Fun Fill Celebration

My God daughter invited a couple of her friends to celebrate her 15th birthday and we chose to stay here! We had a connecting luxurious rooms that provided plenty of space. They had a plethora of things to do for family members of all ages. Our favorite thing was that all the employees treated us like family.

Right off the freeway, staff and service was great. No complaints at all. We had a 5 night stay in the executive 1 king bedroom suite on the highest floor.

Very accommodating

Arrived 20 minutes after Check-in time and Check-in was delayed for an additional hour due to room not ready (maintenance issue). Complimentary passes to executive lounge for breakfast and evening appetizers. Very pleased.

Nice. Really couldn’t ask for more. Nice room, excellent breakfast, and location adjacent to mall area.

We stayed here and enjoyed our stay , lovey place and close to shopping.

The shower looked like a child laid the tile, I couldn’t watch anything on TV without paying 19.95. The staff on the other hand was exceptionally wonderful. Very friendly and helpful! Excellent staff

Smash and Grab Overnight Parking despite $10 fee.

DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU OWN A NICE VEHICLE AND PARK OVERNIGHT!!! The Hotel will charge $10 fee for parking, however, they do not warn Customers that Pick-up trucks are ROUTINELY window smashed by young thugs looking for guns. They will only take guns or cash. They specifically target Pick up Trucks. Staff will not disclose this upon check in. Clean and comfortable, your vehicle is not safe in the lot overnight. They will do this right in front of the Security Guards since they are not allowed to have guns. They make a ton off of parking, however, will not hire an off duty Police Officer like they should for the amount they make off of the abundance of cars in the lot. Security risk. Don't stay there if you have a nice vehicle.

The water pressure is extremely low, and there is not enough hot water.

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. I like that once you check in you receive a text asking if everything in your room is good and you can ask questions or state concerns and an actual person text you back in a timely fashion. The only thing I didn’t like compared to other hotels is that you cannot sign into your app accounts from their TVs (e.g. Netflix, YouTube TV etc.). Overall it was an excellent experience. It was clean. The hotel lobby and restaurant/bar areas were inviting with a pleasant atmosphere.

Nice friendly staff, executive lounge was nice and food was pretty good for a hotel.

Beautiful property. It will become our new tradition to eat dinner at Eddie merlots and stay at your beautiful hotel afterwards.

Pleasant night's stay Hilton Columbus/Polaris

Room was clean. Needed a comfortable chair to sit in. Bathroom needed more counter space and hooks for hanging. Very good water pressure in the shower and loved the shower head massaging my back. Lighting in the bathroom was brighter than most I've been in.

My overall stay at the hotel was wonderful besides the beds being a little uncomfortable but overall 9/10

It was very nice

The hotel is great, parking simple, has a convenient bar and you can get food, breakfast was awesome. The showers/bathrooms are in need of a refresh for sure. The showers are small and dated. Doors to the bathrooms are water damaged and need replaced. For an upscale property with so many good things, the bathrooms are the place for the most improvement.

The property is well maintained, modern, easily located and convenient to many areas around Columbus.

Pubes and loud ac

They charge for everything! They put on a $50 fee to your bill when checking in, they charge $10 for parking, they charge for breakfast, they put water in your room but tell you it's $2 of you drink it. With all these fees, they have no money to fix the elevators. Then when you check out, you only get $29 of the $50 back.

Always a great clean stay. There’s everything in driving & walking distance . Shopping, entertainment, food, movies ….

