Stay was great. Apartment was abit dated but very clean and comfortable.

Apartment was not the one in the picture as the view wasn't that great. The apartment was dusty at arrival There is construction happening in front of the apartment, hence very noisy. Air con located at the kitchen, not enough for both bedrooms. It was very hot at night in both bedrooms. Overall, disappointing experience

This property had a goodview, but terrible stay 04 night with air condition not working and staff just install portable aircon for last night

Our unique experience was the view from our rooms. It was spectacular, I would stay in the very room if I could, often.

the property was next to e curently being build property and was very noizy from 6;30 am. They newer clean our room or replace our towells ( we stayed for 15 nights )

My stay here was great, I loved the spacious underground parking. Something I am also interested in is the pool and sauna provided. Overall I am happy with this experience.

The view to this property is great being the ocean view but the actual property needs more maintenance. Maria the receptionist gives great help and was very accommodating.

The staff went above and beyond to accomodate our requests. Our apartment was great and in a great location. Will definitely book again.

Awesome stay! We were on level 27 which was a massive apartment, had our little children and with the apartment size and everything it had in it was perfect for us! Great indoor and outdoor pool to use and the staff were awesome with letting us check in early and checking out late as we had some flight changes Only thing I could recommend is new cutlery as the cutlery that is in the apartments now are pretty average Love our stay though and will be back!

My family and I (2 teenage sons) really loved the apartment and location of our recent stay. Located across the road from the tram station and also the beach on the other side, it was a perfect location for us. The apartment was clean and tidy (as per the photos), it was an easy after hours check in with the key waiting for us in an accessible lock box, and good location to find some nice restaurants only a short tram ride away. We all enjoyed our stay! Internet didn't seem to work for us, and the main TV in the living room, so more instructions on how to fix this issue or who to call after hours would be terrific. We will be back! :-)

We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment with unobstructed views for 7 day and enjoyed every minute of our stay .As described in the description the views were amazing!! The apartment has been very nicely renovated in the living area and kitchen. The bathrooms were clean and functional, but very dated and could do with an up date . The amenities were great and the kids loved the two pools and the beach right across the road .

Beautiful views and perfect apartment

First impressions were low the apartment was very tired and the day we checked in the construction next door happened to be using a jackhammer. However the view could not be beaten seeing both the canal and the beach, and observing the construction progress was actually very interesting and only loud the first day. The apartment was clean, in a good location and the pool was lovely as were the staff. We would be happy to stay again.

We had room 16d and the room itself was great with a wonderful view, staff were polite and helpful, however the site did not disclose the construction work going ahead next door, the jack hammer started at 7.30 and did not stop until 4pm which totally ruined our holiday I did report this to reception but no contact was made for us to change rooms etc very disappointing experience.

Spacious apartments away from the crowds. Tram right outside .Two stops from Cavill or a 10/12 minute stroll. Great facilities, pools immaculate.

We absolutely loved staying here with our children. Construction next door isn’t loud at all; rather quiet actually. The kids loved watching the cranes anyway :) Great place, lovely reception. Lovely Atmosphere too Really happy

Apart from the confusion in the after hours checks in situation( which I still struggle with) it was a very pleasant stay. The apartment was old but super clean the view was amazing. The building being built next door wasn’t as noisy as I thought it might be.

Our apartment was amazing, views to die for, modern, spacious, clean and so comfortable. Loved the amenities and the closeness to the beach and transport. The staff were excellent and very helpful and friendly. I really can’t rate this resort highly enough, it was everything I hoped for from the pictures we say online and more. 5 star rating from us

Great property location in surfers paradise directly opposite the beach. Large comfortable apartment with full amenities and secure carparking. There is currently a large construction project being undertaken next door, however this did not affect the quality of our stay.

This property was absolutely perfect for our family of 5. Spacious, with a laundry in the apartment was a plus! Central and easy access to everything

The check in process was great. I was met by a lovely woman who was very informative about the room and area. The room was lovely and clean and had ample space for our family. The view was amazing! The facilities were also lovely and well kept. Our room was a little dated with some general wear and tear but overall was good value for money. We will definitely be back again.

Great for families

Great stay. The apartment was clean, spacious and just like the photos. Perfect location.

