Great location. Only drawback was one toilet and considering 6 people could occupy the premises it seems odd.
The property was lovely and the lady running the establishment was very nice. They came frequently to clean, swap out towels for clean ones, and empty the trash. It was an easy stay, in a lovely apartment.
This property was amazing I loved staying in the Apartments with friendly caring service from the owner nothing was any trouble. I wish I stayed longer and would stay there again next time. If you want somewhere quiet and close to the local Hotel and Shops you can't get a better place.
Amazing property will be back for sure.
My husband I were so impressed with this studio apartment. The space was functional, the design efficient. We had lots of storage space, and the washer and dryer were a big bonus. We stayed here for six nights, and did not run out of things to see and do in the Dunedin area. Special thanks to Cecilia, the lovely host, who greeted us so warmly. We really enjoyed meeting her. We highly recommend this accommodation.
Very clean and tidy. Great having a garage.
Owner Cecylia was very attentive, room was very clean and comfortable. Car is needed to get around. Be aware that the facility does not have a cook top.
Super Appartment
Super appartment - clean and comfortable. Check in was easy - thanks Cecylia for all the advice on things to do in Dunedin. Would absolutely stay here again.
Hidden garden sanctuary
The perfect secret hideaway in the heart of dunedin. I loved the gardens and the space to sit out. The property had everything you could possibly need and a lovely welcome from Cecylia too.
Good location. It didn’t meet expectations. The 3 bedroom unit we were in did not have two bathrooms. It had one with a seperate shower room. Only one toilet. 2 couples travelling together and we expected 2 complete bathrooms as advertised. Manager did not return calls we made. Beds very soft. We would not return.
I liked everything about it. Location, the owner is awesome. The city beautiful.
It was a great property. Great Host. Was close to the centre of town. would definitely recommended this property
We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment. our host was there to greet us and a lovely welcome sign on the front door. very happy.
Beautiful townhouse apartment that was meticulously maintained and had all the amenities you could want. Complimentary coffee and chocolate was well appreciated. Very quite in beautiful garden setting. I would have no hesitation in recommending this venue.
Great family apartment very spotless !
Fantastic apartment very clean, everything we needed Including chocolate and coffee! . Bed was a little too soft but did the job!
Lovely modern , clean apartment , thoughtful welcome gift on arrival. Walking distance to central Dunedin, off street parking in a nice neighbourhood. No hand towel in bathroom ,2 towels for 3 days stay. May need to check the fusebox as the washing machine and dryer weren't working.
Helpful and friendly owner, tidy unit. Everything we needed
Good sized apartment for family. Close in to city centre. Would be nice to have sky channels but wifi was excellent.
What a fabulous place for stayiing with a group, loved the added touches, superb location
we recommend this one
We needed somewhere for Mum and daughter to stay for a couple of night while we checked out Otago University Open Day. Short roll down the hill to the university or the Octagon so perfectly placed. Room was compact but not overly so; decent bathroom, superb shower, comfy large bed, dressing room/wardrobe/storage area very handy, quietest kettle I've ever heard, warm room, heated towel rails, heat pump, clear. Lovely host, very very amenable and helpful. Would definitely go back.
Handy to town
Handy location, good quality accommodation, good communication regarding booking and after hours access
Home away from home
Lovely three bedroom apartment, felt very homely, great place to stay. Appreciatedly the little welcome pack and the rhating on for my very veyr late arrival.
WE WERE GREETED BY CECELIA ON OUR ARRIVAL. SHE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THE APARTMENT WAS ABSOLUTELY SPOTLESS. EVERYTHING WE NEEDED WAS THERE. THE ONLY DOWN SIDE WAS THE WALK HOME AS IT WAS UPHILL ALL THE WAY. WE WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN AS IT WAS VERY COMFORTABLE.
Well appointed.
Wonderful place to stay. Convenient and so cosy. Would highly recommend this place
Interesting part of town
Comfortable one bedroom apartment, small but quiet .Did not receive initial email regarding check in and had a problem contacting host. When finally made contact all went well.
Unit on the edge of the city limits
We did a lot of walking (uphill to get home) as we did not have a car. Recommend hiring a car, which is difficult if you do not arrive through the airport.
beautiful spot
if we had been some what younger it would have been the icing on the cake -but the very very steep driveway makes it difficult for anyone whos older- but still amazing to be
It is a quiet lane. The staff is very nice and give you privacy. The aprtment is close to town, walking distance to many restaurants and cafe and shopping centre.
Good clean accomodation in the heart of the CBD. Parking is across the road and ok to get to but is a Wilson park so $25 a day only drawback. Freindly receptionist on our stay was appreciated.
