Excellent Stay

We had a wonderful stay. The manager was so helpful. The front seat friendly. The beds are comfortable and the room quiet.

Excellent service throughout our stay. Beautiful property. Our room was very clean and comfortable.

I went to check-in only to find out that even though I had a reservation, they didn’t have a room for me. I was walked over to the adjacent property to stay there with no change in rate. They offered free parking but I don’t have a vehicle. They offered dinner, but I already had plans. It was disappointing. And then the other property they put me in was not st the same level. It was not what I expected. I stayed in the past and didn’t have this experience.

Staff was amazing from the valet, to the front desk, to the cleaning staff. Traveling with kids is hard and when front desk saw me arrive with family they offered a complimentary upgrade to a bigger room. They were very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. We made many trips to the mini store and cafe at the hotel lobby. Thank you Disneyland Hilton.

Friendly staff, excellent breakfast, and exceptionally clean. This is my new favorite hotel to stay at when visiting Disneyland.

Excellent Stay

So happy we stayed here! I've been wanting to reserve a room here since they opened and I'm extremely glad we did. This is a beautiful hotel and with its proximity to the parks, it really doesn't get any better than this. We stayed in a double queen room on the 5th floor and we were very pleased with the room. Thankfully we were at the end of the hallway so we didn't hear much noise (expect for the crying baby next door). The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and we really liked the mini "walk in" closet area. We had dinner at the restaurant down stairs and the food was actually really good. It's always a huge plus when a hotel actually has good food. We hung out at the bar the following night and the bartender gave us free ice cream since we were celebrating a birthday. All the staff members we met were very nice. Since we were visitng the parks, we loved how close the hotel was. From door to door, it was around 12 minutes. After a long day at the parks, it was nice to have a short walk back to the hotel. All in all, if you have the opportunity to stay here DO IT! You will not be disappointed.

We had two rooms, but ended up at the end of the hallway on 2nd floor with both rooms facing freeway. Omg. So noisy! Then both rooms we booked apparently had “Queen beds”. The front desk said they were standard queen size beds, but they were basically double beds. Very uncomfortable for taller people

Worth staying

Everyone was very welcoming. Connie and Carmelino especially went out of their way to offer extra things for our stay. We enjoyed the food and lounge as well as the hot tub. Clean and perfect for us!

Clean/close to Disney

Right around the corner from Disney entrance, so this was convenient. This hotel is close to the freeway so you can hear it while trying to sleep and it can be loud, this was our only complaint, aside from the pillows. The food in the restaurant and room service was good!

Traveled w 2 kids. Front desk staff was nice. Kept our luggage before check-in and after check-out. We were out the entire day returned around 11pm - room was not made up- pretty bummer. For room service, they charge delivery fee plus gratuity

It’s probably as far away as I’m willing to stay for a Disney trip, so I had kind of high expectations to make the walk worth it. Fortunately for us, I felt like it was definitely worth it! It’s tucked away from the main hotel strip so it’s more quiet and feels more safe, and there’s a ton of staff outside dealing with valet so it just felt really secure. The room was very nice and we enjoyed the amenities on site, such as the two restaurants (bfast and dinner) and the coffee shop/market. I worked from the hotel for one day and it was nice having quick and easy access to food. It is valet only with an expensive rate, but that is typical for the area. Overall super pleased and would probably stay again, as the walk wasn’t terrible and the hotel was great.

Loved staying and will definitely stay again. The location was perfect, valet took care of parking, the room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Easy access to restaurants and walking distance to Disney. Perfect stay!

Very clean rooms,modern interior and close walk to Disneyland. Disliked noisy freeway and called front desk twice for extra pillows never brought up.Had to go down to front desk next day to get extra pillows.

I had a fantastic room

Comfortable and clean. Only complaint would be having walking access thru neighboring properties in order to make the walk to Disneyland a little shorter.

Clean and convenient for our Disney trip

Property is clean. Rooms are spacious. Disneyland is walkable from this hotel. We encountered two reception employees that weren’t great and they made us feel like an inconvenience when asking for standard things on more than one occasion.

I love this hotel! The inside is nice, staff is friendly, and the walk to Disneyland is perfect and short! The only problem i had was Expedia did not tell me you have to be 21 to book so just a heads up to everyone!! Luckily they still let me check in and were very nice about it.

really impressed with the cleanliness and large rooms. The property is beautiful and the staff were always friendly. Walkable to disney at about a 10min walk to entrance. But more like a total of 15min walk to security. Overall my family really enjoyed our stay.

The property is in excellent condition

It was a great location and walkable to Disney. It also has an ART drop off that goes right from Disney to the front of the hotel. Very convenient. The food at the coffee shop and the restaurant was good. Would’ve been a great stay were it not for the fact that I found bed bugs after our first night there. We were moved immediately but that delayed our plans and also created a worry about bringing the bugs home with us. I got an email from the front desk manager who said she assured me there were no bed bugs (I saw 2 - was able to kill one. The GM then emailed me and said what they meant was that they didn’t see any, but treated the room anyways. That really ruined the comfort we had sleeping there the rest of the time we were there. Otherwise, would’ve been a great experience.

