Service was great.

Always satisfied with this hotel.

Very nice folks, convenient airport shuttle, awesome room. Well worth it and super comfortable. Felt at home when I got stuck in Austin overnight on a stressful travel journey.

The front desk was so nice.

Not much to do around the hotel, which is fine so we wanted to go the bar insode the hotel to have a cocktail and maybe an appetizer. We couldn’t do that because the bar is never open.

No AC options in the rooms only Fan option this is not ok !!! I did not sleep good too muggy !! The Bar staff was not friendly at all their was a female and a male the male friendly and helpful the female not so much !!!

I liked the convenience close to the airport.

Austin Hilton Airport

Perfect location at the Austin airport and early morning shuttles. Basic hotel but clean and efficient.

Staff was great. Hotel is super quiet being so close to an airport.

place is clean and quiet despite being very close to the airport. Large lobby to hang out since we came as large group of volleyball players. would be nice is they have complimentary breakfast for guests like most hotels

Great airport stay!

I reserved 2 rooms for 5 people that had early morning flights from the Austin Airport. I specifically looked at this Hilton for their airport shuttle service. They came through with flying colors-even holding the shuttle for me at 5am when I had to take 5 minutes to return to our room to retrieve my new cowboy hat!

Front desk was very professional and very accommodating for my arrival and departure times.

Close to airport and very nice

Good Location, but needs attention to details

The location was great, right near the airport and the highway, but the tissue boxes empty the entire trip and never got replaced, and you could not change the temperature of the room which said it was at 60 degrees but it felt like 80. The room was very warm so had trouble sleeping. I called to have the room temp adjusted and they said they would send someone up, but I never saw anyone and the temp was still the same.

Very convenient for early travelers or late nite arrivals, can never go wrong with Hilton!!

Just ok

This is an older hotel and you can tell from the time you enter the front door. It could sure use some updating. The room was small and the linens were old - spots and faded. The bathroom shower was very weird with no lip for the shower so water went all over the bathroom floor. There also was nowhere to put your towels close to the shower. It sure wasnt my favorite hotel but it wasnt the worst. Service was good and the employees were very nice. The restaurant is nothing to look at but the food is ok and the portions are plenty.

Only there overnight to catch an esrly flight. The drivers who took us tp the airport and gave us a ride back to the hotel were excellent—friendly and very helpful

Great option for an early flight out of Austin. Their shuttle service to the terminal runs every 20 minutes.

Beautiful, comfortable, easy to get to airport. Nice area to be able to relax and enjoy the time.

Boo Hilton Airport

Bar and restaurant do not open until 5pm. Bartender was the most unfriendly person ever. Others at the bar were commenting about her attitude. Front desk staff very nice. We wont back. Hyatt best service!

We loved the location. Our room was spacious. Certain attention to detail like near empty conditioner bottle in shower and blinking make-up mirror were only things we noticed that needed attention. Hallway smelled musty (level 3). Room smelled fine. A/C was loud in room. Bar & restaurant staff seemed bothered & unhappy to serve. It was expensive as well (2 mixed drinks, 2 beers, & order of chicken wings was $70), so expected better service. Reception was A . Overall, nice stay.

Building is visibly old, but has been kept up ok. Long walks to most rooms. The Restaurant had kitchen issues and could not open and serve any food. So, there were no others places to eat in the area. One had to uber or door dash to get any food if you didn’t have a car.

Matthew our server at the restaurant bar was super friendly, attentive and so knowledgeable about the menu & drink selections... he was very busy waiting on lots of customers but never got frustrated or rude. He earned his gratuity and we hope that others could be more like Matthew.

I’m giving this place a 3-star review because of an unpleasant experience. We decided to do laundry before catching our flight, but the dryer broke. My husband had to inform the staff and get more quarters. When we finally retrieved our clothes from the dryer, I discovered that all of my underwear—Victoria’s Secret items—were missing. It’s incredibly upsetting and disturbing that someone would steal personal items like that.

Booked this hotel for my parents and they had nothing but exceedingly positive things to say about it. They are from about 45 mins south but needed a place to stay prior to flying out in the early hours during the start of the holiday rush. They said the property was lovely and staff was friendly. The 24-hour airport shuttle made their departure much easier than trying to drive in the morning of their flight. Thanks for taking such good care of them.

A little piece of history…use to be nuclear war bunker. It was a unique hotel. Absolutely would recommend to anyone who needs to stay near the airport.

We stayed before an early flight in the am. It was very quiet and our room was perfect. We went down to the bar for a drink and they were out of several beers. It was the Sunday after Thanksgiving so maybe they had been very busy and this happens

Came in late after our flight was delayed and had a speedy check in and good nights sleep!

Entrance is not well marked so it’s difficult to access. Young lady checking us in was very efficient and friendly. However, the early morning desk manager was not.

The hotel was ok, definitely not worth $164 a night but it was close to the airport and they provided a shuttle service.

This hotel was excellent. The restaurant was superb!!! Food was delicious! Staff were so nice and helpful! The lobby was beautiful and peaceful! I enjoyed my stay very much!

I was only here to sleep and use the shuttle to the airport which would out nicely

The property had no hot water. I had booked two rooms. I left early in the morning. Phoned later to speak with a manager to request a partial refund. Desk person kept me waiting about 10 minutes. Did not put me through to a manager. Instead told me to call Expedia and hung up. Not a great performance from an organization that prides itself in being a luxury brand….and charges accordingly.

Austin Trip

Hotel was great if you needed early or late airport access. Hotel has airport shuttle which was nice. Was not convenient for downtown restaurants, bars, shops. 30–40-minute ride sometimes more depending on time and traffic. Uber rides to downtown averaged $40-50. each way.

This hotel was conveniently located near Austin airport which was perfect for our early afternoon flight. They also had a shuttle service available which was great. There’s not much to do in the area so keep that in mind if you’re staying here long term or if you plan to explore areas closer to downtown Austin

The hotel is old, couldn’t open the door to the bathroom without hitting refrigerator every time you had to go to the bathroom. All the furniture was old, And feels like a storage room no charisma at all

Staff was pleasant and friendly. Ordered room service which was quick and fresh. Truffle fries were seriously lacking, but other than that, a great stay.

Clean and professional staff

Unnecessary charges. Left my sunglasses, called and told them, was supposed to get a call back annd never did. When I got back went to get them said they never found them. Thieves.

Staff were friendly and helpful, property quiet and clean. All in all a comfortable stay in really close proximity to the airport. Shuttle ran often and on time. Will stay again!

I was very pleased with the friendly service and the room was very comfortable. Alexa was exceptional in her service when I checked in and upgraded me to an accessible room to meet my needs. I recommend this hotel to anyone traveling thru Austin.

The restaurant / bar in the hotel was excellent. Although it was not a free breakfast, the buffet for the breakfast was excellent with varied choices. The convenience to the airport is a plus and the reason we always choose the Hilton Airport Austin as well as the park and fly and shuttle to/from airport.
