Matthew our server at the restaurant bar was super friendly, attentive and so knowledgeable about the menu & drink selections... he was very busy waiting on lots of customers but never got frustrated or rude. He earned his gratuity and we hope that others could be more like Matthew.

I’m giving this place a 3-star review because of an unpleasant experience. We decided to do laundry before catching our flight, but the dryer broke. My husband had to inform the staff and get more quarters. When we finally retrieved our clothes from the dryer, I discovered that all of my underwear—Victoria’s Secret items—were missing. It’s incredibly upsetting and disturbing that someone would steal personal items like that.

Booked this hotel for my parents and they had nothing but exceedingly positive things to say about it. They are from about 45 mins south but needed a place to stay prior to flying out in the early hours during the start of the holiday rush. They said the property was lovely and staff was friendly. The 24-hour airport shuttle made their departure much easier than trying to drive in the morning of their flight. Thanks for taking such good care of them.

A little piece of history…use to be nuclear war bunker. It was a unique hotel. Absolutely would recommend to anyone who needs to stay near the airport.

We stayed before an early flight in the am. It was very quiet and our room was perfect. We went down to the bar for a drink and they were out of several beers. It was the Sunday after Thanksgiving so maybe they had been very busy and this happens

Came in late after our flight was delayed and had a speedy check in and good nights sleep!

Entrance is not well marked so it’s difficult to access. Young lady checking us in was very efficient and friendly. However, the early morning desk manager was not.

The hotel was ok, definitely not worth $164 a night but it was close to the airport and they provided a shuttle service.

This hotel was excellent. The restaurant was superb!!! Food was delicious! Staff were so nice and helpful! The lobby was beautiful and peaceful! I enjoyed my stay very much!

The property had no hot water. I had booked two rooms. I left early in the morning. Phoned later to speak with a manager to request a partial refund. Desk person kept me waiting about 10 minutes. Did not put me through to a manager. Instead told me to call Expedia and hung up. Not a great performance from an organization that prides itself in being a luxury brand….and charges accordingly.

Austin Trip

Hotel was great if you needed early or late airport access. Hotel has airport shuttle which was nice. Was not convenient for downtown restaurants, bars, shops. 30–40-minute ride sometimes more depending on time and traffic. Uber rides to downtown averaged $40-50. each way.

This hotel was conveniently located near Austin airport which was perfect for our early afternoon flight. They also had a shuttle service available which was great. There’s not much to do in the area so keep that in mind if you’re staying here long term or if you plan to explore areas closer to downtown Austin

The hotel is old, couldn’t open the door to the bathroom without hitting refrigerator every time you had to go to the bathroom. All the furniture was old, And feels like a storage room no charisma at all

Staff was pleasant and friendly. Ordered room service which was quick and fresh. Truffle fries were seriously lacking, but other than that, a great stay.

Clean and professional staff

Unnecessary charges. Left my sunglasses, called and told them, was supposed to get a call back annd never did. When I got back went to get them said they never found them. Thieves.

I was very pleased with the friendly service and the room was very comfortable. Alexa was exceptional in her service when I checked in and upgraded me to an accessible room to meet my needs. I recommend this hotel to anyone traveling thru Austin.

Perfect place to stay when flying out of Austion Airport. Friendly Staff, Easy Parking, and Beautiful Rooms. Highly Recommend, when Staying in the Austin Area.

The restaurant / bar in the hotel was excellent. Although it was not a free breakfast, the buffet for the breakfast was excellent with varied choices. The convenience to the airport is a plus and the reason we always choose the Hilton Airport Austin as well as the park and fly and shuttle to/from airport.

I liked that we called for a transportation late at night and they picked us up and checked us in promptly. Our driver es were awesome! The shuttle service is great!

The staff was not able to give room keys. They had to walk us up to our rooms everytime we left. The laundry room needed a room key to access. We waited over an hour for staff to open it. We had to call front desk 3 times until a staff came to open the door. Not issuing out room keys was so inconvient especially since we stayed at a Hilton hotel.

The hotel room was comfortable & the decor was very nice. Breakfast was good. On our first day there, my only complaint was the bartender was a bit rude. We tried our luck to have one drink but the bar closed at about 25 minutes to 11pm so we were not able to have at least one drink before calling it a night unless I was mistaken that the bar is supposed to close at 10pm. Sadly it was also our anniversary that day too. By the way, the wi-fi in the room is very slow.

Hilton Austin Airport has aaancient WiFi. Be prepared for packet losses and frequent disconnects! Sadly 5G (at least tmobile's) is also very poor so effectively it was a no connection zone. Hotel stuff seemed aware of the situation and the remedy was to use wireless from their cafe where it should work better. Spoiler alert: wireless was bad at the cafe too. Will avoid at all costs!

The dining area was poor, close by the two evening chefs shouted and talked loudly at each other incessantly, spoiling any dining atmosphere for guests. The wait staff in the dining area seemed unaware or did not care to do anything about that behavior.

Maintenance of the hotel rooms leaves a lot to be desired. The convenience of its proximity to the air port is its main defining feature.

The property is immaculate! Need a Hot tub though, but right across the street from the airport, super convenient!

I came in late and left early, the bed and pillows were great. Very cool hotel and it could not be closer to the airport. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again.

Super handy to the airport and St David’s Hospital and the airport shuttle was very punctual even in the middle of the night when my flight was delayed.

We always stay at Hilton when we fly home from visiting Austin Texas. Very clean, comfortable and convenient to airport with shuttle service.

We stayed here over night the night before our cruise leaving out of Florida. We kept our car there while we were on a 9 day cruise cheaper than it would have cost parking in the airport parking. They took us to and will pick us up before and after our cruise

Blackout shades! Yes!

Just so comfortable! Good pillows, very clean, nice bed...but, best of all, there are blackout shades that totally blacken the room. I had an early flight and was able to go to bed early and actually sleep. I won't stay anywhere else at the airport, if I can help it

Room was clean night staff was not very welcoming nor helpful. Garbage can overflowing with Garbage. Amount of money that I paid for one night I would expext a very clean hotel,and friendly and helpful staff. Very disappointed considering this was a Hilton.
