Just ok

The front desk staff was so nice and helpful. The breakfast cost extra and was probably the worst breakfast I have ever had a a hotel. The room was ok but the heat and ac did not work properly or was just severely slow to work. I tried to turn the temp down at night to 70 from 72 and it never would go down.

The hotel was nice and clean. We had some kids "ding dong ditching," but overall it was a good experience.

We stay here A LOT! Our son plays soccer so when we have to travel from Houston this is our Hotel of choice every time!! This time we stayed in a 2 bedroom suite, loved it! Sooo much space and the location is excellent with the Domain shopping and restaurants right across the street and the Soccer Stadium.

The most confusing thing about the Hilton Garden Inns in North Austin is that they are very close together but there is no differentiation in GPS and I had to drive from the incorrect one to the correct one at 10:00pm in a city that I am not familiar with. Both are listed as being in North Austin - perhaps they could have different location indications to make it easier to locate the correct one late in the evening. I was booked at the one close to the Dominion mall and it would have been easier to find if it had that location in the title.

The hotel is relatively new. It is very clean. Staff was professional, responsive, and helpful. Walking distance to the Domain. Reasonably priced. Will definitely stay again. Has a parking garage and parking is free. Also, there was a security guard in the parking garage.

The hotel is fine. The room was clean and staff-friendly. I just can't understand why comfortable beds are not a priority. We had a terrible night's sleep on that brick. Even the chair in the room was thin and hard. I would never try to sleep here again. This is why people buy RV’s!

We were blown away by the quality of the room. The size stuck out the most. Also the bathrooms were amazing and water pressure in the shower was great as well. Very comfortable and a great location right next to the soccer stadium. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Nice hotel just need to update menus

Hotel was new, clean, quiet and check-in was easy and the staff friendly. Only negative was the “call and collect” for food didn’t work. No one answered the extension and then the guest services number went right to a busy signal. When I went down to order, there was a bartender and someone at the front desk who were not attending to anyone else so I’m not sure if the phones just didn’t work. Then, I discovered the online menu was completely different than the food available. The bartender was friendly and I ordered a different drink than I had planned to and ordered GrubHub due to the hotel menu being better limited.

Everything was nice except for the stair situation

I was not thrilled when i found out the obstacles i had to go through just to take the stairs up to my second floor room. I dont like elevators so i always request a lower level and i was not thrilled how long it took me to get to the lobby. I might not pick this hotel just for that.
