Nice

Staff are the best, rooms are comfy and clean. Breakfast buffet is also good, plenty of options to choose from. This is our go to hotel whenever we land in Clark airport.

Amazing experience!

We stayed twice at this property as it's the newest major hotel on Clark. The staff was friendly and respectful. There's not much to do around the property and you need to drive to get to other restaurants if you don't want to eat at the hotel.

The actual property is well maintained: pool and loungers were very clean, the rooms were well appointed and designed, but the lobby lacked warmth with the huge expanse of tile with a lack of furniture in the middle. All of the chairs and sofas were against the windows or the long lobby walls, not conducive to group conversations. The other drawback is that there is construction for a new casino and school, but there's nothing else around the hotel except some condo buildings and a 7-Eleven. You definitely need transportation (although they had a shuttle to get to/from SM Clark). It's a great property if you want total quietness, but you'll be limited to their one restaurant and executive lounge (for a fee).

Great place to stay

This hotel feels like home away from home. The staff were amazingly friendly specially chef Ralph and Ms. Carol with their accommodating service. Bathrooms were cleaned and the overall condition of the hotel was superb! Will definitely come back again!

Clean and friendly staff all over

My family enjoyed the hospitality shown to us by all the employees from when you enter the hotel, to the people from the reception desk and all the employees that open every door we enter with a courteous greetings. Happy holidays to all the employees.

Nice enough hotel, big pool however there was no lounge area for a group to gather, other than the pool area but it was too hot to be outside too for long. Not many dining options given that there are no other restaurants in walking distance.

Property was easy to get to. Good security coming and going. Staff is very attentive and place is clean. We stayed twice in a 2 week span, once we got there and when we were leaving, since we flew into Clark instead of Manila. First room we had, the seal around the shower door wasn't that great, so we had to tild the shower head towards the opposite wall so it wouldn't splash so much on the door, otherwise water would get out. Second room was no issues with the shower. Lots of help with luggage when you arrive/leave. They do have a shuttle(for a fee) if you need to go to SM or if you need to get picked up or droppped off at the airport. Do get the breakfast buffet, you won't be disappointed. Ordering meals for room service is easy and the food choices are pretty good and fairly priced. There is a casino and lots of business events happening. One thing I didn't like was parking overnight. I had a rental, but probably due to the casino and folks not staying or maybe getting tipsie, when they leave, each night we stayed and when I went to my rental, there was a scratch or dent that wasn't there when I parked it. I think they should have a designated parking for actual guest and one for visitors(folks that come just to enjoy the casino). I would say it's family friendly, as I saw lots of folks with kids.

Staying at the Hilton Clark Sun Valley Resort was a highlight for me, and I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Philippines! The pool was great, the rooms were very comfortable, and the food was delicious! My favorite aspect of the hotel was interacting with the staff. Everyone greets you with warm smiles and exceptional courtesy. I failed to get everyone's name, however, there were some that I did get as they were key in making my trip amazing! Ms. Jeny from Housekeeping was one person that helped make the stay a welcoming one! Every time you saw her, she made sure you were alright. There was also Grace, Chris, Jeff, and Micah who always greeted you and ensured the rooms were always clean! Aron from the Concierge Team was always helpful and answered every question I had about the hotel and the surrounding area. This was especially helpful as he answered my questions about local transportation which I used nearly every day! Cheska from the Coffee Cart near the front was very pleasant to talk to and gave me wonderful suggestions on the deserts to try. Every single recommendation was as good or better than the last! The Treat Bar staff were always fun and security around the hotel were always eager to greet you and ensured a seamless transition into the building! There are many others that I would love to recognize, but I honestly believe that any visitor that meets any of people working here will not be disappointed with the interactions.

Great escape for rest and relaxation!

My family stayed overnight in the hotel and it was a great experience. The place was clean and amazing, only the downside is the room odour and the pillow smells bad.

Our grandchildren absolutely loved swimming in the outdoor pool and playing on the outdoor playground equipment. Indoors, the kids had the time of their lives going from one creative activity center to another in the indoor Kids Club. Us grandparents enjoyed watching the kids having so much fun while keeping cool in the adult swimming pool, and inside the air conditioned Kids Club. The Olive Restaurant buffets had such a variety of delicious, international cuisine that pleased both our grandkids and us adults. And of course, the rooms were spacious, comfortable and kept clean by the housekeeping staff. Speaking of the staff, everyone was polite, respectful and friendly, and during our stay we got to know many of them by their first names. Our one-week stay at the Hilton Clark Sun Valley Resort hotel exceeded our expectations, and we have fond memories of our experience and certainly expect to return the next time we visit our family in the Philippines.

