Great weekend stay with family!

Excellent property, we stayed at the presidential suite which was opulent. Good business lounge with free flow cocktail evenings. Only potential area of improvement was the breakfast, coffee could have been better but it’s a small thing / first world problem

Incredible service by the Executive Lounge team and the Magic housekeeping team. Centrally located, super close to the train station and Paskal 23 shopping mall. Loved the cabanas by the pool, great food options and quality.

I booked 2 rooms and it was a nice stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is near the mall and Paskal market, which is very convenient. However, the breakfast was below 5-star standard compared to the other 5-star hotels I have been to in Bandung. The selections and taste were not as good as the others, which surprised me because it's a Hilton hotel.

Check in is bad. Arrive bfr 3 and we book 3 room. 1 room ready, and 2 room wait until after 3 to get the room and have to keep asking if the room ready or not. Staff is friendly. Just management not that good. Room a bit dusty and found hair.

Suite 1211 is excellent!

Highly recommend this hotel. The hotel surprised us with decorations for our anniversary! The staff were so welcoming and checked in with me every single day on how my stay was. The housekeeping staff was so attentive when he found out that I was ill, he offered to make teh jahe for me which made me feel so much better. Great stay overall for both my kids and my elderly parents.

My favourite place in Bandung

I'd been staying at Hilton several times, spending two nights there. Hilton is always my favorite place to stay while in Bandung. The room is big, cozy and sanitizedly clean. The staff always been so warm and polite. I love enjoying the pool while sitting or sleeping at the rattan cage..you'll know what i mean if u ve been there 😁 The right place to relax and stay from the busy daily work. Ps: a little upgrade needed on the pool toilet accesories.

Nice hotel

Super hotel . Just 2 feedback No sensor on lift , this is dangerous In the Pool there is slippery tiles and my son got slipped 2 times and fall down .

Nice hotel located in the right place

a nice hotel located in the right place due to close to a mall, making it easy to find some food and anything else. Having an excellent swimming pool, that is the reason why I always choose this hotel

Fantastic stay

I planed a birthday trip to stay at the hotel for the weekend. They give me a late check out and the service is fantastic, I would definitely go there again for holiday

Hilton Bandung is close to everything. The area is packed with good food, close to the main station and has easy access to most things.

Great Stay for family

Great hotel. Even though it's an old one the hotel still in a good condition. The only setback was slow room service, took abt 1hr just to deliver few towels. Definitely an area for improvement but otherwise the room was spacious, well maintained, clean and breakfast was sumptuous.

Best hotel for families. Cannot beat 2 king bed per room ... everything else is ok.

The service was impeccable. Special mention to Furqon at the restaurant who helped us out when our daughter was unwell. He also entertained our children very well on all our breakfast mornings. Staff there is polite and efficient. The location of the hotel is also great, close by many shopping areas. Love the size of the room and how clean it was.

Outstanding hospitality and care

In a city as chaotic as Bandung, Hilton Bandung was an oasis for us. All the kids fell sick one by one and your staff sent complimentary porridge for my youngest. This kind gesture made me feel so much better and comforted. Thank you. Though it's likely we will not go back to Bandung again, the promise of Hilton hospitality was delivered in all of your properties that I've booked/stayed with and made me a fan for life.

Staff are amazing, ready to please and always with smiles on their faces. A real credit to staff and management, well done to all of you!

The staff at breakfast were extremely attentive, constantly making their rounds to check if coffee and tea were sufficient. Many also asked if we would like to have fresh fruit juices, as the station was at an outdoor gazebo.

Hilton Bandung. Still one of the best...

Was given a room that had a horrible drainage smell as soon as i walked in. Fortunately i was given another room, and the rest of the stay was superb!

WiFi was weak. Overall stay was ok. Located near to 23 Paskal shopping centre.

