We had excellent time. The staff were so wonderful. The dining experience can't be described, the waiting staff deserve kudos. I would recommend this place and for sure I will be staying there next time I am in Lebanon

Habtour Beirut

The Habtour is new and refreshed. Incredible positive change from my stay a few months ago. The front desk staff was very professional, helpful. Security guys all welcoming. Restaurant and 31st floor lounge excellent. I will be back.

Very clean, amazing sauna and Jacuzi room, incredible views from the breakfast room. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I will always choose the Habtoor when in Beirut.

Great staff. Massive rooms. The restaurant on 31st needs more food options. And cancel the cigar smoke too close to best tables in the place.

Great place to stay

Excellent welcome and perfect stuff the room was spacious comfortable beds the hotel location is awesome close to everything markets restaurants whatever you need you gona find it to be honest I will come back to stay there Best regards SabahBastaki

I love this place they have an amazing rooms for your staying very clean,perfect customer service,best team on site they make you feel that you’re home thank you so much for the nice experience specially for MR Ali Marji who gave us extra attention.

Amazing stay at this hotel - it felt like home away from home from the comfortable lodgings to the friendly and helpful staff. Everyone went out of their way to make my family feel comfortable. We now extended our stay for another week. Highly recommend :)

My Favorite Hotel At Beirut

The hotel room was clean and the cleaning staff are very good cleaning the room every day. The breakfast in this hotel is amazing. Front desk staff are very helpful and friendly.

The staff are very friendly, they went above and beyond to fulfill all our requests. The property is in bad shape it REALLY needs a face lift. the rooms smell bad and the smoke of cigarettes fills all the hallways and the rooms.

Amazing staff!! Sara, Ali and Hassan at the front desk were incredibly helpful! Food in the restaurants was delicious. Miriam served us on the 21st floor lounge and was very sweet. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay there again.

This hotel has some of the best staff of any I have stayed in. Uniformly kind and helpful. Very nice hotel with beautiful restaurant. In a lower traffic area. Will stay again.

Ali and Hassan were nothing less than INCREDIBLE! They helped us plan our stay and made us feel so very welcome! It’s because of staff like these individuals that makes us wants to return. So if you decide to stay here, ask for Ali and Hassan. Their Lebanese welcome is heartfelt!

Nice facility and very friendly staff

Nice and clean room, property is centrally located between downtown and the mountains, extremely friendly staff.

I liked that it was clean and huge rooms although I couldn't figure out how to turn off all the lights at night - toggle switches that don't work - and ended up pulling the card they use to make sure you don't leave the lights on when you leave the room. Unfortunately it also cuts off the AC. Should have had somebody come and take a look but it was late and I was tired.

Great wedding venue

I went to Hilton for a wedding and then stayed the night. The wedding set up and space was incredible! The room was very big and bathroom spacious with both shower and tub. Amazig balcony with a view. I loved my stay! also the pool on the 4th floor is very nice.

The carpet was dirty there was a smell of mold in the hallway

Food was excellent, internet bad, hotel old look

Stayed a week of 1/17/21 during lockdown so stay in hotel it looks old and need of renovation. The worst part was the internet even we got the upgraded one couldnt load anything. Staff was friendly and food was great from room service. Housekeeping was not good had to keep asking for water and tell them to get trash, bring towels and changed bedding one time when asked. When moved rooms from quarantine lost shower soaps i brought even it was 4 large bottles. Bad internet was worst problem since spa and things closed from lockdown. Not up to standards of cleanliness other Hilton have stayed with housekeeping. Plsnning a trip next month will not stay again.

Uniquely clean, high quality and is very luxurious

The hotel is nice and clean and great quite location, the staff are friendly and it is always great to stay in this hotel.

I like my spacious room, room service and the very friendly staff... The only thing that bothered me is the parking because ecerytime you have to tell them to open the hotel entrance from the parking to get to your and when you leave your room too... Very annoying

Stayed before here and was looking forward to stay again. However for my latest travel I had to cancel my trip due to protests in Beirut and general security in country but the hotel refused to reimburse my booking and only allowed rebooking for next 6-7 weeks. Very disappointed

Very nice hotel. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Very delicious food. Strategic location close to a mall and other restaurants.