Worst experience

So we have booked 2 Adults and one child with breakfast, first issue was they gave me a breakfast for one person and had to pay for both my adult child and and 7 years old child, the service was very bad, horrible service, rules and personalities.

I was modern and clean, the floor tile in front of the bathroom sink was highly polished tile and extremely slippery. Very dangerous.

This Hilton Resort is excellent! Staff is awesome! Brand new immaculate room! Only suggestion is to PLEASE have a variety of music at the pool. The beautiful pool is open from 6 AM to 10 PM! Modern pop music ( Lady Gaga, Pink, Ariana Grande, techno, hip hop, etc )is blasted for 16 hours! Perhaps a little Bob Marley, Classic Rock, or a couple hours a day of quiet would be nice!

One of the best hotels in Clark so far.

As a Hilton fan and long-time guest of their properties all over the world, I was really excited to book this resort. TL:DR If you are looking for resort quality food and beverage outlets, do NOT stay here. The room and pool were outstanding and the people were wonderful but the best meal that we had was at Jollibee that we had delivered by Grab Food. ------------------ Detailed review: The Good – This property is new and well appointed with quality materials throughout. We had an Executive Suite with a Balcony and the room was outstanding in every aspect. The hotel staff were pleasant and attentive everywhere we went, especially the Executive Lounge team. The pool is large and clean and the lifeguards / attendants were professional! Honestly, the pool was the highlight of our stay! The Filipino Seafood Stew was excellent. THE BAD – We ordered the Wagyu Burger for lunch in the Olive restaurant and it was dry and overcooked. The arancini were dry and tasteless. The fries, both truffle and regular, were adequate but were not hot when served. Went back to Olive for breakfast but that too was a disappointment when it took two cooks to try and make an over easy egg but they still couldn't accomplish it. The liquor selection in the Executive Lounge was limited to four types of liquor and two types of wine. I have had better selections in Business on multiple airlines. THE UGLY - This property doesn't not meet Hilton standards when it comes to Food & Beverage.

Friendly staff, easy check-in and nice room. Foods are a little bit pricey but it was okay.

The parking lot smells like the people going to casino make it a cr as it smells pee when we tried to walk there after dinner.

Comfortable and Friendly Staff

Great stay, very friendly staff to assist, quiet and clean room, out of 3 stays there had only one issue with linen that was quickly resolved. The Breakfast had a decent selection and everything taste good. Amenities were fine. Large swimming pool.

Our entire family definitely enjoyed our stay here. The facilities are well maintained and clean. The staff are impressively courteous and accommodating to most of our needs. Our 2 nights stay was very relaxing and perfect for our much needed break from the hustle bustle of city life. We will definitely come back!

It was an awesome stay, everything we needed is already there in the room when we arrived. We stayed at the pool view room, also it had the view of the hills and sunset. Love it! Breezy and cool. I love how all the staff are polite and well mannered and all very helpful. Their breakfast buffet is very generous too, enjoyed the fresh salads and fruit juices. Thank you!

Points to think about

What’s nice is they have a big pool. The staff/s or all members of the hotel is very friendly and accommodating, from the time we checked in until we checked out they really can be rated as excellent. Food is great too! But, for the others, I’m not happy about it. The fire alarm / smoke detector in the room blinks / flashes too hard in the night, I had a hard time sleeping or I can say to those who are sensitive to lights in the night will have a hard time sleeping. There is no pen and note pad in the room, which a hotel should always have. [ ex. when you want to order in room dining or etc. you have something to write on ]. They also don’t provide comb. The bath robes are upon request which I think hotel like this should always have in the room. I hope the hotel also put a mirror at the wall of the writing table. I did not bring toiletries or other small items because I’m thinking I’m spending the nights Hilton, maybe I just expect too much.

Weekend recharge at Hilton

First time to stay in a hotel during the pandemic. Rooms are big and clean. Pool is big that’s why I chose this hotel. Protocols are strict wearing mask and shield. Kids had fun at the indoor play area kids club by appointment at 4 kids per schedule