Great hotel with an easy walk to Disney!

Great room

This place over charged for parking and provided wrong info! They are scamming people for parking. Also, the restaurant charged to my room that I was not even there.

This is a great place, close to Disneyland and clean. However they gauge you for parking along other hidden fees. The staff and manager could care less, which is such a shame because it's a great place

Average experience

my stay here was very average experience. The amenities in the room were not acceptable to me. They gave me water cups instead of coffee cups for the coffee maker. The hand soap dispenser was unattached from the wall. I think it had fallen off. In all fairness, they gave me two complementary breakfast for these inconveniences, which I really appreciated. The hotel was responsive to these problems, but it was still disappointing. Given the cost of the room was very high.

I had an amazing stay! I traveled with my two boys for a trip to Disney and it exceeded my expectations. I did not have a car and it seems like most of the complaints have to do with parking so that didn't affect me. We walked to and from Disneyland and felt perfectly safe even walking back after midnight. The beds were EXTREMELY comfortable and the place seems brand new. My other favorite part was that they have a coffee bar and ready to go breakfast items for sale downstairs. It was perfect to grab something really quick to eat while walking to the park. Also, my GPS said it would take 15 minutes to walk to the park but it actually took more like 10. Which was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend staying here and would absolutely stay here again...without a car.

10-12 min walk to Disneyland

About a 10-12 min walk to disneyland! Loved how close it was! However, I wished they offered free breakfast like most hotels.. you had to pay $18! Not a bad price considering the prices around the area, but most hotels include that. Overall very happy with the walk to disneyland!!

Hotel is very clean and updated. Staff are very nice. Had an awesome time and will be back in the future.

Great Stay near Disneyland

Great stay! Pros: Staff was very nice and accommodating. Hotel was clean! 10-15 minute walk to Disney. Ice in hall and they had a place to fill water bottles. Beds were comfortable. Cons: pool/hot tub only open until 10pm. With walking Disney all day it would have been nice to come back and sit in hot tub for 15 minutes. Parenting was pricey I believe it was $35 per day which adds up. Lastly, no breakfast in the morning which with kids is a con as you pay a lot more each day to eat.

It's hard to believe there's such a family-friendly hotel just a 10-minute walk from Disney. Although it's paid, the buffet breakfast we enjoyed for three days, with a guest discount, was absolutely satisfying.

We stayed for 3 nights while visiting Disneyland. The hotel was a 10-minute walk from the park, with spacious and clean rooms. The paid breakfast buffet was of great quality, and the staff were incredibly friendly. This accommodation truly made our trip unforgettable!

I cant find a reason to speak bad about the hotel, it was beautiful and friendly staff.

The room service was nice for when you finished a day at Disney and wanted a late night snack/drink. The pool and hot tub are very nice and has plenty of areas to relax in the shade. The breakfast in the morning has so many options and was very nice.

I like the room where I stay it was big and accessible for handicap. It was nice the stuff that were very polite.

The valet workers were great. We were at Disneyland most of the day and when arriving back at the hotel near midnight we felt safe. The hotel is hidden and in a safe area definitely would stay again !

I liked the proximity to Disney. It's clean, everyone is nice, and the dining is great. We had an issue with a barn style door and it was rectified within minutes. Only compliant is the forced valet, but I do understand parking is at a premium.

Great continental breakfast!! Friendly staff, clean and the most important thing it is near to Disneyland. My family 3 kids and 2 adults walked from the hotel to Disneyland for 3 days and was easy

We did a split stay at the Hilton Anaheim garden inn and it was wonderful! Clean rooms, staff are very helpful and the location is great if you are looking for a property that is affordable and walking distance to the parks!

I hate that I cannot remember the young man’s name out at security that greeted us when we drove up. He greeted us with the warm smile, very personable, yet professional. The staff at the desk greeted us warmly. We were able to check in early and get to the D23 convention. My sister ate at the restaurant. She gave two thumbs up for her meal morning. Coffee was excellent. I stay at Hilton properties several times a year and once again, Hilton delivers!

I like the stay at the property it was a nice stay and walkable distance to Disneyland. The beds were nice except for the pillows. For those with Sensitive skin bring your own blanket or towels, something irritated my skin not sure what, but luckily I brought my own things and it help. Great staff very friendly. The waiter Brandon at Luke and Lara was amazing.

Our New Favorite Place To Stay

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel! The staff was nice & accommodating. The food was good and I had the best Carmel Macchiato’s I ever had in my life! Being within walking distance of Disneyland is an added bonus! We’ll definitely be back!