Just ok

All the extra they charge for early check in $10 $50 for late check out and $10 for parking if we knew about all the extra they want to Charge, we would have picked a different hotel. Our bedding was dirty. We had to get new bedding. Walls were filthy with they're Fingerprints from kids. Our shower glass door was dirty. They had to come and recleane. We would've switched rooms, but the hotel was sold out for the night

Amazing

The property itself was great. Kind and courteous staff. On our third day of our stay however, I am not sure why our room was never serviced. (Trash dumped or fresh towels). The other days it was. Also, there were a few ants in the bathroom and the toilet, never flushed properly. Instead of the staff fixing it during our stay, I decided to wait to tell them on check out so it may be serviced properly without someone in the room/occupied. I was questioned as to why I waited. I thought I was helping them out to address the matter after check out to then fix it before someone new came in. And may have had an issue there. But in any case, I would have given this property a 5 star, but because of the ants, not coming by to dump trash/replenish supplies or reaching out via text as they had done the previous days, it’s a four. As the whole property is nice and the staff was generally helpful. I just want to point out the day the room was not serviced was a Sunday, so maybe that had something to do with it. Beds were generally comfortable and the property had a good choice of TV channels and space.

Close to perfect....but barely missed

When we arrived we were checked in promptly, however at check in we were informed there was a $10 parking fee per night, which was not disclosed at time of booking so it was a surprise. The room was clean and very neat. The bed was comfortable and the shower was vwry spacious. There were 2 extra towels per our request which was very kind. The hottub was much needed after a night out on the town, however there were many small children jumping in and out and it wasnt 100% relaxing. The pool was clean ans nice to cool off in before heading to our room for the night. We wanted to order breakfast but the cost was extremely high even for hotel standards. If we had wanted two eggs, a meat, a bread and a drink it would have been $35 for two people plus 24% gratuity. We found breakfast away from the hotel for $25 and both of us were full. Overall we give our stay 4 stars.

Clean

I have always wanted to stay at this property and had high expectations. However. As we got to the room and turned on the television it did not work. Maintenance came right away but by that time my husband figured out what was wrong and fixed it (cable in the back of the tv wasn’t on. Then, as we went to put our drinks in the refrigerator, we found the refrigerator door was broken on the top at the hinge. Again, maintenance came up really quickly and he could not fix it so he had to go get us another refrigerator and then swap them out. The service at the bar was really really slow and we just ordered drinks! We went to take a shower this morning and the thing you usually pull to stop the water from running into the bathtub and turn on the shower was broken and the shower came on right away. I wanted to take a bath, but I couldn’t because the shower was on constantly then there was no way to get the water to run into the bathtub. It’s sad to have a property that nice not Maintained.

I love staying at this property! The vibe is chill and relaxing. They have amenities like a gym, pool, and hot tub, which are always clean.

We drove from Nashville Tennessee to Columbus Ohio for a wedding shower for my niece. The check in time was 3pm. We checked in 10 minutes early and we went to our room. The cleaning crew didn't clean the room yet. My daughter and I went downstairs and decide to have a drink while we wait. We waiting another 30 minutes and it still was not done. The cleaning crew rush to finish it up to get us into the room. The manager did apologize and offer to put us in another room but we decided it was not that big of deal we would stick with our room. The hotel overall was very nice. The room I fell a little short on what I was expecting for the price. The bathroom was not very big, the tub sprout was hanging off the wall, same with the towel holder it just seemed a little old. The beds were very nice and comfortable. We did get the bed and breakfast package which was really good and we enjoyed it. The employees were very helpful and very nice. Overall it was good stay and I would come back again.

Great night away from home

Fast and easy check in. The staff was extremely friendly. Or room was very clean and exactly what you'd expect from a hotel. We loved the hot tub and pool. The bar downstairs was great and the bartender was very attentive and the drinks were delicious.

The stay was amazing

Tons to do in the area it’s my first time at this hotel and everything was beautiful room perfect Staff very friendly and helpful hotel it’s self was very nice

Beautiful, clean and comfortable hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. The only issue I had was the pool opens at 5am but the hot tub is not turned on at that time and it takes hours to warm up after.

Great Stay

Easy check-in. Our room was clean and the hotel looked updated. We enjoyed the bar area with friends.

The property was clean. Only thing missing was the business centre and swimming area needs to be address.