This property was not of a suitable standard to be rented. It was unsatisfactorily clean and in a poor state of repair. The management tried to blame Expedia due to the Unit allocation and allotment they gave and excused themselves of responsibility which I disputed. This particular apartment needs urgent attention and shouldnot be leased again until it is made a suitable standard of repair. For reference purpouses avoid Unit 7F.

Your apartment was pleasant. Amazing views and a great location. Air conditioner in main lounge room au need an upgrade. Perhaps some more toilet paper, and bin bags and maybe a general information pamphlet about front desk hours. Otherwise amazing. Pool area was great. Thank you

The property is in a fantastic location, a short 10/15 minute walk to the main centre with lots of restaurants and bars to suit any taste. The views from the apartment were outstanding, definitely be back.

The location is outstanding. The only thing is out tv didn’t work & we didn’t have air conditioning in the bedrooms so it was hot. We couldn’t phone reception with regards to the tv as there was no one there and/or no contact number to call.

Nice and spacious.

The apartment was awesome with great views of the beach and wider Surfers area. It was clean and tidy. We struggled a bit in the bedrooms with heat but QLD was having a heat wave the days we were there an dour home town is A LOT colder than the Gold Coast, so that could just be us. Both pools were awesome and kept the kids entertained!

My wife and two daughters (19 and 20 yo) stayed here for a week. Fabulous. Staff were all very helpful (and friendly and accommodating!) from the time we booked. Location is awesome and the views are superb! It's literally down the lift, walk out the foyer, cross the road and you're on the beach. Would highly recommend.

Property was lovely, but there were no duvets in the property or bin bags.

Awesome location right on the beach front. Apartment was spotless and modern , large in size and very comfortable. Reception was excellent also. Everything you need for a long stay or short. Washer and dryer added bonus too! Would highly recommend .

Is a great property

The position & views were wonderful. The apartment was spacious and well designed. Public transport & local attractions were close and readily accessible. Kids loved the pool, spa & tennis courts. The laundry was great. Our only concerns were the dishwasher not working, & the stovetop not functioning correctly. Overall we had a fabulous time & would recommend Hisurf for a family vacation.

We had an ocean view room, and oh my god, was it worth it. The most stunning views. The apartment we stayed in was perfect. Clean, modern and big! Hubby, myself our 4yo and 1yo had the best time. The accommodation was definitely part of that

A great apartment massive living room area and bedrooms with a amazing view of the sea! Only thing bad was the building next door

We loved staying here. The view every morning over looking the beautiful beach and the view of the city lights at night were amazing. Location is great very central to everything. Apartment was spacious and clean. We all loved the indoor pool and hot tub too. We hope to come back.

Second indoor heated pool and spa was an added bonus

The only point I could be critical on was that only 1 lift was working. This resulted in long waiting times and qeues to enter the lifts. Otherwise, great property! Well done Maria. I would stay there again (if the lift is fixed).

Very clean, just across the beach, beautiful view of the beach

This hotel provided me with an exceptional service during my recent stay. Their staff's patience, professionalism, and friendly attitude made my stay much more enjoyable and comfortable. I especially wanted to thank the reception lady for going above and beyond to assist my mother with the internet issue she encountered during our stay. Your use of a translation app on your mobile to communicate with her was very thoughtful and greatly appreciated. Your kindness and willingness to help her even though she couldn't speak English demonstrated a level of customer service that is rare to find these days. I truly appreciate your efforts in ensuring that we had a pleasant and comfortable stay at the hotel. I will definitely recommend your hotel to my friends and family, and look forward to staying there again in the future. I will also write a positive comment on Hotels.com as a gold member.

First the communications between me and the receptionist was amazing , the view was beyond the hole property was amazing .

Pros: Hi Surf beachfront apartments are close to public transport (G:Link) and right across the beach. There's a convenience grocery store (EzyGrocer) close to this property. This property is a 10-15 min walk from the most happening spots along Surfers Paradise. So, close to all the action yet away from all the crowded or noisy areas. Cons: The apartment we were given (7F) had air conditioning only in the living room. The bedrooms didn't have any cooling. We were given portable fans, but cooling would definitely have helped when they charge you a premium price. Carpets in the apartment looked very dated and need cleaning/replacement. Some of the dishes in the kitchen cabinet weren't cleaned properly. A Meriton building is being constructed across Hi Surf and will block the ocean view of apartments on the side of the building where 7F is located.

