In downtown Houston!! Great hotel. You can basically stay in your room the whole trip. They have everything you need for a relaxing stay.

Pool was great!

not super clean, dining options are limited to Mexican food and Starbucks. Several elevators out of order. We were charged the parking twice. Not a great experience

Disappointed

The staff I interacted with was amazing. The reason I give a 2 star review was because when I turned down the bedding after arriving in my room about 1am, there was no fitted sheet. The bed had only been made with a regular sheet & comforter. I was totally exhausted and only wanted to jump in the bed but had to sleeping top of a regular sheet and a comforter.

Loved it extremely convenient.

Overall, excellent. My only knock is that the lotion dispenser was empty. It's so big that it must have missed multiple checks. Weird.

Overall the experience was okay, but the property could do with better maintenance of the rooms. The ceiling in the bathroom had a rotten spot from an old leak and a small utility access door in the bathroom had significant amounts of rust build up around the frame.. those eyesores lead me to inspect the room further and that’s when we found lots of hair on the floors in the bathroom and closet area.

Only complaint I would have is the water didn't get very hot in the shower and the a/c kept shutting off which made it hot in the room. Otherwise loved every minute

The only negative is the shower pressure is so hard it’s like being assaulted by a shower, it literally hurt to take a shower

Hotel was easy to find. Parking was easily accessible. Check in was fast and convenient. Room was nice, clean and had a great view of downtown. Pool and Jacuzzi were relaxing and also had great views of the city. The surrounding area was clean, easy to navigate with plenty of amenities to include food options, sports facilities and downtown bars/parks. Great stay for business, staycations or vacations. Loved it. I will book Hotel again.

This is now my number one hotel in Houston. Always an amazing experience. Conveniently located downtown near a lot of amenities. Miss Brenda in the rooftop lounge. Concierge is very friendly and extremely accommodating. I look forward to staying here. Anytime I come to Houston.

Amazing Hotel

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay both times we stayed. The front desk attendants were very friendly! The rooms were very nice and clean and the beds were so soft it was like sleeping on a cloud. Room service was wonderful the one time we ordered it. We will definitely stay again when we get the chance.

Beautiful hotel in a very convenient location. The downside: the AC was not working very well and it was extremely hot in our room despite it being December. The pillows were not comfortable and we could not get a good night sleep.

When I checked in, the concierge said they had no record of my reservation and payment. Ultimately, with my receipt, they found it. I also called to request t pay for early check in. I received conflicting amounts owed for this. After much confusion, they agreed on a number. A noisey party three floors below me could be heard in my room. Security said I had to move rooms or get ear plugs.

Beautiful property! The staff was very helpful, and the location of the hotel was perfect for my stay since the event I was attending was being held at the Toyota center, which is literally across the street. I would recommend this property to all!

Everything needed was accessible

Easy access to parking check in and check out was easy hotel was decorated for Christmas so festive. Lots of photo stations set up. The amenities were great didn’t have to drive anywhere. Restaurants and bars in Hoyle or close by. Walked to Toyota center for a concert. Room was clean and comfy. Bodywash shampoo conditioner and lotion was provided. Only wish it had a body mirror

The location was so convenient and easy to get around places.

Great stay

We stayed Xmas Eve and Xmas day. It was decorated beautifully with a lovely breakfast in the morning and they gave us some fancy chocolates for Christmas. The customer service was fantastic and it was great walking distance to a park where they had ice-skating and other activities for kids

Fantastic hotel and such a great stay with beautiful Christmas decorations.

I felt welcomed as soon as we drove up to the property. We were greeted by smiling faces and helped to our room.

Beds were uncomfortable. Room was hot bright and not relaxing. Room was far from elevator. Hassled to sign up for rewards multiple times. Special occasion no accommodations. No room service after 11p. Overpriced.

Poor service poor help

I was charged for a stay at a place that had a picture of Texas pool which they don't offer got told from place that was waiving fee only to be later told they waiting on response after was given to me and another agent. So had rebook and pay again. But after waited two and half hours.

This Hilton was clean and in a great location to walk to many things. We enjoyed the view overlooking the green space and would stay here again.

Good place to stay but elevators are annoying you have 6 elevators per tower but only two work and slow.

Hotel area is great close to plenty of restaurants, but a couple Christmas parties and people from Georgia Brown convention made it difficult at times in getting in a out of garage and hotel restaurants. Will recommended for family when hotel not hosting anyone from convention.

I loved how close it was to the Toyota Center

My favorite part was how close it was to the Toyota Center. I was able to walk to the concert in heels. It was nice, clean and a good view. They did piss me off when they wouldn’t give my son another key to our room. The key I gave him stopped working for some odd reason. I understand it was for protection, but I was on FaceTime trying to explain to them that I couldn’t leave the concert to bring him another key or come get another key for him. I was able to convince the venue security manager to let me out to give him my key.

The property is beautiful! The staff is nice! The variety of restaurants in the hotel and walking distance is Amazing! Most of all the conveniency of the hotel being right next door to the Toyota Center for the Usher concert made it PERFECT! Never had to worry about parking, traffic, etc.

Check-in was quick and efficient. The lobby was decorated beautifully for the holiday. Our room was high up and in a great location. Everything was clean and we enjoyed the executive lounge for drinks and breakfast.

I loved that there were many activities near by!

Parking is usually $80 a night, but if you stay at the hotel, it’s $40 per night and includes a convenient sky bridge. However, they didn’t inform us that you need to use your room key to exit. As a result, we had to pay to leave and go through a lengthy refund process, which takes weeks to receive a physical check. Thankfully, they resolved the issue. The hotel is large ,the suite was nice, and it’s super close to the Toyota Center, walking distance, and the GRB Center via the sky bridge. On the suite side, the elevators provide easy access to Pappasito’s, which is very convenient. We’d stay here again.

Hilton hotel is modern and nice. Room was clean. Beds are cozy and bathroom was clean with big mirror. Everything was good to us. Christmas decorations around the hotel are very beautiful. Breakfast was nice. Thanks

Elegance in Downtown Houston.

Loved my stay. I reserved my room for a concert being held at the Toyota Center. Perfect hotel!! Less than a 3 minute walk. The hotel staff were great. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. There are many dining locations that are within walking distance. There are restaurants located within the hotel also. There’s also a Starbucks in the hotel. I truly enjoyed my stay. Ladies, there’s a magnifying mirror attached to the bathroom wall. Self parking is $40 a night and there’s a $75 per night incidental fee that’s billed to your card at check in. The $40 is deducted from the $75.

It is one of the best hotels we have been to in the USA.

The towels had a couple of stains on them. I felt like their room could’ve been cleaned a little bit better but otherwise very pleasant.