It’s a beautiful hotel. Clean. Comfortable bed. However, toiletries and towels are kept to a strict minimum. The breakfast has little variety and tasted average. Expensive overnight parking.

Fantastic service at reception, Georges and Abdel Rahman did a great job. Breakfast was very rich in variety and taste.

Excellent visit

Guest service top notch. Staff very friendly and helpful.. apart from being a business trip it was our 40th wedding anniversary. The little touch of a cake with Happy anniversary at breakfast was sweet and making up the room with a floral arrangement and red petals on the bed was a beautiful surprise. Excellent hotel. Would highly recommend it.

This is our favorite place to stay. Love the location and love the tubs here.

Fantastic hotel with amazing friendley staff.. Great view with beautiful Lebanese mountain breeze.. Spacious suite with generous balcony to entertain, My young ladies felt at home with good connection to downtown attractions and fun spots!! Great Lebanese hospitality with delicious Phoenician cuisine at its best. Head concierge Mr. Ali Marji was very impressive and charming in securing my top restaurants choices in Beirut and the mountain with best table choices for view and entertainments. Highly recommended for your business or leisure stay.., We Will definitely be back!!

Great hotel

The hotel was clean, well maintained, luxurious and staff were brilliant. I ate breakfast and a dinner in the hotel (both fantastic) and enjoyed a couple of beers in the 31st floor bar, with great views across the city, listening to the live act. The hotel is great and well positioned and I will stay here again next time I’m in Beirut.

Great hotel with excellent service!

I stayed here on a business trip for 2 nights. The hotel and facilities are great but the most memorable aspect of this hotel is the great service provided by the staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Lebanese hospitality at its best.

Decent hotel. Not worth the amount of money you are paying for the night. Very over pricey for whatever it’s offering. I have stayed in the Hilton before in other countries and this one is by far the worst one.

Friendly staff but they deliver nothing.

When I checked in my “Executive” room, there were no pillows, no shampoo, one towel for two people, empty minibar, no hairdryer and filthy room. When I called front desk and housekeeping I received nothing but empty promises. Had to call four times and speak with the hotel manager to get things done. Staff should be trained not to lie and deliver what they agreed to perform something. Bad experience and will not check in again. Overpriced as well.

Staff very helpful and lovely with the children.

Water is muddy in the bathtub, AC is noisy, Taps not working well, Flush not working well, Balcony lock loose, lighting in the room is poor, toothbrush upon request...) The breakfast is very very good though.

Nice Hotel close few steps away from shopping mall

The Hotel is nice I had room 725 , and it was mountain view with a nice balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee . the restaurant in 1st floor is serving descent breakfast with many varieties , Restaurant staff are super nice people . the gym include a lot of facilities , and there is a small track in the Garden for Fresh air Jogging . this is my hotel when I am back again to Beirut.

No parking. Staff was rude.

This is not my first time at habtoor hilton, usually everything goes ok. This time the staff was rude, when we asked for parking they said no parking available you have to buy a blue ticket. Even wifi is not free! I ve never seen a place inn the world where u pay for wifi in 2016

Nice hotel

It is a good time that we spend in hilton hotel we find everything is good the location is close from the shopping area and it have a le mole center shopping that you can find everything and the breakfast is very retch .

The Habtoor is not in the center

The Habtoor is not near the water, which one can see from the map. What one cannot see is that there is no way to get into town except by cab. There are no sidewalks and local maps are worthless. So, it's a $20 ride each way into town. Hotel itself is clean and seems to be safe. I ate the breakfast buffet several times. It's expensive, but very good. Had dinner one night in the restaurant. French style food, very good quality and worth the price (again, not cheap - but still worth it). The gym is first rate and open all hours.

Great Service and Value

We booked 3 nights, the hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly (with one exception the lounge guy). The breakfast was above expectation and very pleasant especially the staff their they were very friendly. The Vallet Parking was also great for the value and because we were gold with Hilton Honors we enjoyed free upgrade, wifi, breakfast and lounge which was a great added value to our stay.

Housekeeping services really bad, stuff somehow friendly never have information handy, hotel amenities nice, but like the spa overpriced not friendly stuff there as well. When complained Manager was so nice trying her best to solve the problem.
