To arrange pick-up, guests must contact the property 72 hours prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 48 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will receive an email within 48 hours before arrival with check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. At check-in, guests must provide a negative Antigen COVID-19 test result. Information provided by the property may be translated using automated translation tools. Guests will receive an email from the property in advance of arrival. The email will contain an authorization letter required to access the property. Guests must present a copy of their booking confirmation, valid ID, and the authorization letter at check-in. Customers may be requested by the property to provide documentation of recent travel history (such as showing passport immigration stamps) and/or complete a health declaration.