Great service. Very good breakfast with great coffee. Room service for kids menu was expensive compared to other similar hotels in Bali. Poor pick up/drop off where you can end up paying parking for no reason, also nothing special with safety check when entering the facilities with car (no dog as in similar hotels in Bali). Baby crib/cot provided in good conditions, but no quilt for the size of baby crib/cot available, ended up using bathrobe as housekeeping could only provide a king sized quilt (which was too heavy for a baby).

This hotel is one of few hotels in bandung Indonesia that has a big family room with 2 double bed. The shower was strong with nice hot water.the location is very good its only 5 minutes walking to the big mall, only 10 minutes walking to train station. It is a good location.

They have room to accommodate my family of 4 but the housekeeping is not consistent when topping up the toiletries in the room.

Hilton Bandung have done a good job to maintain the facility very well. Since day one i stay in this hotel until today almost for 10 years. The facility still looking new and clean.

Property was nice and on a good location We stayed in the Executive room which was a tad bit disappointing as it was small and did not have a lounge set. In addition it didn't feel like an executive room compared to other executive rooms in other hotels in the same category

Great Hotel

Check in was quick and we got upgraded from a 1 room to a 2 room apartment. It's just across the park and a 8 mins walk to the city centre. The supermarket is only a 5 mins walk away.

stayed here quite many times. always satisfying.. spacious clean room, nice details (white thick towel, complete amenities, etc) despite the fair price.

Exceptional Service

I booked the Hilton Bandung for a local training and it was a fantastic experience. The rooms are great, comfortable, and quiet that allowed all of the participants to relax and get quality sleep. The location was convenient, the food was delicious, but what stands out the most about the Hilton Bandung was the exceptional service we received from the staff. They accommodated every request we made and went above and beyond expectations when they worked with Malindo Air and the Bandung airport to retrieve our group's lost luggage. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Bandung!

1) Kettle doesnt work well, need to change. 2) The shower water temperature adjustment is not good. Only close, hot amd cold. There's no internediate temperature level adjustment. 3) Missing table night in desk

Accommodation in Bandung

Loved the ambience, breakfast at Purnawaran restaurant and the service from all the staff. Excellent location and cleanliness. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay in the city center of Bandung.

Friendly hotel staff from the reception to the phone operator and waiters/waitresses. Would be good if the hotel has a proper main entrance for guests walking in from the main road.

Overall, the stay was excellent and clean. I love the pool and it was nit crowded. However, please provide information on where to get the locker key in the whirlpool and sauna room. I've asked the staff in the spa and pool restaurant staff ( No one was at the pool counter) and I was referred to each other. In the end, I never got the key.

Hotel near to shopping and eating outlets. A lot of nice and beautiful places to explore. Really enjoyed my stay

Pleasant stay

It is better than we originally expected. Usually when we gone to Bandung, we stay up north around Lembang / Dago area which has cooler climate compare to Bandung city in which Hilton located. But maybe because it was kept raining, it even pretty pleasant not hot in Bandung city. Hotel itself is very good, clean, almost feel like staying in resort (ie: have big swimming pool, jacuzzi, spa, area for children etc) and what we very like about the room is they provide double queen beds, something that hard to find nowadays.

Nice & quiet to Rest for holiday. Suitable for cool relation. Food is good but prefer some spicy flavour.

Location is strategic. The staff at Hilton are so friendly and helpful. Meals were very good. Indonesia hospitality is clearly reflected in every staff. Blown away by their politeness.

Below expectation for Hilton chains.

I choose this Hotel because of its 4 star. The staffs are friendly and service us very well. They have nice and spacious room, though it looks not well maintained.. Unfortunately, the breakfast buffet and Dine in Menus are not vary enough for the 4 star Hotel. The taste of the food is lame.

Nice and safe hotel for solo travel

Was in bandung for a few days and this hotel is near to the airport,mall and Kartika Sari. Wife selection available during buffet breakfast with friendly and attentive staff.

Not standart for hilton international.. i am expect more about this hotel..