The units are all individually owned and although the photos on the wotif booking site show some really nice and modern apartments, we were very disappointed with the age and quality of the apartment that we had, given the price we paid. I'd booked based on the good reviews I'd read online. We arrived fairly late so had to wait until the next morning to speak to the staff about the room. The hotel manager was extremely understanding and helpful and organise a refund and we stayed somewhere else.

Was a very spacious apartment, great view got to watch whales of a morning. The pools, spa's were excellent we swam every day. Great costumer service. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to other people.

Amazing views and great location and facilities.

We stayed in an ocean view and wanted a couple of days to getaway. This is exactly what Hi Surf did made us relax and get away for a few days. Would highly recommend. Short walk to everything you need also.

Loved our apt. They upgraded our apt to an ocean view one on the 15th floor. The view was WOW! Each of the 2 bedrms had a view and the enormous open living area had a magnificent view of the beach. Our 3 kids used the indoor warm pool every evening as well as the spa. Apt is only 15 min walk to Cavill Ave. It also has 2 superettes on either side of it thats only 2mins away. Loved our 5days here. Highly recommend Hi Surf.

Really enjoyed our stay great location

FANTASTIC! We stayed in a 2 Bedroom Absolute Beachfront Apartment which was beautifully appointed, perfectly clean and the living space and kitchen were huge. The views were incredible and we saw whales breaching out at sea. The staff were so helpful and friendly and when we asked for a slightly later checkout, we were given more time than requested without issue. Hi Surf is on the tram line, a short walk to Cavill down the Espy or beach and the perfect place to stay in Surfers. Can't recommend it highly enough! Thank you for a fabulous few days, we'll be back again soon!!

View was amazing and it was quiet. Great location.

Beachfront, although slightly north of Cavill Avenue but we enjoyed being away from the hustle and bustle. The apartment had plenty of space for us 4! Two swimming pools were a bonus.

Great location, amazing views. Furniture and interior very old dated. Very friendly and helpful staff. A Nespresso coffee machine would be great. More tea bags and shampoo available for our stay length would have been appreciated too.

The building is locate absolute at beachfront, view from balcony is breathtaking.

Hi Surf is in a great location with its own car parks, the indoor pool was perfect for kids should the weather turn bad.

Fantastic spacious apartment, wonderful staff

I took my mum and daughter to the Gold Coast for a long w/e to celebrate mum's 80th year. Because we are different ages and interests I did want a spacous apartment with good walking and things close by plus pool. We had an absolutely wonderful time. The views were astonishing, the apartment was very large and comfortable. We had everything we needed. The staff - Emma in particulary - were incredibly helpful and met our every need. We would definitely come back and stay for longer.

The noice from adjoining property under construction, very loud and worked all day Saturday. Little fine print on your information sheet, very bottom about Construction next door, was not visible

After hours service over the phone was on prompt. Very friendly staff. Property was neat and clean with all your needs for kitchen appliances.

Great place

I have stayed at Hi Surf for the last 30years, great apartments, great location especially now with light rail stop outside. Onlt thing i would suggest is noting that there is construction work next door which starts 6am daily noise could be bothersome to some, apart from that would go back in a heart beat....

We absolutley enjoyed our stay at Hi Surf. The place was quiet, clean and the views from our apartment were breathtaking. Some apartments are renovated and others are not, but we were very lucky and we got a fantastic, spacious and beautiful apartment. We felt like we were on top of the water, that;s how close we were. It's a little bit of a walk to Cavil Avenue but we really enjoyed being away from that hustle and bustle, plus Cavil Avenue is not what it used to be and in desperate need of a facelift. We would definetly come back to Hi Surf again, that is for sure. The indoor pool and spa, came in really handy. The weather was a little hit and miss, so having an indoor and outdoor pool area was great. Parking was easy and you get an allocates space, so no need to rush back to find a spot. Overall we had a great stay and I would recommend this place to anyone.

We loved the position straight across road from flagged area, easy walk to surfers. There is nothing we didn't like apart from having to leave.

Great location and very spacious

A great view but a very old and dated apartment. The kitchen was straight out of the early 80s and was dangerous with a microwave positioned over the hot plates. The door to the balcony was broken and unlockable but the lovely managers got it sorted out very quickly. Some small additions ,like a rug, would make the tiled floor less cold and more cosy in the living room. But it does have a great view
