great location

Great location in Puerto Madero. Hotel is very clean. Room is spacious, beautifully decorated and clean. Loved everything about it. Would stay there again!

Very well located in Puerto Madero, easy to walk around in a vibrant area full of restaurants and local shops.

Location was amazing, very spacious rooms and friendly staff.

It's safe and modern area, and it's easy to walk to the Plaza of Mayo.

Everything else is good except the music noise in the middle of night. The front desk thought it was from the restaurant between the hotel and the river. Other than that, it's a 5-star.

Great hotel for 1st time visitors

Very nice hotel especially if you want to get a little further away from the busy city. It’s around a 20 minute walk to the center of Florida street or any shops you like need. There is a few nice restaurants right out the hotel that are less than 5 minutes away. Highly recommend this location for any first time visitors to Argentina thanks to the English speaking staff and easy roads leading to the hotel. Parking is available downstairs operated by a third party company that works with the Hilton. Parking passes are given out at the front desk when you need to drive your car out. The pool is smaller but worked well for myself and 2 kids. Overall great hotel to stay if your ok walking to where you need to go.

Huge comfortable room. We did not eat at the hotel so cannot comment on the food, but lots of restaurants close by along the river and a great breakfast at the restaurant next door, by the river.

I would have liked more gluten free and vegan options at breakfast . Really dissappinted there were not many options. Otherwise air was all great !

Very inattentive service. Front desk was not helpful with assisting me when my flight was cancelled and needing another evening to stay. Bar area servers were very slow to come to your table to take orders after sitting down

No shopping close by…..but everything else was perfect. The girl that checked us in was fabulous- sorry, I don’t remember her name.

Wonderful Stay

From early check in to check out top notch accommodations this Hotel is a great choice for the discerning traveler who wants a wonderful stay. Guido the porter/ baggage handler was extra helpful. Everything was excellent, also in a beautiful area of B.A.

Wonderful hotel and statf

Beautiful hotel in heart of Puerto Madera area. Many restaurants available but not much to do other than walking along the river. Hotel staff and concierge were wonderful!

El trato en recepcion no es de un hotel Hilton quizas de un Motel. El trato a la entrada del desayuno pesimo tambien. Pedi room service a la habitacion dejando la comida fuera de la puerta en la mañana y en la tarde seguia fuera de la puerta, osea poco higienico. La parte ejecutiva con poca variedad, servicio pesimo para esa calidad de hotel. Asi mismo te bloquean la targeta de garantia y llevo esperando 14 dias y sigue bloqueado el importe, sin comentarios. Definitivamente la calidad del hotel no va ni con Hilton ni con el trato al cliente.

A nice property, well located. But the cleaning staff needs to do a better job. The bathtub was not clean and when I asked the front desk they sent a cleaning lady who was clearly sick and coughing as she “cleaned” the bathroom, which goes exactly against the type of hygiene we were aiming for.

The hotel was stunningly beautiful, it was in a great location, and the staff was fantastic.

We enjoyed staying at Hilton Buenos Aires and especially having an excellent experience with stay in executive room (many VIP amenities). We were given early checkin when we arrived early after overnight flight.

The room is out of date and has lots of mosquitoes. My wife and I got lots of mosquito bites.

Had a good stay

Very good hotel at the centre. With good walking distance of the Presidential Palace and high street. Other attractions are with short taxi drive. Lots of restaurants around.

Exceptional!

We had a great stay here enroute to leaving for a cruise at the nearby port. Everyone working here was so friendly, helpful and accommodating. The food selections at Croutons an El Faro were wonderful. Would definitely recommend. Also arranged transportation for us from the airport to hotel (additional fee) as well as assisted us with getting transportation from the hotel to the cruiseport. Wonderful pool and gym also.

Great location, service!

Our door locked us inside. The construction sounds above us first thing in the morning. The terrible internet speed. The confusing currency exchange situation. Not safe to carry cash in the city because scumbag locals want to rob foreigners. 3/10 overall. The staff at the front desk were kind and responsive so that was good.

Early check in

Our stay was excellent. We arrived well before nòrmal checkin time. The front desk arranged to hold our luggage AND set us up for early access to to aroom. We enjoyed only a short wait for a room and were able to have coffee in your beautiful lobby bar area while we waited.

This is a very nice place to stay.

Location is excellent. The admin staff were confused by us having two back to back reservations and contacted us after the first one was over to see why we had not checked out. Despite the conversation we had at check in with front desk they were not convinced we had two back to back reservations one on Expedia and one with the cruise company. We are waiting anxiously for our bill to see if that is correct. They promised to send it three times and have not sent it

Great stay.

After travelling for 3 weeks and staying in various hotels with varied standards we we're wonderfully surprised with the Hiltons quality and comfort.

No towels only had 1 bath towel for 2 people. Couldn’t reach front desk to get more. No necessities package as in toothbrush etc. very disappointed in service since we have stayed there before

The location of this hotel is ideal for both day and night excursions. Situated in a safe walkable part of the city center, close to Restaurant's and important tourist attractions. Hotel is perfectly designed allowing for guest to spend time enjoying amenities such as the beautiful open lobby bar, main restaurant and rooftop pool and gym/spa.
