Geewat little gem in Bathurst

Nice welcoming staff. Food good but, for me mattress too soft.

Great property for 1 night stay

Liked the cleanliness and reasonable rates. That is why it is my preferred spot in Bathurst. Can't be helped but traffic noise quite loud.

Very quiet

Thus was a really comfortable room. Best bed we have slept in a hotel for a while. The property has two sections. Ours was set back from the highway so was very quiet. Would gladly stay there again.

A comfortable quiet room. the staff were very friendly and nothing was to much trouble.A great three nights.Throughly recommend The Heritage.

The Heritage is a very nice hotel with friendly staff. Very close to the RSL Club.

Affordable stay in Bathurst

Overall stay was pretty good as the beds were pretty comfortable and had electric blankets underneath the covers so we didn't need the heater on at night. Staff were friendly and helpful at reception which is always a good start to the stay. The hotel is just a short walk from town so can leave the car there. My only complaint was just other guests can be pretty loud and the room isn't sound proof to avoid that.

Def stay again

My friend and I stayed in Queen size room and had a lot of space for us both to spread out and not be on tripping on top of each other. The separate kitchenette and toilet/shower was a major plus. All staff was friendly. Our room was second block which gave us seperate parking areas and a side street exit. Good location. Not right in the heart of city centre but if u don’t mind a nice stroll really only 5-10mins away. Easy walk to cafes, restaurants, dinosaur museum. Plus other side of rd u have the drive thru fast food giants.

Very noisey if you get a room close to the road, loads of trucks go past all night.

Nice place to stay

A one night stop over to visit family. An excellent room, well set out with plenty of space. The jet tub was well worth the extra expense. The room was at the back of the complex, so no traffic noise. The only negative. I had opted to pay at the site when booking, but two days before receiving a call requesting payment. When I did arrive, someone else had been placed in my room

Good stay in Bathurst

This is the second time we've stayed here. It's very clean, quiet and comfortable and in a convenient, walkable location to shops and restaurants. Check-in was quick and friendly.

I am a regular at this Hotel because it is quick, friendly service at check in but mainly the cleanliness of the rooms. No smell, no dust. Love it.

Hotel is located walking distance from the town centre and facilities such as Bathurst RSL. I upgraded to the King Executive at the back of the block which meant we were well away from any road noise.

Very helpful staff. They kindly moved me from the front of the hotel (on a busy and noisy highway) to the back which was very quiet. Very comfortable bed and pillows.

Room was lovely, staff very easy to deal with. Only issue was extreme road noise. When booking make sure to ask for a room away from to road or you will not get any sleep. Braking truck noise was so excessive I checked the windows and doors several times and did not get any sleep.

Modern motel

Motel is well maintained and quite clean. We have stayed at this motel before and the rear part of the complex is much quieter than the front part which is near the busy road. Also, this time we stayed in room 28 which on the first night had an annoying sound all night which seemed to be water constantly turning on and off to a cistern or such. Thankfully it wasn’t an issue on the second night.

Easy to find, check into, walk to our function from ( the front desk ladies told us the short cut) and it was great acces for my elderly father

We have stayed at the Heritage Inn a number of times due to the location, cleanliness and staff. I t has always been a excellent place to stay for the reasons above. Would highly recommend staying at this property.

This was a very well kept motel, especially as we arrived the day after Bathurst, and the staff were fantastic. It was a little bit noisy from all of the trucks passing out front, but otherwise absolutely excellent.

My husband and I were having a holiday with our daughter and her family! We stopped at Bathurst for a day/night, staying at the Heritage Inn. The accomodation was very comfortable, it was just very clean and the staff were accommodating and friendly!

Kate checked when we were due to arrive and met us with a friendly smile when we checked in. Great service!

The property was exactly as what was posted online. Easy check in process and a lovely place to rest our heads after a long drive. Close to amenities and super convenient with Taco Bell across the road.

Right from the beginning the experience was exceptional. Shortly after booking i received a thank you / confirmation text from them. I received a very warm welcome. No request was to much trouble. As a travelling rep, my room gave me a home away from home feeling, hard to find. The spa in my bathroom was so deep and warm, i highly recommend it! I will definitely be back. We paid for a room with a bath. The photo of the room showed a lovely spa suite. The room they initially gave us had no bath. I went into office and inquired why room didn’t have bath? As we paid for it. Both women jumped down my throat, talking at once - made me feel like it was my fault, they were rude, condescending and raised their voice. I went an got my partner to calm them down - i wanted a refund so we could find a room with a bath. They offered a room with a bath and made us feel like they were doing us a favour & spoke to us like naughty children. We left there wondering what the hell they were on? Our family has managed large motels for years and we would have used this example of your poorly trained staff as an example of ‘what not to do’. Then we got into the new room we paid for with a bath and my partner took a photo of long dark hair in the soap dish in the bath. It had NOT BEEN CLEANED!!! We won’t be back

The King Spa Apartment we stayed in was so modern, roomy and comfortable, we wanted to take it home with us. It was spotlessly clean, all appliances and facilities worked as expected and the separate bedroom with a desk, TV and luxurious king bed was so quiet we had eight hours of blissful sleep. The reception staff were super friendly and helpful. We received tourist information and a voucher to use at the RSL club just a few minutes walk away. Dinner there was wholesome and satisfying. We plan to return to Bathurst for a longer stay and intend to book the same apartment.
