and relaxing experience.
I would like to thank Chris and Netta for their exceptional service and warm welcome. They looked after my stay, saying they just want me to feel happy during my almost 10 days stay. I shouldn't forget Fay and her smile in welcoming me when I first arrived. Chris appreciate the talk on my last day. The food menu was really nice and we enjoyed many dishes and all were very delicious. I did not have a car so no valet parking. However, the bus stop at the door step. There are many cafes, Mary's hairdresser, take away all in a walkable distance as well as many other museums, parks and Texas State Capitol nearby. Thank you all and thank you Hilton :)
Nice, clean and comfortable hotel.
I didn’t like the valet parking. I was in town with someone in a wheelchair and they were not helpful when trying to retrieve my car.
We wanted some place near UT since we were moving our daughter into her dorm room. It was great for that. Our favorite part of the stay was the fabulous cocktails at the bar- 10 out of 10!
X
Great price, very clean and very good and friendly staff. The only complain is the price for parking.
No water pressure, no conditioner in room, coffee make didn't work and lights turn off. Worse part was the no water pressure and no cold water. Manager was very nice and did give us some freebies. Tara was not emphatic to our situation.
Great place!
Love it. Always polite and helpful.
The Hotel has excellent location close to UT Campus. Across the hotel you have a place for Breakfast = Arturo's and in the right side you have a Japan Food Restaurant.
The staff was some of the genuinely friendliest people that have ever greeted us at a hotel.
Great hotel close to UT campus. We did not get a chance to enjoy the bar and dining options but the menu looked great and the bar area was a great vibe. Room incredibly clean and comfortable. Valet parking is expensive but the most convenient option. There is a parking garage a couple blocks away but it is $30 a night and just not as convenient. We will definitely stay here again.
The parking is horrible, There is no place to park and HAVE to have Valet parking fort $50 a day. I had my dirty clothes thrown away by the cleaning staff and when I confronted the General Manager he said they had given us a credit of $100 for the Valet parking and asked "So, what else do you want?" in a sarcastic voice. I'm never staying at this place ever again. So, if you have dirty clothes in a dirty clothes bag, be careful because it might get thrown away
Good location. Walk to UT or W. Campus or Bob Bullock. Food good. Rooms nice. Service polite. Only valet parking FYI
Great please to stay close to the capital and state buildings. I highly recommend this hotel.
I was standing behind a gentleman to check-in. When the gentleman stepped aside, I was waiting for the front desk to let me know she was ready for me. A guest came from elevators and walked right up to the desk and started speaking Spanish to the lady at front desk. She continued to speak to the guest in Spanish for about 5 minutes. I had to walk up to the desk and tell them both I was waiting in line to check in. She said, "He was just asking a question." It was extremely inconsiderate for her to allow this man to cut in front of me and have a conversation when she was fully aware I was next in line.
I like the valet parking
Staff was amazing! Great location.
The property tall and small has a lot. we stayed the 16th floor not a good view but ok. parking is a major expense here but across the street its the same price to park. Hilton you get valet service which is nicer. no breakfast included but full bar til midnight.
Great hotel near Campus & Moody Center
It was our first time staying at this property. When we arrived, we were greeted by the valet staff, all of whom were very friendly and professional. Tara at the front desk was equally amazing. The bartenders were super attentive and made our stay perfect! The property is very clean and well maintained. I saw someone cleaning something everywhere we went! I will absoltely stay here again.
Nice rooms. Pleasant staff
Need to add at least $50 to your bill for parking. No parking, forced to ballet for $50 plus tip
I liked the rooftop, it's nice peaceful and serene. My only gripe was that cleaning staff didn't refill conditioner in shower. I stayed two nights and no conditioner.
We were in town for a concert, the hotel was within walking distance to the venue and restaurant options.
No on site parking.
Only thing is there is no on site parking unless you do their valet. I parked in parking garage about a block away. Unfortunately for less than 24 hours it was 38 dollars.. other than that it was perfect for my stay.
Staff was great, but the walls in this hotel are very thin You can hear everything from the rooms next to you. I would not recommend staying here if you want to sleep. I was going to stay 2 nights, but only stayed 1. Told the front desk person that I was checking out early due to the noise, who wasn't concerned. Does it for me - will never stay or spend $ with any Hilton Hotels. But despite this one staff member, all the others were great and suggested great restaurants around.
The area is very nice and walkable
Very clean Hotel and room. Hotel was located conveniently near our destination location. Staff was friendly.
Hotel was very nice and clean. Rooms are very modern and staff was super friendly.
Great hotel just parking was expensive
The staff was amazing. The hotel itself was clean and quiet.
Great
Hotel was great. Loved the shower. Not alot of walkable restaurants.
Bums
Stayed here for a concert at the moody center, pretty easy and safe walk back home!
great experience, would book again!
Great
Nice hotle
The water in the sink and shower wasn't working well in my room—just a tiny trickle in both. I phoned the desk to see what they could do or if they could switch me to another room; they told me it would be fixed, and it never was. During checkout they told me they would email me a voucher or something to make up for my lack of a working shower (after I asked; they didn't offer upfront). I never heard anything from them. I understand that sometimes things happen to utilities that are beyond the staff's control, but I expected a hotel from this brand to handle it better. Disappointed.
So comfy
Thin walls, I could hear my neighbor open/closing the blinds and talking. The water pressure in the shower and sink were very weak, the hot water was lukewarm. Street parking is free on Sundays, there's a $20/day parking garage on Guadelupe that I used instead of the $49/day valet parking which is a small lot adjacent to the main entrance
room was extremely clean and well kept
Low shower water pressure. Found a few hairs in our shower. Everything else was good.
Good service
Nothing was unique about the property the dinner menu was not appealing
Love the location and convenience. Property was very nice, comfy and clean!
Clean and very quiet
Lovely rooms, safe area, nice staff

The roof top bartender was a delight! Gave amazing service!