Excellent location, close to city centre
We had a three bedroom apartment which was lovely and roomy with two bathrooms which was great. Good sized kitchen, dining area and living room. Home away from home. Excellent location, close to city centre yet nice and quiet as down a long drive. Very friendly owner who was very helpful. Highly recommend these apartments
Great Apartment.
The apartment was excellent. We were upgraded to a larger apartment. Complimentary chocolate block and special coffee greeted us on arrival. This was a very comfortable apartment. The bed was great, shower cubicles very good and the lounge, dining room and kitchen made the stay very comfortable. WiFi was very good. Restaurants are down the hill. The hill is steep, however, if you have a car, drive down the hill. Would recommend and we would stay there again.
Handy for those visiting uni students, being about halfway between student accommodation and the city centre. Neat and tidy apartment, with a welcome arrival pack of Cadburys and coffee. Also really appreciated the after service, with our lost Kindle being recovered and posted back. Great work by Natalya!
The best stay of our NZ trip.
This was an excellent stay, complete with Easter egg and freshly ground coffee. Spotlessly clean, walking distance into town, parking outside our door, private enclosed patio , beautiful view of mature trees as the iconic Home Olveston with its magical garden is directly across the road. The location is very quiet and peaceful. The proprietor has thought of everything. It was also the best value for money during our trip. We were there for five nights. If you are in Dunedin, I highly recommend this self catering property.
all good, but a bigger milk for the size of unit the only thing
Convenient and quiet location
Lovely welcome from host. There were a couple of items not working in the units; dishwasher Unit 4 and washing maching Unit 3 and broken single bed in Unit 4. Easily fixed items but disappointing everything wasn't in good working order.
Close to town
Good spot hit the sky box was a tease as there's no sky. One bed was broken and was fixed pretty quick.
Great place spacious and comfortable
I thought we had booked an apartment but to my surprise it was a house very happy with the place
Great centrally placed apartment/house
We arrived a little bit early and they were still cleaning the apartment. The owner was a very nice lady and recommended several places to try for coffee and also dinner. She also recommended other areas of Dunedin to visit for attractions etc. Nice spacious apartment/house. The beds were very comfy and it was lovely and quiet at night. There were two showers/bathrooms but only one toilet which was fine for us (family of 3) but there are three bedrooms so potentially there could be 6 guests which would be difficult with just one toilet. Nice fully equipped kitchen and there was coffee and tea. They had also put some milk in the fridge which was great for when we first arrived as we could have a hot coffee straight away. Very centrally placed for walking into Dunedin town centre and the walk back (uphill) all the way, helped walk off some of the delicious food available in the town.
Hard to find not worth finding
Upgraded don't know why but living room had an awful smell. Springs had gone in the Settee. So couldn't watch TV as it wouldn't adjust. Bathroom clean but like living area needed updating. Classed as luxury accommodation. Not quite sure where it was.
Quiet apartment on a hill
Very comfortable apartment with all amenities - king bed, microwave, fridge, washing machine, television (although I never did work out how to turn it on). Situated in a quiet lane, on a steep hill. Very steep, if walking is your means of getting around. The hill is the only thing that would make me hesitate staying there again.
The unit was spacious, clean and close to the city and activities
Great studio studio close to downtown.
Great studio suite located close to the CBD. Hostess meet us on our arrival and showed us the suite as well as pointed out the highlights of the area on the map and recommended a few great eating spots.
Good location, quiet, garages. Very friendly and helpful staff
Pleasantly Surprised
We had booked a 1 bedroom apartment, and were upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment at no extra charge. The owner was lovely, couldn't do enough for us. Checked to make sure we were comfortable and that our internet was working well, which it was. We will be booking the Heriot Lane Apartments next year. Was lovely and quiet no student or street noise. Thanks for the great accommodation!
Comfortable apartment for exploring Dunedin
We enjoyed exploring Dunedin and surrounding areas from Heriot Lane
Great spot for parents of Uni kids
Great location, a simple inexpensive house that suited our needs. Will definitely stay again when visiting my son at Uni.
Self Check in which is great. But has not contacted me regarding payment as I would like to settle my bill and retrieve a GST receipt. Communication is extremely poor. I have contacted them on several occasions and left 4 voicemail messages to no avail. Very disorganised.
Lovely studio with everything you need, including kitchen and washing machine and a very welcoming and helpful host - we would definitely book again.
Very pleasant apartments in easy walking distance to the city centre. Olveston House and Moana swimming pool also close. Have stayed there twice now and like the personal touch. Definitely recommended.

Host was excellent but appartment didn't have great cooking facilities and a very small fridge. Rest was great.
