We had a pretty favorable experience at Hermann Pattaya. The location of the property is conveniently located within walking distance of both Central and Walking Street. The aesthetics of the hotel were very appealing, and the staff was extremely friendly. We found plenty of places to eat within walking distance, and being at this location is so close to the water made it that much better. We opted for a room with a sea view and the price was pretty affordable compare to similar hotels in the area. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Great Location, good ocean view but minimal

Hermann is located centrally close to Pattaya Beach and is very convenient to get to many places. I paid extra to get Ocean view which worth it, although it was not mentioned it had partial view to ocean. The room was clean and had the basic Amenities except iron. They provided iron and ironing board later but it was not working properly. The shower was very weak and you have to wait few minutes for it to cool down. Also when taking shower, water would get everywhere. I requested extra towels to just keep the bathroom floor dry. The housekeeping was hesitant to provide extra towels. House keeping was also rude and every day was expecting a tip. I did not have breakfast, so I cannot comment on it , but there are plenty of places to eat in and around the hotel. Oh and TV did not work, it was BLACK, only sound. I did not care since I was out and about most of the times, but some people like to enjoy relaxing in the room watching a movie or something, ... the reception was also bad. I also used the pool, it is small so you cannot do laps , but still good enough to swim a little. they provide towel and the water was very clean. It was also very quite and not many people using the pool (perhaps because the beach was just there) In Summary: The GOOD: Good Location, easy walk to walking street, next to beach Rd, very Clean, basic amenities, fairly new and modern and nice balcony with beach view. Great location, staff responsive. Breakfast so so. Cockroaches in my room, found 3 with excrements and bed is like sleeping on concrete.

staff not friendly, brekfast not good, we had to pay 4,700 thai baht event thoe we were staying there to watch thr fireworks show and for our guess friend, dinner for firework show was to slowed amd charge extra on our bill, and elevator is too dark to see the numbers.

Nice place to stay, clean and good location. Little information about amenities in hotel. Bed was very hard even though it said pillow top mattress. Pool and bar was closed at a very early hr.

Hi Every year I go to Thailand.i find this hotel last years so i think this year i go to hermann hotel I stay here around 17 to 18 days.On the fourth day, when I returned to the room I check my safe box And I counted my money Someone come to my room and steal my money from safebox.I think the person who cleaned the rooms did it. I go talk with manager but manager only a smiling and say sorry.So I go to police station and report to police Please don't go this hotel because this hotel is not safe.nobody responsible😭😢🙏

Worst experience. Hotel is like abandoned hotel. Very few were staying!!! Staffs are superb. Location is excellent. But inside lift no fan and very hot. View is not so good. Old smelly towels.

Overall the stay was average. Not a hotel I would recommend. The pricing was higher than what the rooms were worth. Property and rooms were updated to a certain degree but you can tell it was cheaply done. All the staff were great except the night security person. The front desk failed to explain the guest policy and the night security person was not going to allow me and 3 of my visitors up to my room without paying extra per person after the two max guest according to my room size. As a paying customer, I should be able to bring as many guests and visitors to my room without being charged extra. If they other guests/visitors are staying the night, then I would gladly pay the extra charge but I refuse to pay the extra charge for any of my guests/visitors to come up to my room for any amount of time unless it’s to stay the night. I highly recommend staying any where else in the area. For the cost and customer experience at this hotel, I say go elsewhere for a better experience

Great Location

The room was very large with a big balcony, and the dinning area was magnificent. The hotel is beautiful to look at. The beach is right across the street and there are many shops and restaurants near the hotel.

First time in Pattaya money got pinched from the safe in the room. Food is basic and no variety, staff is ok, location is ok

Good Hotel, nice distance away from the beach. Open up your Maps and there’s always restaurants nearby along with street food stands.

I loved the location the only pool was lovely and quiet. The thing i didn’t like was it was advertised with a gym and thst had been closed down. Also we had to wait to 3 to get into our roo. The cleaners were lovely

The room left me wanting more

The hotel staff was very friendly, check-in was very fast. I was clear that the outside of the building and the lobby were updated and made the hotel look new. I stayed in the executive King Ocean View Delux room and there was nothing executive or delux about the room. The room furniture was old, the bathroom was very small and the bed was very hard. There wasn’t a chair in the room that was suitable to lounge and relax in and the television was very small seemed like a 25 inch TV. Relaxing in the room during the day was not an option because of this. I pretty much stayed outside until I was sleepy enough to fall asleep on anything.

Room needs painting and a little updating. Hotel amenities were excellent. Swimming pool with an amazing look out. Convenient and close to everything

Nice hotel but noisy

Hallway are very loud. So you can hear everything happening in the hallways and hear the elevators regardless of how far away your room is from the elevator. Suggestion to Hermann: Mute the elevator audio

Perfect for a short stay.

I recently stayed in a sea view room which is towards a Pattaya city sign, additionally with a king-size bed at Hermann Hotel Pattaya, and it was a wonderful experience. The view was stunning, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, perfect for a restful night’s sleep. Overall, the room was well-appointed, and clean, and added to the the overall luxury of my stay. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene getaway. I still recommend paying attention to upgrading the gym since there are only treadmills and a few dumbells, which do not add value.

Hotellet stämmer inte med stjärnorna. Lobbyn är fin, rummen har betydligt lägre standard. Oisolerat både från korridor och ute. Störande ljud hela natten från gatan,.musik, skällande hundar. Hårda sängar. Ingen charm i rummen. Luktar avlopp på toaletten. Frukosten undermålig, mest varm thaimat. Personalen är trevlig.