I like the hotel and the restaurant,the serves was excellent but the front desk lady was ver rude hungry I’m not sure what her problem I don’t understand is very unprofessional.

I did not receive my room. They did not receive the reservation. I request a reimbursement.

Great area with lots to do.

It was close to lots of shopping and dining. Quiet and comfortable. We definitely wld recommend and return.

Good as usual

My room was not clean when I arrived but it was not a big deal as they just gave me a different room that was clean. Pool and hot tub was nice. Decent workout facilities. Room was nice and clean. Only issue I had was the toilet paper holder was broke but I made it work. Other than that it was awesome and in a great location.

Nice hotel

Front desk was very quick and friendly. I didn’t care for the loudness before 8 am of the cleaning staff and pounding on doors. Rooms were quiet and clean.

Temperature Issues

The facility itself was nice. However the room was never cool enough and they only offered to reset the breaker, which didn’t fix the issue. We probably won’t ever stay there again.

Me and my family had a great stsy and will be back. Also great staff and beautiful hotel.

It was a good hotel. Lots of shopping and dining nearby.

Check-in clerk seems disinterested (at best) to help us, but the check-out clerk was very helpful and friendly. The facilities were very nice and everything was clean.

I will stay there again!

This hotel was more than just comfortable and clean. The rooms were BIG and CLEAN and the bathrooms were the same! The gym was awesome with a lot of machines. The restaurant/bar had great food and great drinks and a wonderful breakfast in the morning. I like that the restaurant/bar stayed open late. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. I will be staying at this hotel every time I am in Columbus!

Lumpy

Room was great except mattress. It was lumpy, you did not melt into the mattress.

It was not what I expected for the price. I had to contact the desk several times due to an alarm constantly going off near my room, noise because of work being done near my room and other noise issues due to guests. It was overall very disappointing.

I stayed here for a work convention, it could not have been a nicer experience. I did lock myself out of my room within the first 15 minutes of checking in, but the staff was super sweet (and funny!) about it. 10/10, would stay again. The food is also spectacular.

The rooms are pretty basic for the price. They do have an Executive Lounge that offers snacks throughout the day, but I’ve seen better Executive Lounges in Hilton properties. The staff was hit or miss. The Bellman that greeted me at the door was excellent. He helped me with my luggage and explained the layout of the room and the different utilities and amenities. He was extremely polite and very personable.

We enjoyed our stay very much and the lounge is phenomenal!

Columbus overnight

Halls were hot but the room was cool. Restaurant was pricey but close to mall and restaurants. Service was great.

Easy check-in. Mike helped us with our bags. He was very professional and attentive and efficient.

Everyone was so kind and helpful. Will definitely keep this place as a go to.

I love that the property is right across from the mall. I also love that there is a hotel shuttle that will take hotel guests within 5 miles of the property and then pick them up for free. Finally, the restaurant food was good and the service was excellent. The room was very clean and comfortable.

My favorite Cbus Hotel

Love the Polaris area! We choose this hotel everytime we go to Columbus. Love the location and the staff/cleanliness/amenities. BAR is a huge plus too!!

Beautiful place. Loved the 2 king bed room but my bed was hard as a rock room 713. My body was extremely sore the next day and woke up several times tossing and turning.

the ac in my room quit working in the middle of the night it got up to over 80 in the middle of the night.

Shower did not work properly.

I tried to show photos to a worker of our room upon checkin. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned. You could see toothpaste splatter, crumbs on the counter tops, and it smelled sour. I’m not sure what went on in the room or if house cleaning forgot to do it’s last little bit. When I tried to bring it up I was dismissed. That’s right around $600. My wife and I ended up cleaning it ourselves. I’ve never once asked for a refund or even thought it was possible. But with this last stay…. Yeah. I’d like my money back. Doubt it’ll ever happen. But worst hotel cleaning I’ve ever experienced.

We checked in late after seeing a concert. Check in was fast and easy. The room was clean and comfortable.
